The concierge was professional and polite. Breakfast was not that great as variety limited. Aircon in room not cooling even though adjusted to lowest temperature. Lights not working, was told no spare parts to replace 🙁 Bathroom doors old and difficult to close entirely. However, the rooms were clean and spacious 👍🏻

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

Wir genossen unserem Aufenthalt dort. Saubere Umgebung, freundliches Personal, große Verbreitung von Frühstück und leckeres Essen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und wissensvoll, wenn wir um Richtungen und Orte bitten. Kostenloser Transport an 11am n 5pm an jedem Mall, den wir gehen möchten. Kostenloser Jamu während des Frühstücks. Preis im Café auch erschwinglich. Wird sicher sein, Aston wieder zu buchen.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

Ich gebe keine Bewertungen 1/5. Ich bin nur ausgelöst, wenn die Reinigung und Hygiene eine Frage ist. Dieses Hotel gab mir ein Zimmer, das ich durch einen Rauchgeräuschkorridor zu gehen musste. Als ich ins Zimmer ging, hatte ich ein Zimmer, das so viel Wortlos schüttelte wie Knoten der Genehmigung. 1) Das Toilette war nicht sauber. Es gab Form. 2) Das Zimmer musste mit einem Paket von etwas auf dem Luftkanal hängend “parfümiert” werden 3) Alle Handtücher im Zimmer wurden verfärbt. Befragt für ein neues Set und es war STIMM fett 😳. 4) Kein Shampoo als 4-Sterne-Hotel. 5) Recycled Bedroom Slippers ( von denen ich gut bin ) aber es wurde mit zweifelhaften Dingen verfärbt. 6) Zimmerbild hängt prekär über meinem Kopf. 7) Das extra Bett, das ich extra für ohne Bettrahmen gezahlt habe, kam und wurde auf dem Boden gelegt. Hauspflege sagte, es ist wie, dass 😵‍💫 Management etwas zu tun hat. Die arme Hauspflege hat eine harte Zeit von mir 🙏🏻

Wenn wir 1400 Uhr (Hotel-Lokalzeit) angekommen sind, um sich anzumelden, sind die Zimmer leider nicht bereit. Coz denkt, dass wir in den Zimmern frisch-up können, bevor wir zu unserem Spa-Assessment gehen (um 3 Uhr), wir sind nicht in der Lage, das zu tun. Deshalb lassen wir unsere Gepäcktaschen n Gepäckstücke an ihrem Gepäcklagerpunkt und gehen zu unserem Spa-Bestellungsprozess. T Die Zimmer sind geräumig n gut ausgestattet mit Toiletten. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, aber ziemlich kalt. Die Toilette ist sauber. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen hat eine breite Palette von Sorten.

2 Nächte am ein @komplex Balloi. Gute Lage, nahe 2 Einkaufszentrum (BCS Mall und Grand Batam Mall). Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es viele Essen, einige sind Außententen und es gibt auch Außengericht. Auch um dieses Hotel gibt es viele Massageplätze. Auch über die Straße erhältlich. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, aber das Bettblatt ist etwas gelb und sah Farbe an der Ecke. Als ich den nächsten Tag um die Bettwäsche gebeten habe (durch die Karte zu setzen), taten sie es nicht, weil sie die gleiche Farbe an dem gleichen Ort sahen. Es kam 2pm zum Einchecken, aber das Zimmer noch nicht bereit, so wartete im Lobby. Es gab keine Handtuch, nannte die Hauspflege und sie gab nur Gesichtshandtuch. Frühstück verbreitete sich ziemlich gut, aber Geschmack Durchschnitt. Sie erlaubten für spät checkout um 1:00 Uhr.

Sehr effizient Check-in und Check-out als die Artikel im Kühlschrank sind komplimentär. Die Mitarbeiter im Oriental Restaurant für b'fast und das x'mas Abendessen waren ziemlich aufmerksam und wir hatten auch eine angenehme Erfahrung mit ihrer Sicherheit und hk Personal. Grab kann auf der Lobby fallen, aber Sie müssen 'grab' einen von außerhalb der Hauptstraße am Ausfahrtspunkt des Hotels. B'fast Artikel, obwohl in der Vielfalt nicht von Qualitätsstandards im Vergleich zu Hotels in Thailand, das ist in der Zimmerpreise enthalten ist. Das gleiche für ihre X'mas Dinner! Gute Lage, und zum Grand Batam Mall ist nur etwa S$2.50 wo Sie die Straße zu A2 Lebensmittelhof und BCS Mall überqueren können. Taxi vom Batam Center zum Hotel ist standard bei 70K IDR, wenn Sie nicht wollen Schleifen Sie Ihre Taschen auf die Rundumfahrt, die sich weit entfernt befindet. Insgesamt, ein angenehmes Aufenthalt!

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Mein Partner hat für meinen Geburtstag ein Standardzimmer reserviert. Das Zimmer war im 12. Stock mit Hafenblick (Zimmer 1231). Das Hotelgebäude ist 13 Stockwerke mit der Lounge im oberen Stock. Das Zimmer kam mit Königsgrößenbett mit Bayfenstersitze, das Badezimmer hatte ein Bad und ein separates Duschezimmer. Pluspunkt für Damen, leistungsstarke Haartrockner! Die freundliche Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Pool + Schwimmbad + Kinderpool ist im 5. Stock mit Meerblick. Der Fitnessraum (24 Stunden) und der Spa (angeboten von der Spa-Personal, die sie öffnen 10am bis 10pm täglich) ist auch im 5. Stock, leicht vom Aufzugslobby zugänglich. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet mit 3 Laufbahnen, 2 Elliptischer, 3 stationäre Fahrräder, 2 kostenlose Gewichtsbänke und einige Maschinen. Der Pool ist sauber (Mein Aufenthalt war am Wochentag) 25m lang in seiner längsten Länge. Anständig für Kinder. Große Aussichten auf das Meer. Der Whirlpool an der Seite ist ein Pluspunkt. Ebene 2 des Hotels verbindet sich mit dem angrenzenden Bayfront Mall. Die Restaurants am Promenade sind von Ebene 1 des Hotellobby zugänglich. Es gibt viele Lebensmitteloptionen, meist Meeresfrüchte Restaurants. Auch ein Hotpot-Restaurant. Nur enttäuschend war der Spa (Quan Spa). Für den Quan-Tag-Ritual für zwei (2.5 Stunden) ging es um Steinmassage, Ohrkünstler, Kaffeekörperschrub und Maske (plus V-Spa Retus für Damen) für Rp 2,000,000 vor Steuern (mit Steuern war Rp 4,000,000 = SGD 400). Die Qualität der Masseuren war schlecht (Massagetechniken, Zeit der Hot Stones), unaufmerksamer Service, unklare Anweisungen (möglich aufgrund der Sprache; Masseuren sprechen einfach Englisch). Es wurde nicht über den Beginn der Maske erzählt, nur um zu bemerken, dass wir für den Maskeprozess 15 Minuten ausruhen mussten. Auch unzureichende Informationen für V-Spa Retus, die am Ende der Spa-Session gemacht wurde. Sehr enttäuschend angesichts des Preispunktes.
