Checkin was seemless, the rooms were very clean and reception was very friendly and helpful when needed. The area is quiet coupled with comfy beds led to good night rest. Taxi service was very good. All in all was a nice experience and would be happy to stay again

Just arrived at 22.30 after a long drive, to be greeted by the lovely Susan & Jade. All smiles and warm greetings, making me feel very welcome. When i asked if the biscuits in the charity stsnd were a cash only donation, realising i didnt have any cash on me, Jade very kindly offered to treat me. If only there was a 6th star to give these ladies, who've absolutely made my evening.

Arrived slightly early but Nicola was nice and helpful and got me checked in very quickly. One of the most polite receptions I have come across for a Premier Inn, and hopefully work will book this one again for me in the future…………………………………..

Couldn't fault our stay. Great value all round. Lovely clean, spacious rooms. Excellent for a family group of 3 generations of our family. Extremely helpful receptionist. Great breakfast at the pub next door. Convenient for visiting local area. Some useful shops and entertainments within walking distance. Would definitely return!

Excellent customer service, really friendly great staff who welcomed us and were able to give lots of advice. Room great, really clean and comfortable. Perfect for us. Bar and restaurant staff also really fabulous. Breakfast had soo much choice and really lovely.

It was lovely and clean beds were so comfy. Went on a mini cruise, hotel right by the terminal. Breakfast was first class staff at hotel and restaurant were absolutely lovely. If it wasn't so far away would stay there again. Ample parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there

I don’t normally do reviews but I just had to thank Andrew @North Sheilds Ferry Terminal Premier inn, as I was checking in he made a point not to reveal my room number out loud, as a woman traveling alone with a gentleman stood behind her it is this attention to customer care that means so much to me, absolutely fantastic. Thank you Andrew and premier inn for making me feel safe and secure as a lone traveler, fabulous customer care detail.

Nichola on reception went above and beyond with her warm welcome and cheerful disposition. I would recommend staying here The room was pleasant, spacious and clean. It was easy to get about. The breakfast was enjoyable. You had to walk next door but that was fine. Good value for money.
