We loved every moment of our stay at Changthai Comfort Guest House. I can’t recommend it enough. From a delicious breakfast and dinner overlooking the lake, to drinking Chang by the pool in the afternoon sun, my brothers and I were very well taken care of and the staff were so lovely. Escaping the city, you can really relax here, and town is just a taxi away. The rooms are clean, large and overlook beautiful gardens and pool. We have family in Udon Thani so we will be back!! Thankyou for having us!!!!

I selected to stay at this hotel again after my last time to stay here was a great experience. Unfortunately, today is not a good experience and I think I won’t come back and I do not recommend this hotel to my friend too. I was checked in at 1.00 pm. The front staff informed me that normal they allow to check in at 2.00 pm but today she will allow me to check in early. Unfortunately, after a few minutes she informed me that she has to change to room due to the room that gave to me has a problem about the toilet. Fortunately, that I did not unpack my bag yet. The excited and bad experience happened after I slept since 21.00 pm. I had to woke up since 23.00 pm due to the guest at room 310 making a loud noise al the time. I tried my best to be patient with it. Then at 00.10 am. I had to work up again from the noise from room 310. Then I made a call to night front office staff to inform 310 for decreasing their voice. However, till 00.25 am the room 310 still made a loud noise thus I called to the front staff again, but the noise was not decrease. That means the night staff did not know how to manage the guest who disturb other and did not know how to solve the problem. This is very bad that the staff allow another guest to disturb the resting time of other guests. Then the staff did not know how to solve the problem for me. I have to manage the loud noise by myself which turn on TV with the maximum noise at 100 due to I already work up and can’t not sleep anymore. I have to work up at night and can’t not sleep any more due to the poor training and unprofessional staff that don’t know how to manage the situation with noisy customers. I could not imagine in case it has an incident happen at this hotel how could the staff help and assist the customers. If you would like to stay in a nice hotel and proper professional handling of customer service, I think Brown House Hotel is not the right place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend and this will be my last time to stay her.

Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Standardzimmer sind grundlegende, keine Frills, aber ein sehr guter Wert. Hierzu gehören: Kleiderschrank (mit Sicherheitsschrank), Desk, großes Bett (durchschnittliches Komfort), Kühlschrank, modernes TV, kleines, aber funktionelles Badezimmer und Balkon mit Tauch. Es gibt keine Kehle im Standardzimmer, aber im Lobby haben sie eine Kehle und verkaufen Nescafe, schnelle Nüsse, Wasser, Bier, etc. Wifi war durchschnittlich, ein paar Mal abgeschnitten. Tagszeitpersonal war ausgezeichnet, so freundlich und hilfreich! Die Lage ist hervorragend, einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Central Plaza und zwei Nachtmärkte, und viele Lebensmittel, Bar und Massage Optionen sind Schritte entfernt. Es gibt Waschmaschinen im Parkplatz, die in handvoller Weise kam. Es stimmt, wie einige darauf hingewiesen haben, dass die Lautsprecher (9AM-9PM) aus Central Plaza ärgerlich sind, aber mit der Tür geschlossen und AC ist es eine kleine Frage. Ich beabsichtige, hier für meinen nächsten Besuch zurückzukehren. 

Easily one of the best priced hotels I have found. It was clean, spacious, walking distance to central plaza. Breakfast was simple but good. Front desk was friendly and helpful

Praktisch in der Nähe von Wongwian Yai Das Servicepersonal ist sehr gut, von der Rezeption bis zum Sicherheitspersonal. Sie lächeln jeden Morgen strahlend und begrüßen Sie. Der Preis ist nicht teuer, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen zum Frühstück und es ist köstlich. Der Service ist sehr gut. Es ist weniger als 2 Kilometer vom Zentrum von Udon entfernt. ❤️ Empfehlen Sie den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Der Raum ist sehr gut. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder zur Unterstützung gehen. Ich mag diese Gruppe von Schulen. Sie garantieren schöne Räume.

Udonthani befindet sich in der weitesten Teil des Nordostens Thailands. Wer kann glauben, ein marokkanisches Hotel ist im Zentrum der Stadt? Sobald Sie das Hotel eintreten, werden Sie sich wie Warping nach Marokko fühlen. Jede Details der Dekoration ist sehr gut gedacht und schön gemacht. Es gibt auch arabische Kleider für Gäste, um für Fotos Schießen im Hotel zu tragen, wo jeder Ecke ist ein gut dekorierter Fotohintergrund.

Es ist ziemlich weit vom Flughafen, auf der anderen Seite des Flughafens Nachbarschaft nach dem Reiten ca. 5 km , Ich bleibe im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Pool, der Fensterkante sah bis zu brauchen Schornstein. Zimmereinrichtungen sind ok für den Aufenthalt mit Komfort, einschließlich elektrischer Kessel, Haartrockner, kleiner Kühlschrank, Kleidungschrank, Flachbild-TV, Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN, instant Kaffee; ein Nachteil ist schleifendes Boden, zu hohe Wasserversorgung DuscheSo der Boden nass leicht. Viele Leistungs-Outlets und USB-Ports für die Ladung. Frühstück wird serviert st die Bar und Restaurant im Vordergrund mit eide Auswahl an Lebensmitteln.
