Great Location, Great weather, Great Experience. Its must visit property in Mahabaleshwar

Was given Room 2001. Balcony is facing the walkway, and mountain view is blocked if sat in theroom. .request to change the room, but not granted due to some reason. I could have booked a lower range options but rather a Balcony room wirh mountain view that I can not enjoy to sit there...

Tasteless food and Poor Service

View from the room is breathtaking, you woke up in the morning and you can see a foggy green mountain and that is the morning view you want to see everyday, All Staff is polite and friendly,Food is excellent,Restaurent view is amazing ....just Superb...

One of the best stays ever.. Amiable and Amicable ambience with outstanding hospitality, serene and well maintained property, they made us feel home in just 2 days' stay of ours. Kudos to team specially Jhulika, Smriti, Siddhant, Shekhar and Chef Sushant who were always on their toes to take care of guests beyond expectations. Must visit and highly recommended. Best wishes!!

Place is conviently located 5 kms away from Veena lake. The rooms are different categories, starting from basic room to deluxe , to garden facing sit out etc. Basic valley facing rooms are within the same building where resturant and reception is located. very accessible if u have senior citizens etc. the other category rooms are slightly away with uphill or downhill slopew, easy to walk and the hotel also has prompt buggy services for pick up and drops to main reception area. Rooms need some upkeep , though well maintained and clean. Housekeeping was very efficient and effective. The place has beautiful views and lots of green views. They have also made many arrangements to seat and enjoy the valley view's. The pool is very clean and nicely maintained. Seating area around pool is also spacious and nice. Speaking about the bfast, it was good spread, with live counters for dosa, paratha and eggs . Usual fruits, cereals, tea , bake counters were good and spread was decent. Tatsewise it was good too. The staff at the restaurant is a very friendly, at your service and warm. They took really good care of us and my son who is allergic to dairy. The staff and chef Raman made special efforts to serve vegan cup cakes which were specially made for him. Also on my son's request they made jelly for him at a very short notice. Special meals were arranged for him and all served with love and warmth.Special thanks and mention for Chef Raman. Siddhant, Pabitra and Shubham they were always available and ensured we were given special attention. The buffet price was slightly over priced for the quality and spread available. Else had a very good experience at their resturant. We also got enjoy star gazing ( paid activity) . They have a playroom for kids with games and PS5 all chargeable basis. Charges are on higher side Overall our stay was very pleasant and peaceful.

The entire experience has been great, I was here to celebrate my wife's birthday and they literally made it special. Experience right from the property to the food was great. Must Stay destination when you are here at Mahabaleshwar & I must say that this is the one of the property with the best view.

The service was splendid. Special mentions to Mr Siddanth, Ms Ashwini and Mr Shubham for making me feel special on my anniversary. We are very pleased with the property and its location.The food was very delicious kudos to the chef for making the food exactly how we wanted it. Can’t wait to visit again!

Very comfortable stay. Excellent and exceptional service by the staff including staff at the restaurant - Akhil, Pratibha, Rohan etc. who went out of the way to keep us comfortable. Couldn’t be happier to have picked courtyard for our stay. Will Surely consider coming back soon. Thank you.
