Relax with your family/Friends at this Exclusive Private Community in a one of a kind peaceful pool side Estate property when you stay at this Beautiful 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 Car Garage Stunning Cul-de-sac property part of a 2 acres Estate in the Private Woodland Water Community! 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs, Pine Island Beach Park, World Wood Golf Club, River, Boat Ramp, Silverthorne Country Club Please note that you are renting a Flat/Inlaw Apartment House that's a 2bed, 2bath, 2 car garage, kitchen Flat/Inlaw building with 2 separate entrance, it's own HVAC, backup generator all separate and nothing is shared with main house on the property. Please note this property is fully fenced and gated with your private four digit security pin to enter at the gate entrance access with a 24/7 video/audio and an unmornitored alarm security system protecting the exterior of the building for added security and peace of mind for our guests. Furthermore these security monitors and safety devices are located at the building exteriors only and not interior to the building to protect our guests privacy. Please note owner lives in the main house which separate from the Flat and nothing is share except for the pool that's located at the back of the main house Owner lives in the main house that's a separate 6 bedroom 4 bathrooms all on the same 2 acres property. The Inlaw Flat is connected to the main house by a single wall but neither the Flat on the main house is accessible through the shared was so no worries. By renting the Inlaw Flat house you will have complete control and access of the Inlaw Flat house without interpretation because the inlaw Flat is completely self sustained and doesn't share anything with the main house. You Privacy, safety and comfort is the top priority when you rent this property and it doesn't hurt that the property owners are near by to help ensure you have wonderful and relaxing stay.
