Stayed for a coupla nights and found the resort charming and very enjoyable. The staff were excellent and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway with breathtaking views of the blue ocean. The ferry ride across the river added to the charm of the spot.

It is a small property with beach access. We stayed in a suite room with balcony which was spacious. Food was average but breakfast spread was good. We found the staff somewhat impolite and unresponsive since there is no room service. We were first shown a smaller room and then changed when i showed mm t booking details. We stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned in spite of multiple requests and reminders. Car parking is 10mins away but they provide valet. Local cab service is more than double price than goamiles. It is a pet friendly property overall, average experience.

Hello MMT Team , Resort location was good but problem with owners behaviour and they were intentionally stopping water and that was most hurt part specially when you using washroom and water disturbance again and again same issue was both day and property is not worth for what they charging for this amount. - Poor breakfast literally worst if I will go in kitchen better make. - insects and Lizard roaming around your room. - when we talked to owner he gave us Threats just got for here and don't expect any discount or refund. - There are no such BAR kind of things with them. - no umbrella facility - charging for everything

Zuvor war es in diesem Hotel mit Freunden, Hotel, für Indien, ausgezeichnet. Jeden Tag wechseln Bett und Zimmer Dekoration, Reinigung im Hotel, gibt es russischsprachige Mitarbeiter. Der Aufenthalt mit Freunden im Hotel war sehr angenehm, so, auf einer einzigen Reise, wenn es notwendig war, das Hotel, Nanu Resort Arambol zu wählen.. Wählen Sie eine Unterkunft ohne Essen, um die erklärten 450 Rupies für Frühstück zu bezahlen, im Hotel. Dies war eine schwierige Zeit, da das Hotel den Frühstückspreis von 600 Rupies bereits angekündigt und 450 Rupies nur nach ihren Anrufen an die Oberbehörden für das Frühstück vereinbart hat. Es war der einzige unbehagliche Moment beim Hotel. Sehr gutes Hotel, hervorragendes Personal.

VVARENYAMMein Aufenthalt im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon in Goa war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Zimmer, das ich zugewiesen hatte, war nicht nur komfortabel, sondern auch ein sehr geräumiges Bad, das den allgemeinen Komfort und Luxus meines Aufenthalts verbessert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war topnotch, und der Schwimmbad ist aufgrund seiner einladenden Atmosphäre und seines preisgebenden Zustands besonders hervorgehoben.
Die Küchenerfahrung im Taj Cidad de Goa Horizon war ebenso beeindruckend. Die breite Palette von Frühstücksoptionen, die jeden Morgen zur Verfügung stand, war eine angenehme Möglichkeit, den Tag zu beginnen, zu essen mit einer Vielzahl von Geschmacks- und Präferenzen. Die Qualität der im Restaurant servierten Lebensmittel war ausgezeichnet, wobei jedes Gericht die hohen Küchenstandards des Hotels widerspiegelt.

PPrateek DahiyaRecently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice.
However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well!
The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment.
Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Das Personal ist sehr professionell, aber es muss erwähnt werden, dass der große Service von Frontbüro-Mitarbeitern, die den Nachtwechsel arbeiten. Deevanshu könnte sein Name sein. Dank für das hohe Service- und Unterstützungsniveau, das er angeboten hat.

GGastnutzerFor our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!!
We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note!
Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end.

Es gibt 3 Pools auf den Räumlichkeiten und die Spa-Dienste sind großartig. Check-in und check-out war so reibungslos. Ich wünsche mir wirklich, dass ich Riva höher bewerten könnte, weil es ein schönes Resort mit gastfreundlichem Personal und es das Potenzial hat, sehr entspannend zu sein. Allerdings war das Essen eine gewaltige Abnahme. Goa ist bekannt als eine erstaunliche Küchenerfahrung, und ich wünschte Riva konnte Lebensmittel anbieten, die nach den Goan-Standards. Ich bestellte eine Suppe im Kaffee und es war unterstandard, zumindest zu sagen. Die Sambhar- und Veggrave am nächsten Morgen wurde abgewässert und dann übersalzt. Glückwunsch konnte meine resourcenreiche Familie einige erstaunliche Lebensmitteloptionen außerhalb des Hotels finden.
Es gibt Arbeit zu tun und ich werde warten, bis ich bessere Lebensmittel Bewertungen höre, bevor ich empfehle oder wieder besuchen.

GGuest UserNothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and ***y more, all freshly backed, cooked .
Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.
