Mercure Hotels in North Jakarta City

I recently booked a stay at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk for my boss during his business trip to Jakarta. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to key business areas and local amenities. The customer service was truly impressive—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is well-suited for a business stay, providing both comfort and functionality. Check in was good. Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day… Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety. Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids
