Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im ÉL Hotel Jakarta, wo modernes Design und außergewöhnliches Service für eine wirklich erinnerebare Erfahrung gemacht wurden. Das Hotel ist ideal im Herzen von Jakarta mit einfachem Zugang zu Einkaufen, Essen und Transport. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, bietet ein komfortables Bett und große Stadtblicke. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und professionell, immer bereit, mit jeder Anfrage zu helfen. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels, einschließlich eines Fitnesszentrums, Pools und leckere Mahlzeiten, wurden zu der Gesamterfahrung hinzugefügt. Ob für Geschäfts- oder Freizeit, empfehle ich dem El Hotel Jakarta für einen luxuriösen und sauberen Aufenthalt.

Booked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors. I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website. The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging. Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages. Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm. Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

Nice service, breakfast is delicious with a variety of food. Location is good with large shopping mall next to the hotel.

Location is great in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Very near to the MKG and also LRT. Many food choices around. This is a business hotel, so facilities are limited but enough for our stay. Service is great, we checked in with a big group and check in process are swift and seamless; and our request to be put into the same floor was arranged before check-in. Room cards are ready waiting for us.

Stayed here while being ill to isolate from family members. the star of this hotel is definitely the staff. from very friendly and supporting receptionists which help you day and night with all the things you might need or ask for to the amazing housekeeping. Budi randha (housekeeper) in particular made this stay so comfortable as he prepared the room quickly, super clean and organized while still leaving a smile on our face with artistic towel figures everyday. In a 1 week isolation with just my BF and I this was a very welcome surprise.

Everything was fine -you are near the sea but can not see it from guestrooms, very good seafood restaurant nearby , breakfast was fine -best thing the room was clean and comfortable

Hotel is right above the mall. Everything is accessible. Clean and worth the money. It was a bit far from the airport but if your business is in North Jakarta, this hotel is a good choice.

Stayin only 1 night for a concert in Beach City International Stadium. Only take 3 KM by walking. Location is strategic, easy to find cab, accomodate by free shuttle bus (wira wiri), spacious parking area (free). The staff are very nice, very helpful & kind 🙏👍. The room is clean, neat. Bathroom is fine, clean & complete amenities. I just didnt expect the swimming pool is full of kids, but its fine. Thanks Mercure Hotel 🙏🙏👍

Love the location, just in the same building as MOI. Our room was nice and clean. Love the bath towels, so thick and smelt clean. However we didn’t get any handtowels. As we only stay for a couple of nights, we didn’t bother.
