"Hotel Krynica used to be our go-to destination for the past 15 years, but after this recent stay, we won't be returning anytime soon. Our the experience was filled with disappointments. - Upon arrival, we discovered the restaurant was reserved for a company outing, and dinner was served in an outdoor dining area with a limited selection of dishes. This was not communicated during the booking process. - The saunas were mostly out of order, with only one out of three functioning during our entire stay. - On the second day, our room was not serviced or cleaned, and no one seemed to know why. - The hotel bar was closed on the second day, and the bar area was occupied by the company outing. Additionally, the restaurant only offered semi-sweet or semi-dry red wines, with no dry wine options available. Moreover, while we were having drinks in the restaurant area (since the bar was closed), the staff turned off the lights as they left for the night, leaving us to sit in the dark. The room itself had several issues: - The radiators didn’t work, and it took two visits from maintenance to fix them. I spent two hours checking if the repairs were successful. And they were - but unfortunately only in short term. The issue reapppeared during the second night. - Our room also had an unpleasant smell—possibly due to previous guests smoking or bringing animals. - The safe in the room didn’t work, and neither did one of the TVs. Overall, the hotel feels old and worn, with a clear lack of upkeep and attention to detail. It's evident that the owners are not prioritizing quality and there is no owner that would really care. This clearly adds to the ongoing discussion about the rationale behind state-owned enterprises in non-strategic sectors. On the bright side, the reception management handled my complaints professionally. They contacted me to apologize both over the phone and in writing, which has been appreciated."

"Good rooms. Clean. Nice new spa area, but the pool is small and if there are a lot of people, there is no room to move around. The biggest disappointment was the breakfasts. Everything is somehow not fresh. The coffee is natural but a solid C. The prices for food are outrageous! I ordered a burger: they brought it to me with a wooden patty… If you don’t pay attention to the food at the hotel, you can have a good rest!"

"Es ist ein toller Ort. Ausgezeichnetes Hotelklima, saubere Zimmer, schöne Service (Ladies in der Rezeption, Restaurantservice, Techniker, Reinigungswoche, Rettungs-In-Rettung), leckeres Essen (Both Frühstück und Abendessen bestellte a'la carte) - eine große und zu große Auswahl an Vegetarische Gerichte (einschließlich Burger oder Tauben), ein fantastisches, großes Pool mit warmem Wasser (ca. 28 Grad) - es ist selten in solchen großen Komplexen. Wir empfehlen auch ein Bad im Lava-Bade, direkt neben dem Wald und hören die Fräulein von Vögeln. Das Hotel ist psychisch und hat eine private Ausflugsreise für die Viertel (!!!), die ich im Hotel noch nie getroffen habe. Darüber hinaus gibt es wirklich viele Attraktionen ... Tennisplätze, Spielplatz, zwei Spielzimmer, Fitnessraum, Spa, Schwimmbad mit Sauna und auf den Korridoren viele Bücher, die für Hotelgäste kostenlos zu lesen. :) Und natürlich direkt neben dem Skifahren, aber wir waren im Sommer ... :) Empfehlen und danken!"

"Unfortunately, for reasons completely independent from me – extreme weather conditions – I was unable to reach the hotel. This is about heavy snowfall, storms, fallen trees and lack of safe access, as confirmed by the official RCB alerts and the 2nd degree of risk, especially with his wife and two young children. Despite informing the service of this situation, the hotel has not shown any good will at all, and I have not been offered to return money or even change the booking date (although one day later, for which I was fully open). I only got the information that the funds were missing, and because of this attitude and lack of understanding of the guest safety, I can't recommend this facility and I'm sure I won't be back here anymore."

Leckeres Frühstück mit hochwertigen Produkten. Wir kommen immer wieder hier mit großer Freude. Quecksilber ist sicherlich der beste Ort, um in Krynica zu bleiben."
