Eu e minha família hospedamos para o Reveillon. Checkin dia 31/12/23 e fomos informados que o restaurante funcionaria até as 21:00 para pedidos. Íamos para uma festa. Descemos para o restaurante e fizemos o pedido as 19:00. O pedido saiu apenas as 23:00. Uma completa bagunça. O restaurante Santa Fé que atende a rede de hotéis dispensou vários funcionários deixando para tender todo o hotel que estava com ocupação máxima apenas 3 pessoas na cozinha (novatas) e 2 garçons. Os funcionários bem educados, estavam exaustos, choraram com grosseria e estresse de hospedes e ainda pediram desculpas. Caótico. O hotel e o restaurante sabiam do caos prévio, da lotação e ainda sim dispensaram funcionários. No dia seguinte apesar de dizerem que estava tudo regularizado, só tinha frango ou peixe. Não havia pessoas na noite do dia 31/12 para limpeza. Na recepção, Sr. Luis apoiou cada necessidade. Brilhante atendimento da Sra. Sandra e das cozinheiras, Sra. Maria, e do outro garçom Sr. Fernando. Seguraram o nervoso da situação e com bom humor souberam conduzir o caos. Na recepção do dia seguinte ficaram 2 pessoas nem tão acessíveis e nem tão educadas como na noite do caos.

Es war eine Überraschung für meinen Freund , so die Sympathie der Ansprechpartner Brenda hat mich schon bald gewonnen und hat mich sogar bei dem Prozess (es hat keinen Preis zu zahlen, so zu empfangen) in einer Welt voller Vorurteile geholfen. Beim Ankunftsaufenthalt ins Zimmer , eine Wand, die Zimmer teilen , und die TV-Rotation ermöglicht , d. h. während des Nachmittags TV im Zimmer , und Regen, die in der Nacht fiel , bestellte ein Bett und ein guter Film . Szenamental Bad, hatte Seife und Shampoo den Willen, eine wunderbare Dusche. Was ich am meisten in Hotels sind Frühstück, Ich habe Fotossammlungen kkkk, kann ich sagen, dass ich überrascht mit dem Obsttisch, außerhalb der Alternativen zum Essen, so dass dieses Mal nicht einmal alles kkkk beweisen konnte, so dass es die Optionen waren. Komfort , Lage , Einfachheit zu gehen und zu kommen , und Pflege 10/10 . Wenn ich wieder mehrmals zurückkommen möchte? Ja oder klar.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Wir mögen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. freundliche und leistungsfähige Beamte. Einfaches, aber sauberes Zimmer mit guter Größe. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in den Tag einbezogen. Ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe von Touristenpunkten, Bars und Restaurants. Kostenloses Manobrist. Ausgezeichnete Kosten/Nutzen.

Ich habe gerade 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war angenehmen überrascht von den Zimmern: groß, modern, komfortabel und mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis. Natürlich ist alles nicht perfekt und die gemeinsamen Räume könnten einfacher. Ich empfehle dieses ideal gelegene Hotel mit dem Hippie Feira, kurzen Spaziergang vom Platz der Freiheit, dem zentralen Marche und dem Stadtpark.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Belo Horizonte und hat sehr alte Unterkünfte. Die Rezeption ist ein wenig fehlgeschlagen. Das Zimmer, das wir waren, war geräumig, gutes Bett, alte Klimaanlage und laut. Badewanne mit guter Raum und gute Dusche, aber das Wasser passierte unter der Tür und überschwemmte das Badezimmer. Frühstück ist tertiär und vernünftig.

hotel é super bem localizado. Muito limpo e pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Garagem deixa um pouco a desejar... principalmente em carros maiores. num geral o hotel eh muito bom.
