Ausgezeichnetes Zimmer mit sehr schönem Essen. Poolseite ist zu gut mit Live-Band am Abend. Lage ist ein bisschen auf einer schmalen Strecke, aber ***geeigbar. Zimmerservice und Lebensmittelqualität hervorragend.

Die Strand Bilder der Webseite täuschen. Bei Ankunft die reinste Enttäuschung. Es gibt keinen nutzbaren Strand, in unseren Augen die reinste Müllhalde. Der Fluss der hier ins Meer mündet bringt unheimlich viel Plastikmüll mit, der am Hotel vorbeischwimmt, das ist sehr unschön. Die Aussage des Hotels, der Strand sei öffentlich, lass ich nicht gelten. Dann gehören solche Bilder nicht in die Werbung. Baden geht im Meer wegen der Verschmutzung und Strömung gar nicht. Die Hotelanlage ist veraltet und durchweg schmutzig, vor allem der angeblich neue Pool. Dort war kein Personal und der Pool war sehr schmutzig, Handtücher gab es dort keine und benutzte Handtücher lagen tagelang herum. Die Bar dort hatte zu. Und Hunde im Poolbereich habe ich weltweit auch noch nie gesehen. Das Hotel hat keinen westlicher Standard der 5 Sterne würdig ist und wird hier völlig überbewertet. Das Personal soweit ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, vor allem die Jungs in der Azur Lounge. Ohne die Jungs, die 5 Sterne verdient hätten, wäre der ganze Aufenthalt ein Desaster gewesen, sonst nur 1 Stern. Das Essen war sehr gut, am Buffett jedoch nur indischer Geschmack. Das Display an Helloween war sehr schön. Den ganzen Tag wird *** mit der gleichen Musik beschallt, von ausruhen keine Rede, ausser *** bleibt im Zimmer. Die lauten Partyboote den Tag über bis spät Abend sind sehr störend. Ich empfehle ein anderes Hotel zu buchen, wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Maximal ist das ein 3 Sterne Hotel, das den Marriott Namen nicht verdient hat. Als Ambassador Mitglied war nicht einmal ein Grussbrief oder sonst eine Kleinigkeit im Zimmer, das hatte ich noch nie. Wir hatten das teuerste Zimmer gebucht was buchbar war. Das Zimmer wurde erst Nachmittag sauber gemacht, die Terasse nicht ein einziges Mal. Da lag noch der Müll der Vorgänger der erst nach Beschwerde weggeräumt wurde. Es gäbe noch mehr, aber das reicht. Als erster Eindruck für Goa absolut enttäuschend. Nicht wieder in dieses Hotel. Besser in andere Hotels der Marriott Gruppe ausweichen.

Very good experience to stay 5 days goa in Hilton. Room service and food is also very good. Property is kid friendly as well and also provide the kid assist from the hotel management. It is near to north goa all visiting places and having a wonderful stay here.

The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Mein Aufenthalt im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon in Goa war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Zimmer, das ich zugewiesen hatte, war nicht nur komfortabel, sondern auch ein sehr geräumiges Bad, das den allgemeinen Komfort und Luxus meines Aufenthalts verbessert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war topnotch, und der Schwimmbad ist aufgrund seiner einladenden Atmosphäre und seines preisgebenden Zustands besonders hervorgehoben. Die Küchenerfahrung im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon war ebenso beeindruckend. Die breite Palette von Frühstücksoptionen, die jeden Morgen zur Verfügung stand, war eine angenehme Möglichkeit, den Tag zu beginnen, zu essen mit einer Vielzahl von Geschmacks- und Präferenzen. Die Qualität der im Restaurant servierten Lebensmittel war ausgezeichnet, wobei jedes Gericht die hohen Küchenstandards des Hotels widerspiegelt. Einer der ruhigsten und angenehmesten Aspekte meines Aufenthalts war der ruhige private Strand, der den Hotelgästen zugänglich ist. Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage

When booking, we had shared all booking IDs as we were 4 couples with young kids and each had booked their own room. All IDs were shared with Ms. Priyanka. We clearly had asked if there was a wedding group, we will not book the rooms, but we were assured that there is no wedding group booking. We were even holding parallel reservation at another Hyatt hotel which we cancelled as Grand Hyatt was a preferred property. And then as soon as we landed we came to know that there was a wedding group at the property. As a family and leisure traveller, you do not wish to be barging into a wedding party when you want a quiet time. Then the check-in experience was messed up as rooms were not allotted together after relaying the information more than 45 days in advance. When rooms were allotted they gave a twin bed room instead of king bed. A basic no view room was allotted instead of bay view as was booked. The amount of time spent in changing the room took aways more than 3 hours of time on day of arrival and kids did not get time to go to the pool at all. They were disappointed as they could not go to the beach or the pool that evening. They did upgrade one room to a suite but in a group of 4 families it is not helpful as to pick who would stay in the suite, so the gesture wasnt very helpful. After getting in touch with Mr. Aditya Bhanwar (Director of Rooms) through a contact we were next day again shifted to another block which was supposed to be away from the wedding party but the wedding party was occupying area near the pool with loud music which was a bummer. Next day the Asst. ***ager Ms. Zuvaria still messed up on shifting process and when we had asked assistance on the restaurant, she again created confusion wasting over an hour without any reason. The feedback was relayed to Mr. Aditya and ***ager Mr. Gaurav. When rooms were shifted, they mixed up the rooms as well. The reception staff seemed so confused, it looked like they were only trying to handle the wedding group and that they were not at all bothered about the individual / leisure traveller. We have been to other bigger properties that handle groups much more effectively keeping leisure and group travellers distant, but things here werent very great. Only relief was the bar as we have some cocktails and bartender Aavi made us some good drinks.

Die Lage von Riva ist ausgezeichnet. Recht am ruhigsten Teil des Strandes, aber immer noch sehr zugänglich zu Strandschachen und Restaurants. Es gibt 3 Pools auf den Räumlichkeiten und die Spa-Dienste sind großartig. Check-in und check-out war so reibungslos. Ich wünsche mir wirklich, dass ich Riva höher bewerten könnte, weil es ein schönes Resort mit gastfreundlichem Personal und es das Potenzial hat, sehr entspannend zu sein. Allerdings war das Essen eine gewaltige Abnahme. Goa ist bekannt als eine erstaunliche Küchenerfahrung, und ich wünschte Riva konnte Lebensmittel anbieten, die nach den Goan-Standards. Ich bestellte eine Suppe im Kaffee und es war unterstandard, zumindest zu sagen. Die Sambhar- und Veggrave am nächsten Morgen wurde abgewässert und dann übersalzt. Glückwunsch konnte meine resourcenreiche Familie einige erstaunliche Lebensmitteloptionen außerhalb des Hotels finden. Es gibt Arbeit zu tun und ich werde warten, bis ich bessere Lebensmittel Bewertungen höre, bevor ich empfehle oder wieder besuchen.
