Locust Tree Bed and Breakfast LLC

Heidi was very accommodating and helpful. She has an exquisitely remodeled late 18th century home with pairs of rooms that share baths. It is very clean & well kept. The beds are comfortable and there are a choice of firm or soft pillows. She has a flock of chickens that provide VERY fresh eggs for breakfast. We highly recommend Locust Tree Bed & Breakfast. RA

We were visiting/exploring the southern/middle area of the Berkshires and found the Locust Tree B&B. It's in the northwest corner of CT but it's situated within a 20 minute drive of everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious and clean; the breakfast is a standard eggs, pancake, French toast, waffles, bacon, coffee & juice offering but it was delicious, filling & made to order. The hostess, Heidi, was kind enough to supply my companion with a chicken sausage (he does not eat pork). I would recommend a stay here.

We loved Locust Tree. Appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and value of our room and close-by bathroom (always conveniently unoccupied, even though the other six rooms were occupied), green grounds, Heidi, a hardworking, cheery host, hot b'fast, quiet fellow guests, and, not least, the expansive u-shaped porch tucked under large Locust tree.

Great place to stay. Spent the July 4th weekend here when we came to see James Taylor. Heidi makes everybody feel at home. Reasonable prices for a turn off the century in. Fantastic breakfasts, although they should think about adding plan-based bacon to the menu. Would definitely stay again.
