Very good experience to stay 5 days goa in Hilton. Room service and food is also very good. Property is kid friendly as well and also provide the kid assist from the hotel management. It is near to north goa all visiting places and having a wonderful stay here.

When planning the final, Candolim section of our trip to Goa, Shanu's first caught my eye as it seemed to be in a good location but it was difficult to find many reviews from a UK tourist's perspective. Despite this I made a booking for a 1st floor Queen room and it proved to be a very good decision. Shanu's is a large building surrounded by beautiful gardens, located in a quiet, mainly residential area with a couple of other similar guest houses nearby. It is two minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main road and 10 minutes to Candolim beach road. On checking in we received a friendly greeting before being shown to our room where we were handed our WiFi passwords and 5 large bottles of water, one for each day of our stay. The room had a balcony, accessed via sliding glass doors with insect screens and was equipped with a comfortable double bed, effective quiet air conditioning, a fridge, a kettle and there were plenty of sockets dotted around the room. The modern ensuite bathroom was fitted with a great shower that provided hot water any time of day and room cleaning was carried out whenever required by leaving our key at reception, who also organised a very reasonably priced taxi to take us to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at Shanu's enormously and wouldn't hesitate to stay there when we next visit Candolim.

Very joyful and satisfied family stay, checking most expectations positively, only suggestion to improve impact would be greater attention to details. Happy enough to extend stay after feeling satisfied supportive desk and hotel staff and good variety in breakfast, restaurant food quality/taste very good though more local/goan/konkan options would be appreciated - good south/north indian options; rooms-toilets-baths clean and spacious with relevant amenities. Could enhance service with more consistency and attention to details specifically housekeeping - no significant complaint and the team resolved on call: old bottle in room fridge, missing feet-towel outside bath, 1 instead of 2 soap bars, less milk creamer, etc. - relatively insignificant grindings but the difference between good and excellent. For anyone hoping to book, would definitely recommend with a suggestion to always use the entry road by the mandir near the highway signal instead of the entry road by the highway church which makes navigation a bit long and confusing.

Das Hotel liegt mit einer Familie von 3 an der Spitze der Panjim, wandelbarer Entfernung zum Ritz klassisch, godinhos, kokni canteen etc. und alle Casinos wie Deltin, großer Daddy, majestätische Stolz und wenige andere. Das Essen ist gut, wir nutzten nur ihr Frühstück, da wir reisen geführt hatten, um die lokalen Restaurants zu besuchen und das Casino Frühstück hat gute Optionen, wir hatten Parathas, kochte Eier, Masala Omelette, Idle Sambhar Chutney Brot mit Butter/Jam mit Tee und Kaffeeservice war großartig und das Personal war hilfreich. Empfohlen für Familie.

Perfekte Lage. Nahe der Stadt Panjim, Restaurants und ******s. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Großes Frühstücksbuffet und schöner Pool und Fitnessraum. Das Personal ist sehr professionell, aber es muss erwähnt werden, dass der große Service von Frontbüro-Mitarbeitern, die den Nachtwechsel arbeiten. Deevanshu könnte sein Name sein. Dank für das hohe Service- und Unterstützungsniveau, das er angeboten hat.

Mein Aufenthalt im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon in Goa war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Zimmer, das ich zugewiesen hatte, war nicht nur komfortabel, sondern auch ein sehr geräumiges Bad, das den allgemeinen Komfort und Luxus meines Aufenthalts verbessert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war topnotch, und der Schwimmbad ist aufgrund seiner einladenden Atmosphäre und seines preisgebenden Zustands besonders hervorgehoben. Die Küchenerfahrung im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon war ebenso beeindruckend. Die breite Palette von Frühstücksoptionen, die jeden Morgen zur Verfügung stand, war eine angenehme Möglichkeit, den Tag zu beginnen, zu essen mit einer Vielzahl von Geschmacks- und Präferenzen. Die Qualität der im Restaurant servierten Lebensmittel war ausgezeichnet, wobei jedes Gericht die hohen Küchenstandards des Hotels widerspiegelt. Einer der ruhigsten und angenehmesten Aspekte meines Aufenthalts war der ruhige private Strand, der den Hotelgästen zugänglich ist. Es bietet einen friedlichen Rückzug aus der Härte und Büste des Alltagslebens, die Momente der Ruhe und Entspannung unter der natürlichen Schönheit von Goa ermöglicht. - Ja.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! When booking, we had shared all booking IDs as we were 4 couples with young kids and each had booked their own room. All IDs were shared with Ms. Priyanka. We clearly had asked if there was a wedding group, we will not book the rooms, but we were assured that there is no wedding group booking. We were even holding parallel reservation at another Hyatt hotel which we cancelled as Grand Hyatt was a preferred property. And then as soon as we landed we came to know that there was a wedding group at the property. As a family and leisure traveller, you do not wish to be barging into a wedding party when you want a quiet time. Then the check-in experience was messed up as rooms were not allotted together after relaying the information more than 45 days in advance. When rooms were allotted they gave a twin bed room instead of king bed. A basic no view room was allotted instead of bay view as was booked. The amount of time spent in changing the room took aways more than 3 hours of time on day of arrival and kids did not get time to go to the pool at all. They were disappointed as they could not go to the beach or the pool that evening. They did upgrade one room to a suite but in a group of 4 families it is not helpful as to pick who would stay in the suite, so the gesture wasnt very helpful. After getting in touch with Mr. Aditya Bhanwar (Director of Rooms) through a contact we were next day again shifted to another block which was supposed to be away from the wedding party but the wedding party was occupying area near the pool with loud music which was a bummer. Next day the Asst. ***ager Ms. Zuvaria still messed up on shifting process and when we had asked assistance on the restaurant, she again created confusion wasting over an hour without any reason. The feedback was relayed to Mr. Aditya and ***ager Mr. Gaurav. When rooms were shifted, they mixed up the rooms as well. The reception staff seemed so confused, it looked like they were only trying to handle the wedding group and that they were not at all bothered about the individual / leisure traveller. We have been to other bigger properties that handle groups much more effectively keeping leisure and group travellers distant, but things here werent very great. Only relief was the bar as we have some cocktails and bartender Aavi made us some good drinks.
