Quality Inn & Suites North Charleston - Ashley Phosphate

We traveled for threes hrs with a family for a two nights stay at Quality Inn & Suites, upon arrival we’ve got a room with a view of Ruby Tuesday restaurant straight across parking lots. Homeless all over the place starring. Inside the room we noticed a strong odor of mold and cigarettes that we had to ask for a different room. We got a different room on second floor and we still had a bad odor of cigarettes and moldy room. There were yellow spots on linen sheets ‘queen bed’ looked gross. Our microwave was not installed and many electrical outlets didn’t work. I saw a dead bug on the table. We payed extra for breakfast for each person but there was NO Breakfast. We didn’t even use the pool because of creepy people all around ‘homeless, smokers, etc.’ kids were afraid. It was hard to park the car because of long semi truck parked behind parking spaces and blocked half of the way. Quality Suits and Inn is located right beside the freeway, very noisy and dirty surrounding. I payed through trip.com 85.02 per night but original price was 79.99 per night for same thing. I wish I can get my refund back. I do NOT recommend!

Was constantly harassed by unknown man. 5 separate times someone who knock loudly for several minutes and would only leave once the hotel staff showed up. I was scared for my safety.

We stayed there for 3 nights. There wasn't much to eat for breakfast, the room wasn't really fully cleaned/serviced everyday. But the front desk staff were very nice and responsive.

We made the mistake of going for price. The staff, front counter and housekeeping were very nice and understanding of our reason to not stay. We didnt feel safe there. We left and booked another hotel.

I checked in and was given a dirty room with beer cans all over the place. Went back to the counter and was given a clean room with a strong odor of ****! I had to get air freshener just to try to cover the smell because I knew it wouldn’t get much better. The shower went from hot to cold almost instantly, the toilet took a lot to flush, my cell phone was bigger than the tv, and there wasn’t a trash can in the room. If it wasn’t the last room left in the city on a holiday weekend, I would have eaten that $150 and changed hotels IMMEDIATELY! Do not recommend this place at all!!

I had reserved two rooms. They only had record of one under my name. They did not have the other room either under my name or my guests. The hotel’s solution was for me to book another room and pay for it. I contacted ******* for remedy, but the hotel would not provide a remedy. I asked ******* to arrange refund for both and we drove home at 10:30 at night.

The room was outdated. The tub and walls were stained, the bedding was old and had holes and tares. The breakfast was very basic and the eating area was dirty.

VERY clean, quiet, convenient. Staff was awesome, very helpful. Give them a RAISE!!!

Nothing good , they smell so bad and it was nothing clean bad service I not come back later .
