GGastnutzerGanz guter Standort, aber andere Ibis Hotels sind im Herzen der Stadt nur für ein paar Pfund mehr. Beendet, um Taxis nach Hause zu bekommen, weil es einige ziemlich dunkle, einsamen Abschnitte auf der Straße zu Hause.
Die Service war hervorragend für ein solches erschwingliches Hotel- Personal brachte auf Anfrage zusätzlichen Kissen, Eisen und Eisenbrett, sie waren immer lächelnd, freundlich und fachkundig.
Im Zimmer war ein kleines, hochaufsteigendes Fenster, das das Zimmer dunkel und heiß machte. Wir waren auf Ebene 1, höhere Schlafzimmer schienen bessere Fenster.
Die Mattress war bequem, aber nicht befestigt oder angeordnet - sie neigte sich von der harten Kopfzeile zu surfen und Ihre einsteckige Kette fiel dann zwischen der Kluft. Die Pisten selbst waren verrückt - ich fühlte mich wie ein, dass ich auf einem Wasserballon schlief - als du auf einem Abschnitt den Kopf lebst, würde es flach gehen und die andere entzünden. Wir baten um zusätzliches Geld, weil ich kürzlich eine Operation hatte und zusätzliche Unterstützung benötigt hatte und eine zusätzliche Unterstützung wurde geliefert. Ich habe endlich Handtücher für zusätzliche Unterstützung verwendet, die weniger als ideal war.
Das Badezimmer war sauber, modern und hatte eine schöne, leistungsfähige Dusche. Fernseher hatte Zugang zu Netflix und YouTube.
Die Klimaanlage war FANTASTIC und leistungsstark, wenn es auf war, aber dann würde es unerklärlich 2/3 mal pro Nacht ausschalten und die Wärme würde uns wachen, was schämend war. Wir laufen heiß und wie ein kalter Schlafzimmer, so dass das vielleicht nicht ein Deal-breaker für Sie sein kann, aber es ist sehr wichtig für mich und beeinflusst meine Qualität des Schlafes.

EEddyEen goed gelegen hotel, kamers proper en een goed bed. Ideaal voor korte verblijven, of om een vroege oversteek te maken naar Engeland.
Geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds te eten, maar lokaal wel enkele mogelijkheden om te eten.
Jammer genoeg ontbreekt voor mij de mogelijkheid om op de kamer koffie of thee te maken.

No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Als ich sie jedoch gebeten habe, mir meine Gepäck zu bewahren, öffneten sie mir gerade eine Zimmertür und baten mich, mein Gepäck selbst zu setzen, und als ich mein Gepäck zurückholen wollte, baten sie mich, es selbst zu nehmen, ohne sich selbst zu schauen, was ich getan habe. Ich denke, sie sollten zumindest einen Tag oder etwas ausgeben und unsere Gepäck abzeichnen, was, wenn jemand kommt und das Gepäck stehl?

GGuest UserGroß für ein paar Nächte Aufenthalt. Zentral zu allem Strand und Stadt. Wir reservierten ein übergeordnetes Zimmer, das modern und sauber, aber ein wenig klein war. Das Badezimmer war funktional und sauber, aber wieder sehr klein. Alle Mitarbeiter von Reinigungs- bis Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bestimmt empfehlen Sie für einen Aufenthalt oder ein paar Nächte.

GGastnutzerIt is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

GGastnutzerHi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU
