4 sehr große Zimmer vor einem schönen Pool mittlerer Größe. 200m vom Strand, ruhig. 500m vom schönsten Strand von Gili Meno und 400m vom Bootshaus. Es ist schwer zu finden, weil in einer Verstärkung des Hauptweges. In einer ruhigen Umgebung (Kalb, Kühe, Huhn und Hühner umgeben), ist es gut, in oder vor dem Pool zu fliegen oder sich in den großen klimatisierten Zimmern zu erfrischten. Das richtige Frühstück, aber immer das gleiche, wenn man nicht für das indonesische Frühstück wählen kann. Die Mädchen, die das Hotel betreuen, sind sehr nett und lächelnd, aber sie verstehen nur ein Wort Englisch: hallo! Für den Rest müssen Sie sich selbst vertrauen.

Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here. The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention. I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again. I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters. Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe. Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless. I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training. At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong. We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference. Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there.

This lodge was absolutely gorgeous and had amazing panoramic views from the ocean to the top of Mt. Rinjani. The garden is lush and colorful and full of butterflies, dragonflies and swifts. Staff were very kind to us and the food was generally yummy though somewhat expensive compared to other restaurants nearby. The resort is an easy walk to the nearby waterfalls as well as Rinjani trailhead, but there is not much around the area. Swimming pools were nice. Our showers didn't have much water pressure and we could only get hot water to work in one bathroom. The rooms are nicely designed though and comfortable. The only criticism I have about the dining is that they charged us for waters at meals when the water was free for guests if we just filled up our own bottles. Also, i would suggest that the staff empty out decorative containers that collect water as we saw some mosquito larvae inside them.

Wir haben in diesem Resort für 3 Nächte geblieben und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es ist ein modernes Resort mit einer tollen Lage neben dem Strand. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön und jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Garten mit eigenem Pool. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit der Elektrizität, und wir haben ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. In beiden Zimmern war die AC nicht das beste, auch wenn es auf 16 Grad gesetzt, es war nicht super cool im Zimmer, aber es war ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt ein schönes Resort zu bleiben in Gili Air!

My wife and I spent 1 night here before trekking Mount Rinjani. We were greeted at the gate by the BEST team. The guys carried our bags to our beautiful and new bamboo bungalow. We were offered a choice of a fresh fruit smoothie as a welcome drink which we enjoyed while looking out at the stunning views from the lodge. The bungalow itself had a very comfortable queen sized bed. Everything was very clean and fresh. The huge separate bathroom had a sink, toilet and shower with HOT water. The resort has a restaurant on site where we had our dinner that night. They prepared us a few local Lombok dishes which were fantastic and so delicious. If you want a nice romantic getaway up north in Lombok, or need a place to rest and relax before and AFTER trekking Rinjani...... you should stay here!!! You won't be sorry. The guys even sang and played the guitar with us after dinner. It was such a special memory and we will never forget our time at the Bamboo bungalows! Terima kasih

We adored this place. We stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour of Bali and Lombok and this hotel is fabulous. The location, by Mount Rinjani, is perfect and just by the entrance to the waterfall steps. The wooden cabins are lovely, really clean with comfy beds. It has everything you need, the food and drinks are great and very reasonably priced. The staff were fab too. You won’t get luxury, but it is very good value for money. We loved it!
