Premier Inn Evesham

I've been staying at the Premier Inn for a while now on Business and generally pleased. Lovely staff, clean rooms and very comfy beds. It's partnership with the Beef Eater next door provides a good breakfast. My only real complaint is, and one that I really wish they addressed, the connection to the Internet. As the hotel is in a cellular black spot, you have to rely on the wifi. Unless you pay £5 a day for the Premium connection, you get around 0.4Mbps during peak times to 0.8Mbps very early in the morning. This is generally unusable. Even a WhatsApp call home gets interrupted and breaks up. Trying to actually work in my room in the evening is impossible unless I can do everything offline, which alas is not possible in this day and age. So a comfy bed and good night kip the Premier Inn Evesham is, but be prepared to be isolated and cut off from the world.

Booked this hotel as we were meeting a friend who lives locally to the hotel. Good location, easy check-in, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Only had 1 hand towel. But wasn't really a problem. I'm sure if I had asked they would have got me another one. Breakfast was nice, but plates could be a bit warmer.

Stay for 3 nights in January., wanted a base to travel around the area, they had a deal which included free breakfast, I've stayed in a few premier inns over the years and this one was rather dated, our bathroom had paint peeling off the cellings and paint chips etc in the skirting boards. We were given room 101 which was at the end of the corridor so we thought we would have a quite room specially when we had nobody next to us, unfortunately we were right next to the stairs so all we could hear was the constant sounds of people waking or running up the stairs (even during the night) service at the beefeater for dinner on the first night wasn’t the best and the same again at breakfast the next day. Check in was nice and easy the reception staff were all lovely it’s just the hotel and location of the room let everything down.

Louise and mango and tammy and Jean have helped me out so much while I’m staying here waiting for a house they have helped ky mental health they have made me feel safe and let me chill with them when I’m feeling bad I can’t fault them amazing service

Staff very helpful as there was a slight mix up during phone call was sorted when we arrived Louise was first class she even went that extra mile to accommodate us really pleased with everything was dealt with Five star, parking was easy bed was luxurious

Stayed for 2 nights in Room 143. It was clean and tidy, good towels and toiletries. Bed comfortable and room was the right temperature. Tea tray good but no glasses in bedroom or bathroom. Evening meal and breakfast was taken next door at The Beefeater restaurant - good value and quality was a good standard. Although service was good, more staff was definitely needed, particularly in the morning when one lady was running the whole restaurant. Reception staff and housekeeping were all very polite and friendly. Definitely will return when next in the area and would recommend
