Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Novo Sarajevo

The biggest issue is the renovation and construction going on. They are replacing the carpets and things are ripped up everywhere and the new carpets smell horrible. I was on the 9th floor and they were doing this one the 10th floor, or at least storing something there. I could smell it everywhere. Then, perhaps to cover the smell, they decided to start painting the hallway when it was full of guests! Now it smelled like paint and workers were painting and blocking the rooms. I complained about this when I checked out and the staff was very unhelpful and sort of muttered and walked away after telling me something that probably can not be in this review. Honestly, I tried to resolve this directly before I left, but the front desk was not interested so I said, okay, I'm going to contact Accor and write some reviews. The staff in general was quite unprofessional for this quality of hotel and need some more training. They lounge in the backroom on a couch in view of the lobby or play on their phones. The room was also dirty and the bathroom is very small. Breakfast wasn't bad, but crowded. The hotel is quite far from all the tourist parts of Sarajevo. I've had to alter this review a few times, so hopefully it will work now.

Ich kam nach Bosnien und mit wenig Wachsamkeit reserviert diesen Platz. Es war angenehmen überrascht, wie warm, gut vorgestellt und die Zimmer eingeladen waren. Darüber hinaus waren die Mitarbeiter ein 10/10 für den Service und machen Sie sich zu Hause fühlen. Um es vorzulesen, mein Gepäck und das von meiner Frau (mit meinem Pass) wurden beim vorherigen Flug verloren und nicht in Sarajev. Das Hotel hat alle Verbindungen mit dem Flughafen gemacht und uns wie Freunde behandelt, die bemerkten, dass „alles in Ordnung sein wird“. Am nächsten Tag wurden die Taschen und Passe an das Hotel geliefert. Legenden. Auch das Personal hat meine Frau und ich auf unserem Weg frei nach der Bahnhof gelassen. Ich empfehle sie und das Hotel sehr.
