Sehr sauber und erstaunlicher Kundenservice.

Die Bettrahmen waren dunkel, wenn die Matratze ein bisschen gliederte . Aber der Rest war gut

Das Hotelpersonal und andere Hotelgäste waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir waren dort für eine Frauenretreat (Zion Kirche). Ich musste nach der ersten Nacht die Zimmer wechseln, weil mein Zimmer direkt über dem Außenhof war und es nicht schließen bis 2.00 Uhr, so dass ich nicht viel schlafen konnte in der ersten Nacht. Sie änderten mein Zimmer ohne Probleme später, so dass ich nicht wieder durch diese Erfahrung gekommen war. Terrance ist ein Geschirr, er war der Personalkapitan in unserem Konferenzraum und er stellte sicher, dass wir alle umgesehen und alle Diätoptionen zufrieden waren. Sein Kundenservice ist Top-Notch. Es waren zwei andere Damen, die oben und darüber gingen, um sich um uns zu kümmern und ich konnte ihre Namen nicht bekommen. Einer hatte ein Tattoo in der Nähe ihres Ohrs und Halsbereichs, sie war so süß und nett. Ich würde in Zukunft sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, da es in der Nähe von Geschäften, Malls, Restaurants, der Wasserstraße usw. ist.

Ich bin gerade von einem 7-Nacht-Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisen zurückgekehrt. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten und Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Ich habe im letzten Jahr mehrmals in diesem Hotel geblieben und die Betten sind immer großartig. Das Front Desk-Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und es gibt einen schönen Fitnessraum. Ich möchte Breeze für ihren gedankenvollen und effizienten Kundenservice jeden Morgen beim Frühstück danken. Als ich am letzten Tag meine Kreditkarte im Restaurant verließ, lief sie 2 Treppenflugs auf, um mich zu fangen, so dass ich nicht ohne sie gehen würde. Danke noch einmal!

We checked in on May 13, 2023. Not happy at all from the start.................... First off lets start with the front desk.... 1. The front desk associate was highly rude to my family and I, upon getting to the front desk he gave us a head nod for us to proceed to the desk ( not professional at all) We did not get a hey how are you, welcome to the Sheraton none of that!!! The response that we got from the associate was” this is how I talk to everyone” If this is the case then the front desk is not where he should be working at all. However, there was a young man Tyquorie I think that is his name that works at the front desk he was very sweet when I went back to the front desk to ask for assistance. 2. We get upstairs to our room and I instantly pull back the sheets and there is hair in the beds and the mattress pads are dirty. To put the icing on the cake the corner of the mattress was disgusting... I did not want my children nor myself and girlfriend laying in that, but all the surrounding hotels were sold out and we were there celebrating my moms birthday. When I approached the housekeepers he got upset with me because I asked for clean bed linens and her response to me was ”I just cleaned the room and she was not gonna change the sheets” this made me even more upset than I already was. The housekeeping supervisor (Kenneth) he was awesome, I showed him what I was talking about and he attempted to get me straight. 3. The room had a 32 inch television that sat in the corner of the dresser 4. When we got into the room we only had 1 wash clothe ( it was 4 of us in that room) I went down too the front desk and asked for 3 towels and 4 wash clothes (at 6 pm) and we never received them. I then called at 7:30 and asked again and did not receive them, the third time I called I was told that they could not give me what i was asking for. Then at 9:30 someone knocked on our door with linens. I work at a hotel and no one should be treated like this at all!! It was really sad honestly. I most likely will be contacting corporate office about this because I know all hotels have a standard and I am pretty sure that this is not acceptable at all. I expected so much more from the Sheraton on the water in Norfolk VA!!!! The sad thing about it is that I was hoping to have a great experience. We did not at all!! Not even worth $243.00 per night

Delta was a new hotel for me, but I was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be relatively new in construction. The room was perfect for a quick business trip, and was well maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to many of the other hotels that I have stayed in during my business trips. The staff was even able to provide me a microwave for room upon request. The 7th floor has a pantry with snacks and drinks that is accessible to Elite members. Easy access to the highway, and close to WaWa; that might be important to some travelers. The made to order breakfast options were excellent, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. I will definitely try to book here on my next trip to Norfolk.

Wo zu starten ...we reserviert ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ein paar Tage vor unserem Aufenthalt direkt mit Hilton per Telefon. Als wir nach einem 16-Stunden-Autofahrt vor Ort angekommen waren, wurde uns gesagt: ”Wir sind nicht sicher, wie das passiert ist, aber wir haben nicht Ihr Zimmer”. WAHR? Unsere Bestätigungs-E-Mail erklärte, wir hatten für diese Nacht ein Zimmer für 2 Königinnen gebucht. Die Frau auf dem Desk hatte keine lebensfähige Optionen außer wenn die 4 von uns zusammen in einem Königsbett schlafen. Statt uns zu helfen, loyal Hilton Rewards Kunden, finden eine Lösung oder sogar eine andere nahe gelegene Hilton Immobilie zu bleiben, Sie sagte uns, aus dem Haus zu gehen und andere Hotels anzurufen oder neben der Tür zu gehen. Haben keine anderen Optionen, die wir getan haben, und fand das Comfort Inn in der Nähe mit hilfsbereitem Personal und billiger Preis. Und komplimentarisches Frühstück. Ich war überhaupt enttäuscht, nicht nur mit der Tatsache, dass unsere Reservierung nicht geehrt wurde, sondern auch mit der schlechten Behandlung und dem Mangel an Unterstützung durch das Frontdesk. Ich habe das nie bei irgendeinem anderen Hilton-Eigentum erlebt. Ich würde nie wieder auf dem Haupthaus bleiben. Um Salz zu dem Wund hinzuzufügen, haben wir Hilton kontaktiert, warten auf die Haltestelle, und schließlich sprachen wir mit einem Vertreter und eröffneten einen Fall #. Wir sollten innerhalb von 48 Stunden kontaktiert werden, aber leider 8 Tage später mussten wir zurückrufen und wieder auf die Haltestelle warten für weitere 30+ Minuten. An diesem Punkt wurde uns gesagt, dass es Unsere Schuld war, dass unsere Buchung zurückgegeben wurde, weil wir spät angekommen waren. Dies wurde nie mitgeteilt, als wir die Buchung gemacht haben, auf der Bestätigungs-E-Mail, ODER als wir auf dem Empfangsbüro abgesandt wurden. Plus, In 10 Jahren und Dutzenden von Reservierungen (einschließlich einer 7 Tage vor in Savannah GA) kam dies nie auf. In kurzer Zeit ...I würde empfehlen, ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Aufgrund des völligen Mangels an Kundenservice in diesem Fall im Namen dieses Immobilien und Hilton im Allgemeinen werde ich ab jetzt überall bleiben.

The General Manager (Savannah) and the Front Office Supervisor (Sharon) are two of the most caring people I have ever encountered at a Marriott property. I have been a loyal Marriott customer for 15 years. I have stayed at a number of properties, but this property will forever stand out to me. Some properties have lost their ”human” side of things and treat customers as $$$, however, this property treats people with compassion and care. My father became ill while staying at this property and needed an ambulance. Within minutes they contacted an ambulance and got him to the hospital right away. They even went as far as trying to reach out to family members to inform them of what was happening. Although they were sold out that night, they were able to secure another room for him at a sister property so that he would not be without a room, once he was released. They were able to gather all his items from the room and place them in a safe area and were very friendly to the family members that came to help. The property itself is very quiet and clean. They even provide fresh baked cookies at the desk for guest! Such a great touch!! Definitely would return for not only the hotel accommodations but for also the welcoming staff! Consider this a piece of relaxation during your travels!
