I have stayed here for three nights. The staff have been excellent throughout my stay. Special mention to Jordan who o no arrival checked me and had taken my food order as I arrived close to the end of service. Ian was very friendly too and is a credit to the premier inn. It’s customer service like this that makes you want to return. Premier inn is always reliable for a good stay but often the restaurant and bar can be hit and miss. At the woodpecker it can’t be questioned. Thanks to Ian and Jordan. Thanks.

Stayed at this hotel while away on work as it was a perfect location for where our site is. Really handy having the restaurant attached made sure we were well fed and ready for the day. Rooms are typical premier inn brand whole stay was made really easy. Ian and liv made the evenings really enjoyable in the restaurant.

Recently stayed at Premier Inn Northwich South I can honestly say it was just as expected from walking into reception being greeted by the team to eating my dinner in onsite restaurant and the team were very helpful. I would definitely recommend using this hotel if your passing by or working in the area.

I stayed here recently when visiting family, really lovely hotel, staff and restaurant in a great location. Thank you to Ryan and Claire for looking after us and going above and beyond for us all! The staff are all very friendly and approachable from the hotel and restaurant. Definitely looking forward to staying again when we come back to the area.

Nice clean room prepared by Jake with welcome treats. Quiet and warm. Nice reception staff. Only problem is that WiFi wasn’t working at all for the whole stay. Breakfast was good value. Plenty of free parking. Nice powerful shower. Would recommend.

Rooms are standard as you'd expect breakfast on the other hand had been sat in a bain Marie all morning we weren't the earliest risers but 9.30 isn't too late soggy hash browns. Dried up beans and bacon sausage were nide but would've been better hot!

Lovely place to stay clare on reception great help and very friendly bar staff very friendly, the room was good size and comfy brilliant and restaurant staff in morning served breakfast lovley food outstanding in the evening food outstanding very friendly looking forward to my next visit

Ryan at reception so friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. He allocated us a lovely spacious room that was so clean - serviced by Sam. All staff most welcoming and breakfast was super - we were looked after by Adrian really well! Thank you all so much for a super stay.
