Not my first time in a doubletree Hilton but this one was rather disappointing. We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm, check in was a breeze, except that there is no porter to assist. We have many pieces of luggage but thankfully the receptionist. Jessica, helped us with the luggage before my husband was back from parking. Parking is a slight walk away and it is not very convenient. Please give the breakfast a miss. Our room came with breakfast but the breakfast was so bad! Everything was hard and cold, there wasn’t even coffee like cap or flat white available. When we asked the waiter for it, we were not informed, but the coffee charges were billed to our room charge.  Frankly, I like the room layout but the housekeeping has some room of improvement to go. Though we turned on the ‘please clean the room’ button before leaving for the day, the room wasn’t cleaned until we called when we were back. We were told that room is only cleaned upon request! (But we did request for the whole day). The receptionist who answered the call offered to change the towel only but I insisted my room to be cleaned. When the housekeeping team arrived, he only changed the towel (and forgot the main bath towel) and no vacuuming was done at all. Conditioner was off as someone may have added water to the bottle but the housekeeping team did not check and refill properly too. (307) Location is convenient, near to many nice eateries but right opposite some adult shop.

Von der Buchung erscheint alles großartig, bis Sie sich anmelden. Die Vordertür ist mit Blättern gepackt, großer Willkommen. Ich dachte, der Platz war geschlossen. Bei Eintritt ins Zimmer waren Lichter aus, so dass keine willkommener Erfahrung bei der Ankunft am Nachtabend. Der Lichtschalter wurde gefunden, sei es gekrackt und dauerte einige Anstrengungen, um zu schalten. Toilettensitz wurde gebrochen, nach 4 Nächten Aufenthalt und wurde berichtet, noch nicht festgestellt. Bad-Sputz-Sputz war los und drang in der Badewanne. Mein Hubby erreichte einfach unter dem Tauchen und verschärft mit seinen eigenen Händen und befestigt. Dusche Rezession hat keine Seife oder etwas, um Ihre Dusche Produkte aufzulegen, der Boden war es. Wandern markiert, geschnitten und benötigt geringfügige Reparaturen. Küche ist cool. Mikrowelle hat Reste einer früheren Gäste Lebensmittel in ihr. Jede Platte, Kehle und Kaffeekoppe wurde mit Lebensmitteln Reste gegossen. Keine COVID sauber überhaupt. Der Müllbin ist 2.1lts in Größe. Also denken Sie nicht an die Müllplatzierung in ihr. Eine goldene Kreissaftflasche ist größerer. Die Speisestühle sind gut verwendet und nicht leeren oder gereinigt. Andernfalls würden Haushalter die $50-Note in einem der Stühle und der geöffnete Kondom-Umschlag in dem anderen Stühle finden. Einer Stühle hat Frühlinge auf dem Boden und fast berührt das Teppich. Oh der Teppich, ja schöne dunkle Farbe, ein echtes Vakuumreiniger hat es in einer Weile richtig berührt. Bewegt den Loungestol und fand ein Ostern Ei. Nicht sicher, ob es sich um einen Hohlraumbereich von 2018 oder 2021 handelte? Bettwäsche waren beide geblasen. Gemeldet, aber nichts geschah oder wurde während unseres Aufenthalts korrigiert. Niemals mit komplimentarischem Wasser in Kühlschrank berührt. Aber danke, dass Wasser sagt Officeworks Marke auf sie. Die Matrix wird als Queen Bett bezeichnet, es ist gut zwei kleine Singles zusammen gedrückt und nur schrecklich zu schlafen. Mit etwas Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit könnte dies ein tolles Apartment Hotel sein, aber der Versammlungsmanager hat keine Kontrolle, da der Service und Reinigung diese Immobilie ablässt. Wir werden zurück sein, wahrscheinlich nicht. Werden die Speiser kümmern sich um unsere Bewertung, wahrscheinlich nicht. Werden die Hausbetreiber unser Zimmer richtig gereinigt haben, nachdem wir verlassen hatten, wahrscheinlich nicht. Werden andere nach dem Lesen unseres Bewertungen bleiben wollen, keine Ahnung. Wir empfehlen dem Manager, übernachtet in jedem Zimmer zu bleiben und erleben, was wir Gäste zahlen müssen.

Im März 2012 reservierte ich drei Nächte ein Einzelzimmer über die Website ”Hostelworld”. Ich fand dieses Hotel ohne Kosten, die Registrierung war super schnell und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich (mindestens im März 2012). Mein Zimmer ist groß, es gibt eine komfortabele Bettwäsche und ein Fenster direkt in Richtung Hauptstraße. Jedes Mal, wenn die Tür ausschalten wird, wird die Tür mit dem Boden scharf. Es fühlt sich interessant und ohne Mühe. Obwohl die Rezeption das drahtlose Internet kaufen kann, habe ich immer noch kostenloses drahtloses Internet verwendet, das von der Regierung Perth bereitgestellt wird. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr sauber. Ich mag die Lage dieses Hotels, sehr nahe von vielen Restaurants, es gibt Bars und Orte, wo Disco springen. Weil ich zu früh zurück nach Singapur fliege, muss ich den Perth Flughafen Bus verwenden. Der Service ist freundlich und kostengünstig (vorbehalten). Ich empfehle Britannia und den Perth Flughafen Bus.

We stayed at the Alex on a deal through Luxury Escapes (2 rooms), which included a $60 voucher to be used at the hotel bar or at the Shadow Wine Bar around the corner and a bottle of sparking wine per room. That all worked well - we had a great dinner at the Shadow Wine Bar with one of the bottles, and collected the other bottle to have in our room (they gave us champagne glasses and an ice bucket from the hotel bar). The room and bathroom were nice, spacious, secure. Good bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Such a pleasant change to the usual scrambled egg buffet. The granola was awesome. Yoghurt and juice. Fresh bread to toast; fresh pastries like spinach rolls and huge croissants. Some of these were avialable all day, along with fresh fruit, filtered water, tea/coffee, etc. Having the ”kitchen” available all day for access to refreshments (and you could also use their fridge to store your own food etc - we put bottles of tonic for G&Ts to have in the room in the fridge) was terrific, though I did struggle to juggle multiple cups of tea/coffee to the room (eg, before breakfast) and use the lift security key to get up to the 5th floor. The staff were awesome- very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Well located near the CBD, close to the cultural area and walking distance to the railway station and buses (thus good access to the airport). I'd stay again,

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist gut. Allerdings sind sie ziemlich nachlässig und rücksichtslos. Es gab nur ein Zahnset, aber wir waren zu zweit. Wasser in Flaschen wurde nicht jeden Tag nachgefüllt, selbst wenn wir alle aufgebraucht hatten. Das Handtuch wird nicht jeden Tag ausgetauscht. Während der Hauptverkehrszeit nahm die Rezeption/Hauswirtschaft den Anruf nie entgegen und ich musste für mein Anliegen in die Lobby gehen. Wir waren für sechs Nächte hier, aber die Zahnpasta reichte nur für zwei Nächte. Wir baten um zusätzliche Zahnpasta, diese konnte jedoch nur mit dem Zahnpflegeset geliefert werden, in dem eine neue Zahnbürste enthalten war, die wir nicht unbedingt benötigen. Es ist sehr umweltschädlich. Ironischerweise versuchen sie, ein umweltfreundliches Hotel zu sein, indem sie nachfüllbare Shampoos, Spülungen und Duschgel sowie Toilettenartikel aus Papierverpackungen verwenden. Das ist inkonsequent und rücksichtslos.

Stayed here three years ago just before the pandemic. I liked the set up, the price, the location, the free drink on arrival, the cleanliness, the wifi, and I disliked the noise of revellers on the street. Any hotel that has ear plugs next to the bed and a note asking guests to report noise disturbance clearly has a bit of an issue! Three years on, it’s pretty much the same, although I’m happy to report that noise was less of an issue this time, mostly thanks to the secondary glazing at the window. Last time, the seal was broken so it didn’t do its job. So - if you don’t mind a bit of noise, Nightcap is ideal.

Wir wollten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Arena und das war perfekt. Das Personal, Reinigung, Frühstück, einzugsfähiges Badezimmer, waren alle groß. Scham über das Komfortniveau des Betts und der Sofa. Das Bett rollte in die mittlere große Zeit und war sehr niedrig. Die Couch war extrem niedrig, so dass sie für eine Person besonders mit Behinderung unbrauchbar war. Sie hatten offensichtlich nicht über diesen Aspekt der Benutzerbarkeit nur das Badezimmer gedacht, um es zu einem zugänglichen Rating. Wir würden nochmal bleiben, aber nicht in diesem Zimmer und wir würden fragen, wie das Möbel bequem ist.

Stayed at Four points as it is directly across the road from the RAC arena as I was going to a show. The staff are all so friendly from arrival to departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. The all you can eat breakfast catered for anything you might want. It didn't matter who I spoke to everyone was there to help. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them.
