Premier Inn Nottingham Castle Marina

We stayed at the hotel for one night, we were met by Lizzie who was really friendly. The room was a little rundown but they are due a refurb very soon. It is quiet and comfortable. The highlight of our stay were the staff at reception and in the restaurant. They were so friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Sorted out any issue quickly and without a fuss. Lizzie has been the nicest member of staff we have met when staying with Premiere Inn, and we have stayed at quite a few. She really put our son at ease and was very kind to him. Thank you Lizzie and restaurant staff (sorry we didn’t catch your names).

Stayed at castle marina and it was an amazing experience receptionist Aleena was so lovely and welcoming she helped me get a taxi and gave me directions on how to get to places she also recommend a really nice restaurant that me and my colleagues went to overall lovely place to stay rooms were clean.

Was served for our evening meal by Shazeen, who was most helpful and gave us a 5 star service, letting us know what options were available, very attentive and happy to help with a smile. I regularly visit via Nottingham Marina and a warm welcome makes the stay much nicer!

Shazeen and the team were great as always, make you feel welcome and valued. I am always made to feel welcome and as a regular guest they know my name and can predict what I may want to order. Always a smile to greet you, people make the difference. Keep up the good work!

I stayed here for one night, while being away for work. I had calamari and steak it was lovely. The highlight of my stay was being served in the resteraunt by a beautiful young lady called Shazeen, her service was top notch and chatty and had a lovely smile while serving us. Will be back again.

This was the worst place we have had the misfortune of staying at. The room was not fit for purpose. No tv remote, door didn't lock, bath was blocked up and filled even without a plug causing a h&s risk to slipping in the shower. The attempt to resolve this previously was obviously throw load of bleach into it as the whole room stunk of it. Despite eventually getting moved they had checked another family into it by the morning and couldn't retrieve my lost property. Breakfast was not edible and took 30 minutes to arrive whilst still missing items that took a further 10 minutes. The poor quality of food was explained to me as supplier issues. There was no gluten free options and extremely limited options of food. Save yourself the stress and go next door to the holiday inn.
