Hey... Obwohl ich es wirklich spät poste, habe ich keine Worte, um die Dienstleistungen zu beschreiben, die wir erhalten haben. Wir haben zu Beginn unserer Reise drei Tage geplant, dann verlängerten wir für weitere fünf Tage acht Tage waren unersetzte das Personal, der Koch, das Mädchen namens Sapna neben dem Pool, der Lebensmittel serviert war auch sehr schön und ruhig, Ich erinnere mich nicht an alle Namen, aber Sapna, Sadhna, Sicherheitspersonal in der dienst war auch ziemlich kooperativ Chef Sainath sie alle so nett waren, kann nicht beschrieben, wie schnell ihr Team arbeitet von allen möglichen Wegen, Wir waren überrascht, dass alles so perfekt sein könnte, alle Mitarbeiter des Rezeptionsteams, die unter ***ager arbeiten, fantastische Dienstleistungen wert zu zahlen für Fairfield von Marriott. Das schreiben nach einer Schuld, dass ich nicht in der Lage, dort Dienste und harte Arbeit zu schätzen, die wirklich unverachtbar war. Danke Team Ehemann

Das Hotel hat kurz vor Corona geöffnet und hatte bisher keine Gelegenheit sich richtig zu entfalten. Dennoch bezahlt *** hier den vollen Preis. Die Ankunft war sehr unpersönlich, *** musste selbst die Rezeption suchen. Dort gab es nicht mal ein „guten Tag“ bis *** selbst auf sich aufmerksam gemacht hat. Das Personal ist generell sehr schweigsam und nicht sehr kommunikativ, wirkt sogar erschrocken wann *** als Gast zuerst „guten Morgen“ wünscht. Da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, konnten wir kostenlos zu Mittag essen, sehr nett! Unsere Suite war wirklich sehr toll und geräumig, hatte einen Pool und eine schöne Aussicht. Etwas störend jedoch hier das gehupe von der Straße unterhalb des Hotels, sowie der Rauch der Müllverbrennung, die fast täglich unterhalb des Hotels stattfand. Außerdem beschmutzen die umherfliegenden Vögel das Geländer und den Poolrand relativ schnell wenn *** nicht aufpasst. Das wird von Housekeeping wohl auch nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Zudem gibt es im Hotel noch kein SPA, das geht in Goa überhaupt nicht. Und es gibt keine Aufzüge!!!! Sowas haben wir noch nie gesehen. Da tut einem echt das Personal schon leid, die die Koffer schleppen müssen. Und beim Roomservice möchte *** kaum etwas bestellen, weil die alles über die Treppen bringen müssen. Die Speisen im, Restaurant waren immer top, das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas umfangreicher ausfallen. Es ist im Restaurant viel zu warm. Sehr nett bedient hat uns Nilima und Puja im Restaurant und Chef Danish Dhanse hat uns ein tolles Abendessen zubereitet. Wir hatten auch ein privates BBQ auf unserer Terrasse. Geschmacklich war es sehr toll, nur hat das mit dem aufräumen hinterher überhaupt nicht geklappt. Wenn *** schon ein romantisches BBQ hat, sollte auch alles schnell abgeräumt werden. Wir haben alles nach 1,5 Std. dann selber vor die Tür gestellt, damit wir unsere Ruge haben. Immerhin waren da Speisereste und es gibt dort genügend Ungeziefer. Mayank an der Rezeption hat sich sehr nett verhalten und sich unsere Anmerkungen wenigstens angehört. Wenn das Hotel dann mal ein SPA und Aufzüge hat, kann *** evtl. noch mal kommen und dann reicht es auch evtl. für mehr Punkte. Nochmals: unsere Suite mit Pool und Aussicht war wunderbar, hatte aber auch seinen Preis.

Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. When booking, we had shared all booking IDs as we were 4 couples with young kids and each had booked their own room. All IDs were shared with Ms. Priyanka. We clearly had asked if there was a wedding group, we will not book the rooms, but we were assured that there is no wedding group booking. We were even holding parallel reservation at another Hyatt hotel which we cancelled as Grand Hyatt was a preferred property. And then as soon as we landed we came to know that there was a wedding group at the property. As a family and leisure traveller, you do not wish to be barging into a wedding party when you want a quiet time. Then the check-in experience was messed up as rooms were not allotted together after relaying the information more than 45 days in advance. When rooms were allotted they gave a twin bed room instead of king bed. A basic no view room was allotted instead of bay view as was booked. The amount of time spent in changing the room took aways more than 3 hours of time on day of arrival and kids did not get time to go to the pool at all. They were disappointed as they could not go to the beach or the pool that evening. They did upgrade one room to a suite but in a group of 4 families it is not helpful as to pick who would stay in the suite, so the gesture wasnt very helpful. After getting in touch with Mr. Aditya Bhanwar (Director of Rooms) through a contact we were next day again shifted to another block which was supposed to be away from the wedding party but the wedding party was occupying area near the pool with loud music which was a bummer. Next day the Asst. ***ager Ms. Zuvaria still messed up on shifting process and when we had asked assistance on the restaurant, she again created confusion wasting over an hour without any reason. The feedback was relayed to Mr. Aditya and ***ager Mr. Gaurav. When rooms were shifted, they mixed up the rooms as well. The reception staff seemed so confused, it looked like they were only trying to handle the wedding group and that they were not at all bothered about the individual / leisure traveller. We have been to other bigger properties that handle groups much more effectively keeping leisure and group travellers distant, but things here werent very great. Only relief was the bar as we have some cocktails and bartender Aavi made us some good drinks.

Das ist unser zweites Mal, um dieses Hotel zu erleben. Das Personal ist willkommen. Die Umgebung ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel wie zu Hause. Der saubere Er ist diligent und polit. Das Essen ist lecker. Wir freuen uns, dass das gleiche Personal im Essensraum wieder zu sehen. Sie sind professionell und freundlich. Wir möchten speziell Deepak erwähnen, der immer bereit ist, uns mit seinem Lächeln zu dienen. Wir empfehlen den Menschen, zu besuchen und eine angenehme Erfahrung zu haben. Rosenthal Familie.
