Wir haben eine Nacht auf 7/08 Zimmer 102 auf Groupon geblieben. Ich kämpfe um die Beschwerden über diesen Ort zu verstehen, da dies unsere 4. Aufenthaltszeit ist und wir es nicht schuldig machen können. Die Hotelumgebung ist absolut schön. Jedes Mal ist das Zimmer außergewöhnlich sauber und gut vorgestellt. Personal ist immer hilfreich in jedem Hotelbereich. Abendessen ist gut für den gezahlten Preis annehmbar, keine Beschwerden, und wir genießen immer das Frühstück. Das Spa-Raum ist sauber und erfüllt alle Bedürfnisse und Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und willkommen. Wir werden sehr bald wieder zurückkommen und danken dem Manager und Mitarbeiter für ihre harte Arbeit bei der Erhaltung dieses schönen Hotels.

Bei der Ankunft hatte ich große Vorbehalte zu dem, was ich gebucht hatte. Die Fotos auf der Buchungsstelle waren nichts wie das, was ich sah. Der Park war nealri-Rubbel und die umliegenden Flächen wurden schlecht gepflegt. Die Rezeption war in Aussehen ziemlich groß, aber das ist der einzige gute Punkt, den dieses Hotel für sie geleitet hat. Für die Größe des Ortes gibt es kaum Personal. Das Zimmer, das ich reserviert hatte, war jetzt nicht verfügbar, so angesichts eines anderen. Auf der Straße war ich auf dem Teppich in Steinen geflogen, absolut gefülltes Zimmer war sehr gefüllt und die Möbel waren eine Sammlung von zufälligen Biten, unser Kaffeetisch fehlte ein Bein und wurde von einem Stuhl gegossen. Einige alte 5 Pin-Plug-Sockets an den Betten für die Lampen. Bar-Bereich war auch im Aussehen müde, obwohl das Personal sehr freundlich war. Der ganze Ort braucht eine große Umstellung.

Es ist das beste Hotel in Birmingham hervorragender Service, es war mein erstes Mal! Auf der Bar ist Rafael, die mir diese 2 Wochen sehr helfen und bereitet die besten gekoppelten Pinien ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Sehr sauber und angenehmen Aufmerksamkeit

Einige der Pubs in Lutterworth besuchte während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts. Dies war das beste der Band. Gerufen am Dienstag nach dem Abendessen 22/6 und wurde von einem wirklich freundlichen Mann serviert (entschuldigt, vergessen Sie den Namen aber es war Jack oder Jane oder ähnlich). Er war sehr chattig und hilfsbereit und ein Kredit für sich selbst und die Einrichtung. Beste Auswahl von Schalen, Gin und Scotch in der Stadt ohne Zweifel. Schön draußen auch. Wünsche es nicht unsere letzte Nacht, als wir es fanden!

We booked this hotel last minute after having to make changes to our trip to the NEC. Not fancying a glamping pod, we booked a room and were allocated the honeymoon suite. The hotel was very clean throughout and you could smell the cleaning products as soon as you walked in, indicating the cleaners had been in doing a thorough job. Staff were lovely and friendly and let us check in an hour early as the room was ready when we arrived at 2pm. Free parking is provided and I could see my car from the window of our room. The location is good and site was nice and quiet, despite having an events centre next door. There isn’t much within walking distance however there’s a bar and restaurant on site to cater for your needs. There’s also free wifi however our mobile signals were absolutely fine so we had no reason to make use of it on this occasion. Jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch and big enough to fit two people in. Was delighted to find out that a complimentary breakfast was included the following morning, and not too early either, starting at 9am. Sunday check out at 11am was ideal without us having to rush. As pleasant as the hotel is, it needs a fair bit of work. It’s very dated and tired looking. It’s creaky and old and is in need of a bit of a restoration, more than just a lick of paint here and there. The walls are paper thin, as I was lying in bed I could hear the person in the next room using the toilet - I won’t get graphic but let me just say I could hear everything as though I was in the room with them. One of the windows in our room wouldn’t shut at all, which wasn’t a massive issue as the weather wasn’t too bad, but during colder months this would’ve been impossible to sleep through. The old wooden frames were warped and you couldn’t even put it on the latch as the metal lever had snapped. There was no hot water for the shower so we were forced to take a cool shower. Not the end of the world but a bit inconvenient. My wife also pointed out that there was nowhere for her to get ready and do her makeup. The room is more than big enough to fit a dressing table in and this would’ve saved her sitting on the floor in front of the mirror to do her hair and makeup. It’s also pricey compared to local competitors. Breakfast was okay but lacking a few basics - no hash brown or black pudding. It would also benefit from a variety of options such as fresh fruit and yogurt. On the whole it was a nice experience but I’d only stay here again if I couldn’t get in anywhere else OR if it was modernised and updated throughout.

The reception team are kind and friendly . Housekeeping needs to improve as I found a hair band that doesn’t belong to us under the bed .The cups could be have done with another washing. The heater was not safe to use as it fused and arched, but that was sorted out. Make sure that you type in your vehicle number as you will get a parking fine that is e we hat happen to me. The amen
