Very quiet clean hotel. Very handy for the ferry and Brewers Fayre next door. Lovely helpful staff, especially hotel manager, Fiona, who looked after our helmets. Stayed at lots of Premier Inns. Definitely one of the best. Free safe parking.

Clean hotel with friendly Staff (especially Nicola on Rezeption). The hotel is convenient for Percy Main on the Metro and the ferry (and cruise) terminal. Will return , if we cruise from North shields in the future. Whitley Bay and especially Tynemouth are well worth a visit.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Brilliant location and a friendly face always. Visited many times and consider ourselves regulars! The breakfasts are excellent with a wide choice of items. Rooms always clean and fresh. Looking forward to our next stay.

The bed is really comfortable and its true you can buy the mattress !!! clean big easy room with bath which made my day with a great shower. The staff were super helpful and happy, which was lovely to see and I felt right at home, I felt I could ask them anything and they were happy to help me through all things technical. Its great having the Pub next door and that was also easy to navigate (I have a broken ankle) !

We have been coming here for several years to visit family. We can't fault it. The team are friendly and go above and beyond. This time they did an Easter hunt in our room for our little boy. 2 years ago when we were visiting for my wife's mam passing they sorted additional days in the room and provided our son with activities and gifts to help distract him from a very difficult time. The team are lovely and Nicola in particular is lovely. Our son loves the raffles! We look forward to our visits. We usually book for breakfast and the breakfast is lovely too.

Simply one of the best Premier inns around - staff are the friendliest i've ever seen, great with you as soon as you arrive, and look after you. Would always choose this hotel if i'm staying in the area. Stayed here a few times, and it's great every time. Will be back soon... many thanks as always

From check-in to check-out the friendly and professional staff made our three night stay enjoyable… we had an issue with the room upon arrival but this was swiftly resolved by Liam and followed through by Nicola and Jade, all of whom provided outstanding customer service (as did their manager). We have stayed in many Premier Inns throughout the UK over the years but have never seen a team who work so well together to ensure that their guests’ feel welcome. Parking is easy and the Brewers’ Fayre restaurant is next door. The location is perfect for the port. 10/10
