My husband and I just love this place. The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds ate out of this world the sheets are so soft and smell so clean. The front desk staff are awesome and very friendly. The manager he is very nice himself. We will definitely come back again.. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful stay..

The beds were comforting to my sad soul for leaving my adopted home Charleston There was hot breakfast and indoor swimming pool. The most outstanding part of the whole stay was the staff! Ms Lily was helpful in countless ways and if you are fortunate you’ll encounter young Mr Davi. He’s not only kind but very strong! Thanks to this family, we were able to endure leaving

Die Lage perfekt zu den Plantagen und nach Downtown Charleston. Das Zimmer angenehm groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich brauchte. Allerdings ist die Beleuchtung nicht sehr hell, ja gerade zu schwach. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist aber die Klimaanlage, die nicht auszustellen geht. Dies ist ein absolutes No-go, denn ich bin ein mündiger Mensch und bin selbst in der Lage zu entscheiden, ob ich diese an oder lieber ausgeschaltet möchte. Zudem hat sie getan, was sie wollte (heizen und kühlen mit einer mega Geräuschkulisse). Und der Techniker hat alles nur verschlimmbessert, denn danach hat sie regelmäßig in den Turbogang geschaltet mit enormem Gebläse und noch lauter als sonst. Absolut nicht hinnehmbar. Schade, für das ansonsten gute Hotel.

Waren auf einer Rundreise für 2 Nächte dort.Check inn war schon sehr lustlos.Man hatte das Gefühl ein notwendiges Übel zu sein. Müllsack direkt vorm Zimmer wat dann am nächsten Nachmittsg weg. Wollten Pool anschauen eher ein grüner Naturteich.Zimmer ging so .Frühstück war sehr speziell. Kein Toast oder ähnliches.Waffeln und Waffelautomat und Pancakes. Naja hatte auch nichts besonderes erwartet kenne das amerikanische Frühstück aber Toast wäre auch nett gewesen.Das war nicht was mich sehr erstaunt und enttäuscht hat sondern die Mitarbeiter lustlos und unfreundlich

Wir endeten hier am späten Nachmittag des sehr langen Tages, nach einem sonst tollen 5 Tage in Charleston zu Hause zu versuchen. Unsere erweiterte Familie von 6 hatte unseren Flug 5 Stunden verzögert, dann bis zum nächsten Tag, so dass wir uns begeistert, unsere Füße zu entfernen und bis zum nächsten Morgen irgendwo in der Nähe des Flughafens gestellt. Wir waren unglaublich glücklich, durch die Türen hier zu gehen und Joy zu treffen, der uns schnell drei Zimmer auf einmal gefunden hat. Sie ging aus ihrem Weg, um unsere Erfahrungen am besten in einem müde, stressigen Tag zu machen, und fand sogar eine größere Suite, wo unsere beiden Kinder ihr eigenes Zimmer haben könnten. Es gab viele Mahlzeiten, auch in der Nähe von Spaziergängen, von denen wir profitierten. Es gibt auch einen Shuttle zum Flughafen, der auch lokale Reisen zu anderen Restaurants/Destinationen machen wird. Wir brauchten es nicht zu Abend, aber wir hätten unser Mietwagen bereits zurückgegeben, so dass, wenn wir es hätten, es eine große Hilfe gewesen wäre. Es gab auch eine soziale Stunde Wein & Käse im Lobby, als wir von einem frühen Abendessen zurückgekommen waren, was eine angenehme Überraschung war. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder in der Nähe des Flughafens bleiben müsste, sei es als Familie oder auf Geschäftsreise, dann wäre das der Ort. Danke noch einmal vor allem Joy, für den komplett schwierigen Tag umzudrehen!

The young man at Checkin was wonderful. The plusses all stop there. Got into the room. First of all, I ordered and received confirmation that I was getting a Rollin Shower room. Not! Did not receive the room I ordered. I cannot stand in regular tub/attached shower. How disappointed we were. Next. NO Air Conditioning. Power completely off on the room unit. Joshua kindly came in the room to try to fix/adjust it. No action. So next, he gives us another room. We were so excited our problems would be over. NOT! This room, I flushed the toilet..........NIAGRA FALLS!!!! Bathroom Fludded over with water in less than a minute. Could not stop it. My husband goes to front desk and gets a plunger and a mop. We slept in a room with totally wet floor as the mop had fibers no thicker than a child's jump rope. It was thin and old. We just endured a soaked room until we checked out in the morning about 6:30AM. Came to Charleston for Medical reasons. This room situation really made us SICK! I can only say the staff, and the breakfast are super kind. Whoever confirmed the room order from the very beginning DID NOT give us that room, and the rooms they gave us were totally devoid of being usable for any guests. Please have housekeeps check the basic facilities in rooms before allowing the front desk to rent them. Test the AC and Flush each toilet. Thanks!

Ein Best Western Hotel wie man es erwartet. Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Das beginnt in der Lobby und geht mir dem Frühstücksraum weiter bis hin zu den Zimmern. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel keine Treppe, die die Stockwerke miteinander verbindet, wenn man einmal von den Feuertreppen absieht. So muss mna leider den sehr langsamen Aufzug nehmen, um selbst zwei Stockwerke zu überwinden. Mein Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber man kan damit den Tag starten.
