"This was my second stay at the hotel while travelling with work. I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The rooms, the food, the staff are exceptional. I would never stay anywhere else. As I travel alone I didn’t feel like going for dinner on my own so ordered room service, the food was superb! I felt awful because I didnt have any cash so couldn’t give the staff a tip :( Next time I will have to give the spa a whirl. THANKYOU for such a wonderful stay"

"Hallo Glückliche Leute, die das Vergnügen haben, bei H11 Die Mitarbeiter waren wieder wunderbar, besonders schreien nach Paulina, Tamara und Christian (die den späten Wechsel macht, so sah ich ihn, wenn er jeden Tag 5am verlassen) Das Zimmer war großartig und immer schön und nett nach der Rückkehr. Wir hatten eine Freude mit dem Dachtop-Spa, das ich nur einmal empfehlen kann, es zu versuchen. Waschservice ist schön und schnell, normalerweise am selben Tag zurück. Überall ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Empfehlung hoch."

"Stay away! This hotel is not safe, not clean and simply not nice with a poor breakfast My parents stayed at this hotel for one week from 20 to 27 December. It was not safe. It snowed on 23 December: when my parents came to the hotel that evening found that snow had not been cleared from the car park and not even from the steps! They had to walk on steps covered in snow, taking the risk of falling and breaking a bone on the slippery steps. It was not clean. The room was not cleaned for two days. Shower gel ran out in the bathroom and no-one came to refill it. No-one was at the reception to provide an answer. One day the cleaners removed the soap but they did not provide a new one It was not nice. Breakfast was not nice and without much food. For two days the coffee machine at breakfast did not work and the coffee machine in the room was broken, so not possible to have coffee for breakfast. The kettle was also broken. The safe in the room did not work. Pillows were uncomfortable also When I provided feedback to the hotel, they said at first that they do not speak English. When I showed the feedback translated using google, the lady at reception simply lifted her shoulders and did not even say sorry Zero stars. Stay away! Drž sa ďalej! - Tento hotel nie je bezpečný, nie je čistý a jednoducho nie je pekný so zlými raňajkami - Moji rodičia zostali v tomto hoteli jeden týždeň od 20. do 27. decembra. - Nebolo to bezpečné. Snežilo 23. decembra: keď moji rodičia v ten večer prišli do hotela, zistili, že sneh nie je odprataný z parkoviska a dokonca ani zo schodov! Museli kráčať po schodoch pokrytých snehom, pričom riskovali pád a zlomenie kosti na šmykľavých schodoch - Nebolo to čisté. Izba nebola uprataná dva dni. Sprchový gél došiel v kúpeľni a nikto ho neprišiel doplniť. Na recepcii nebol nikto, kto by odpovedal. Jedného dňa čistiace prostriedky mydlo odstránili, no nové nám nedali - Nebolo to pekné. Raňajky neboli pekné a bez veľkého množstva jedla. Kávovar pri raňajkách dva dni nefungoval a kávovar na izbe bol pokazený, takže na raňajky nebolo možné dať si kávu. Kanvica bola tiež rozbitá. Trezor v izbe nefungoval. Vankúše boli tiež nepohodlné - Keď som poskytol spätnú väzbu hotelu, najprv povedali, že nehovoria po anglicky. Keď som ukázal spätnú väzbu preloženú pomocou google, pani na recepcii jednoducho zdvihla ramená a ani nepovedala prepáč - Nula hviezd. Drž sa ďalej!"

"Ich habe diese Unterkunft gebucht, weil ich mir ein gemütliches Hüttenambiente gewünscht und gehofft hatte, durch das Dachfenster die Sterne beobachten zu können. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit. Da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums liegt, lohnt sich ein Besuch auf jeden Fall, wenn man meine romantische Vorstellung von diesem Ort teilt. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen an das Frühstück, aber es war abwechslungsreich, lecker und reichhaltig – perfekt für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt!"
