Übernachten Sie in einem Old-Zone-Zimmer Die alte Klimaanlage ist nicht kühl, sehr heiß. Das Zimmer ist alt. Das Essen ist ok.

•Das Gebäude riecht sehr stark nach Zigaretten. •Im Badezimmer befindet sich Zigarettenasche in einem Nichtraucherzimmer. Kaputter Wasserkocher Haartrockner funktioniert nicht. •Es sind keine Hausschuhe vorhanden. Es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber die Realität sieht überhaupt nicht so aus 😂 Rezeptionistin, Personal an der Rezeption Jeder hat einen guten Service. Aber das Restaurantpersonal muss morgens einen Tisch für Sie finden. Sobald der alte Tisch von den Kunden, die mit dem Essen fertig sind, abgeräumt wird, Anschließend ging er weg. Lassen Sie den Kunden verwirrt stehen Und die Kunden müssen selbst sitzen und den Tisch abwischen. (Eindeutig Selbstbedienung) Es gab sehr wenig Essen. Das gezahlte Geld nicht wert. Sehr enttäuscht. Abends rief ich an und bat darum, einen Slipper und einen Wasserkocher zu wechseln. Ich habe gegen Mitternacht angerufen, mehr als zehn Minuten, habe aber darauf gewartet, dass die Haushälterin kommt. Lass uns um 1 Uhr morgens gehen. Wenn Sie müde sind, schlafen Sie nicht. Als wir ankamen, war der Wasserkocher nicht mitgebracht. Dann kam ich herein und drückte und sagte, ich bringe dir das Wechselgeld mit. Oh!!! Wenn ich dieses Mal warte, ist es auf jeden Fall 2:00 Uhr morgens. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, also werde ich nichts mehr essen. Koche meine Nudeln😂😂

Ordnen Sie das Zimmer in einem sehr alten Gebäude auf dem Parkplatz an. Es sieht gruselig aus, Kong ist ziemlich stickig. Das Zimmer muss aufgewertet und Geld hinzugefügt werden

Dieses kurze Gebäude ist wirklich Müll! ! Vergessen Sie die alte Zimmerausstattung! Auch um ein Uhr nachts hört man immer noch verschiedene Geh- und Gesprächsgeräusche und das Geräusch von fließendem Wasser zum Baden! ! Ich war so wütend, dass ich mitten in der Nacht aufgestanden bin, um eine negative Bewertung zu schreiben! !

The staff are friendly though the cleaning is a mess. I stayed for 3 days and the cleaning staff did nothing but make the bed.

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.

Rooms are very old fashioned..bathroom has no shower but standing in bathtub...aircon is making an exstreme noice impossible for sleeping and therefore one sleeps naked in a much too warm room...towels are of very poor quality and shower gel smell is disgusting in todays world of so many possibilities..television is of worst quality I have experienced where one has difficulty to see the images..food is medium quality...entrance hall looks 5 star but the rest at the most 3 star hotel..therefore price per night is not in conformity of what is actually offered..

Hotel is too large ni atmosphere. Other hotels are,also large but feel warm and inviting. Front office staff do not understand CS. Had to carry our own bags even when there was a bell boy waiting who was playing in his phone Asked for the business centre yes they do not have one. Really Breakfast nothing really for vegetarian unlike other hotels Breakfast buffet Would not stay again. The big things every one can get right. It is the small thing which make a,difference. No place mats on the tables . No napkins only tissues No cutlery in the table Very poor
