Stayed at this hotel 3 nights from 28 May 23. The rooms are big and nice. Good amenities. Breakfast could improve with a variety of eggs. We had scrambled eggs everyday, but there were eggs avail for us to self-boil. The location is good, away from the hustle bustle crowded city. 5 minutes walk to a nearby restaurant, supermarket, and the RER train station. Convenient to Designer outlets and Disneyland The front office staff are clustered in a little corner as the Reception is an extended part of a Bar. A little wierd but not an issue. Most of the time the front line staff are chatting amongst themself but is attentive although not very helpful. However one receptionist stands out - Ms. Valerie Lam, who is always alert and quick to attend to guests, On A few occasions, as we approach, we could see a ready smile and goes out of her way to help. As first timer in this hotel, Valerie, actually walked us to the front door to show us the directions to nearby restaurants and the RER train station. appreciate

Als 11 Jahre alt im Jahr 2019 ging ich in diesem Jahr im April nach Disneyland Paris, aber meine Familie blieb in diesem Hotel vor der Nacht. Dieses Hotel war ziemlich gut, schöne Betten, Zimmer für alle, gute Aussichten und ein schönes Restaurant/Café im Lobbybereich. Jetzt muss ich sagen, es war definitiv nicht das beste Hotel, das ich je gehabt habe, aber die Preise sind günstig, und es war eine gute Anleitung bis zur Disney-Reise. Kundenservice war nicht schlecht überhaupt, aber das Hotel insgesamt konnte mit einigen Verbesserungen. Jetzt im Jahr 2022 als fast 14 Jahre alt, werde ich im selben Hotel auf der Art und Weise, wie ich letztes Mal (die Nacht vor der Reise) am 29. Mai, und wir können auch nach unserer Disney-Reise für einen zusätzlichen Tag in Paris am 1. Juni Nacht bleiben. Fingers überquert es wird so schön wie es vor 3 Jahren war! :)

First of all, I want to thank Safia from the reception, who was very efficient and helped me in solving a problem I had! I stayed in this hotel for one month, in may 2022. The room was very comfortable, the bed large and soft, the bathroom always clean. Breakfast simple, but good and fresh. If you go by car, the parking is large. Going to Paris centre took me few minutes, because the RER A (chatelet-les halles, auber) is 10 minutes from the hotel (5 if you take a bus).
