Ich musste um Zimmerwechsel 3 mal nach dem Einchecken bitten. Erstes Zimmer riecht wie Eier, zweites Zimmer hatte eine Sofa/Band mit Fliesen in ihr. Ich bat Kendra um ein Zimmer wechseln das zweite Mal, weil das Zimmer schmutzig war und ich nicht gefühlt, komfortabel in diesem Zimmer zu bleiben. Das dritte Zimmer, sie lasse mich das Zimmer schauen, bevor ich damit einverstanden war. Ich habe das Zimmer gescannt und es relativ sauber gefunden, so dass ich das Zimmer nahm. Als ich ins Bett gelegt habe, habe ich mein Handy im Bett und im Nachtloch gefallen und als ich nach Hause ging, sah ich, dass es viel Müll gab und es mehr unter dem Sitz war. Es gab auch eine Kunststoffverpackung für etwas, muss von dem vorherigen Gast hinterlassen und nicht gereinigt worden. Der Bad Toilettenpapierhalter war auch gebrochen, aber ich konnte das nicht erkennen, nur durch einen Blick auf sie. I checked in home2 suites a few days before my flight. Since checking Veronica went over and beyond to ensure I had a seamless relaxing stay. Veronica made her self valuable to all my questions and went out of her way to make sure my stay was nothing short of excellent. This property offers spacious rooms comfortable beds breakfast a snack shop and plenty of places to lounge . I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to stay in this property

Korin M, who was working the front desk when I arrived late in the evening, was amazing. I told him about a bad hotel, stay in a different city, because of highway traffic noise and when we realized my room was near the road, he went out of the way to help me fix it. He even let me view the new room before we switched my room and brought the room keys to me. I never felt like a burden and he always had a smile. He was so positive and kind. The hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Was greeted with a friendly smile during check in. The room was very comfortable with small refrigerator. Didn't see any outdoor area to relax that was the only thing I wished they had. I would come back here and stay again

We stayed three nights in October for an event I hosted (EVENT STAFF COULD NOT BE MORE OUTSTANDING), but this is for the room/staff. We stayed in a suite - always ask for the opposite side of the interstate, as it is very loud on the ”even side”, especially if you have any sleep issues. Could it be updated some? Sure. We came back for a night in November on family business. Stayed in an odd-numbered room and it was decidedly quieter. They need better trashcans in the rooms. Seriously, the one they had in the main room is no bigger than a stand up desk file box. The hotel employee that I was disappointed in was Gwen at the front desk. Not friendly, not attentive, not in a hurry. After the first visit my husband had left something, and I thought I ha. Until we made reservations for the second visit, my husband did not realize that that's where he left his cane. He gave them a call, they went right to it, and it was waiting at the desk with his name on when we checked in. What I thought I lost was a necklace we had brought to town to take to the jeweler, but a family emergency prevented that (we lived in the area until last year so it was a trip ”home”). I asked Gwen to check on it. SEVERAL times I had to explain exactly what it was - a broken gold necklace with 4 small beads - how exact is that?) She shuffled around and acted like I was crazy to even ask about it. I explained the situation several more times - she wanted the reservation number I had been under because supposedly that was the only way anyone could look for it. I didn't have the number, but had the dates. She was surly about it. FINALLY she said she'd call upstairs to the lost and found and I could have a seat. It took about an hour for anyone from ”there” to come down, and I finally had to crowd the desk for her to call them. Hearing the way she was referencing my claim was like she was just humoring me, and I might be scamming her. How many people come looking for a broken piece of jewelry, and how hard is it to see if they have it? That could have been a misunderstanding of her motives by me, but based on how she was at check-in both visits and how I saw her similarly relate to other customers, I felt she was not into her job. I won't let that keep me from staying there again, though. The great experience I had with the event staff bought them some loyalty from me. I will say kudos for having gluten free cookies - wish they could be warm, but know that's impossible.

I would say avoid this place at all costs. I arrived at the hotel, I would say between 10 and 11 PM and as I entered the lobby there was a stale musty skunk smell. I had booked a king non-smoking and when I got to the desk they switch me to 2 Queens. So the laundry was on the way so I stopped there first. I spent about 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes doing laundry. I then went over to the room and the moment I walked in the room I could tell it was dirty, really dirty! There was two queen beds against the wall barely enough room to walk to the bathroom. They had a futon in the middle of the room which was really hard to get around so I guess the room was supposed to sleep six people. It seem more like a spring break place. The room had two TVs and neither one of them worked. The towels were white but they look like they had been used in a mechanic shop because they were black stains in all of the towels. I also noticed there were several cups Of some kind of black liquid left on top of the refrigerator. I assume from the previous guests. I didn’t even stay in the room. When I went back up front to the desk it was pretty late after midnight and I could not find anybody. I then got in my vehicle and left. I booked this through the Wyndham‘s app and I notified them of my stay and how bad it was. I told them that I wanted to request a refund. Today I noticed I received an email I believe it was from someone from that specific hotel. They gave me the gibberish about oh you only had 30 minutes to decide if you wanted to stay or not and we can’t refund your money. That would’ve been nice but I didn’t get into the room until at least an hour and a half after I checked in. Then when I did go back up to the front desk there’s no one around. To be honest the clerk told me when I checked in that there had been people living there for 2 to 3 years so I’m believing that this might be a section 8 hotel but I really don’t know. What I do know is I’ve been driving a truck for 37 years and this is absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. For your own health and safety I would not recommend this place at all. You’d be better getting a couple of blankets and sleeping up under a bridge.

Das Hofhof von Marriott in North Charleston sieht von außen sehr schön aus, und es ist klar, dass die Designer/Bauern eine tolle Arbeit gemacht haben. Mit diesem Satz, es braucht TLC. Das Teppich fühlte sich nicht besorgt. Pros: Lage - Recht von I-26 Kons: Lage - Diese befindet sich neben einem Saatgebiet. Werden Sie am Parkplatz am Abend aufmerksam. Personal - Das Personal war entweder brutal oder apathetisch. Kein einzelnes Personalmitglied lächelte oder gab einen Grüß. Rat zur Führung: Investieren in kleinere Renovierung. Die Personalmoral ist niedrig.

Front desk staff friendly, facility clean, breakfast average. Issue was room assignment. I booked large king suite room, Assigned room was “handicap assessable’ Did not need that, Two TV , what we expected “ could not change channels on one , could not shut A/C off and also noticed electrical outlets without covers. Changed room, and got smaller king suite only one tv. Did not have the same amenities as what I booked yet I was charged the same price, but it’s also advertised that way. This was also a handicap accessible room, but I certainly wouldn’t call that it is not a walk-in shower you have to climb in. I found the shower to be slippery. Room for two people which we were only two glasses in the room no plastic glasses in the bathroom just two glass glasses by the sink in the sitting area. The bathroom hand soap provided but no little dish or tray to put it and had to leave it on the counter. This is not what I expect from the Marriott property and I try to stay exclusively Marriott property.

GGuest UserThe young man at Checkin was wonderful. The plusses all stop there. Got into the room. First of all, I ordered and received confirmation that I was getting a Rollin Shower room.
Not! Did not receive the room I ordered. I cannot stand in regular tub/attached shower. How disappointed we were. Next. NO Air Conditioning. Power completely off on the room unit. Joshua kindly came in the room to try to fix/adjust it. No action. So next, he gives us another room. We were so excited our problems would be over. NOT! This room, I flushed the toilet..........NIAGRA FALLS!!!! Bathroom Fludded over with water in less than a minute. Could not stop it. My husband goes to front desk and gets a plunger and a mop. We slept in a room with totally wet floor as the mop had fibers no thicker than a child's jump rope. It was thin and old. We just endured a soaked room until we checked out in the morning about 6:30AM. Came to Charleston for Medical reasons. This room situation really made us SICK! I can only say the staff, and the breakfast are super kind. Whoever confirmed the room order from the very beginning DID NOT give us that room, and the rooms they gave us were totally devoid of being usable for any guests. Please have housekeeps check the basic facilities in rooms before allowing the front desk to rent them. Test the AC and Flush each toilet.

JJoley1892Have always had good experiences at a Hyatt. Not this time. They gave our booked King room away, and told us the two queen beds were “an upgrade”. The room was dirty: stains all over the furniture and floor, and mystery splatter on the walls. The TV was only viewable from one angle, otherwise the picture was colorless. The sleeper sofa was so sunken in it we slid to the center when sitting on it. The ac unit in the room had very clearly been replaced and was far too small for the room—the temperature never came down past 73 even being set to 65 the whole time. Won’t be staying again.

Einfach in Charleston und verrückte Strandbereiche wechseln. Das Zimmer war schön, die Betten waren ziemlich komfortabel, nicht die beste Hotelmatrix, auf der ich je geschlafen habe. Das Badezimmer ist das einzige negative. Im Gegensatz zu dem Rest des Zimmers hatte es diese schlecht ausgestattete Drop-Plafond, die aus der schlechten Belüftung ausruhte. RRKF1962Ein Best Western Hotel wie man es erwartet. Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Das beginnt in der Lobby und geht mir dem Frühstücksraum weiter bis hin zu den Zimmern. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel keine Treppe, die die Stockwerke miteinander verbindet, wenn man einmal von den Feuertreppen absieht. So muss mna leider den sehr langsamen Aufzug nehmen, um selbst zwei Stockwerke zu überwinden. Mein Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber man kan damit den Tag starten.

If you're here on business make sure you see Ari for any assistance while you're here Already made sure that we had a large room it smelled great the place was extremely clean and the bathrooms hot water was exceptional if you ever need to stay in North Charleston I would recommend here every time

Erstens, das Feueralarm ging früh aus -- es gab keine Mitarbeiter, um das Thema zu leiten oder zu behandeln. Es war ein Toast, aber es war kein Feueralarm im Zimmer, kaum Frühstück (Brötchen und Kaffee). --Beim Auschecken wurden unsere Bedenken geäußert, und die Frau ”Arbeitnehmer” argumentierte mit den Gästen. Wir baten den Manager. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte, der Manager heißt ”KA”. Der ”Manager” kam wütend und aufrichtig. Er gab keine Resolution und leckte seine Zunge und werfe Beleidigungen aus (******es). Wir links - und jemand aus dem Hotel-Eigentum nannte sich und identifizierte sich als ”Bob”. ”Bob” - bot keine tröstung, die wir akzeptieren wollten.---- er wurde wütend und machte sexuell explizite Kommentare über das Telefon----- zu weiterverfolgt ........... Welche Einheit ist die laufende dieser Hotel-Marke, die Sub Par-Dienste bietet und seine Kunden beledigt und scheinbar mit ihm wegkommt??? Wie ist das erlaubt?????? Welches Kartell ist das?????? Die WISCH-Hotel-Marke ist nicht wert, eine Weile zu verbringen. VERWENDEN Sie NICHT Ihr Geld Hier!
The hotel won't be happy I share this info but it's US versus THEM right in this crazy world n we have to watch our money or we won't have any. Big Hint!! Do not understand any circumstances walk in and request a room, unless u have plenty of cash. Always make reservations online n check Google or ur favorite savings site for best prices. I walked in after work to check in at 9pm n she said it would be $150 which is typical of these hotels taking advantage of the tourists. The rate online was $60. The room was clean n did not experience any issues and security was making rounds and was polite. I will go again n as of now n for the summer 2 stays at different times gets you a free stay with their rewards program. So sign up for it before u get Reservations. Good luck n SAVE!!
If you need something cheap, this is your place. The pictures on the site are EXTREMELY misleading! The first room we were offered...disgusting, the bed was made...but the bathroom was not cleaned AT ALL. The woman at the front desk, which WAS NOT what is pictured on the website, was empathetic and said it was embarrassing that it hadnt been fully cleaned. The second room looked reasonable just by walking and glancing at everything, so we threw our luggage in and left. When we got back there was a used syring right beside our car, started unpacking... I was done. The sheets had burn holes in them, the bathroom was dirty, the soap was used and slipped back in the package, there is mold on the wall behind the door, the back side of the door has probably never been wiped off (ever), the mattress was like sleeping on the springs with a blanket over them, there were people standing outside all the time smoking questionable things (if you catch my drift), the walls were poorly repaired by what lloks like someone who has never repaired a hole in a wall before, I could go on. In my opinion the owners do not put the money they make back into their establishment, it's sickening. There are two areas in a hotel room to keep up with. It's time to hire people WITH experience in cleaning and maintenance instead of just someone who wants to work and has lied on their resume. I didn't even think to look up in the bathroom, had I seen there was mold, probably would have saved me a trip to the ER for a breathing treatment for my allergies.
