The property was so beautiful.The view was surreal. I travelled with my family, enjoyed every bit of the property. Also, the staff especially Riyaz, Shagufta, Mustafa, Kiser were exceptionally helpful and generous, they helped with everything we needed. Will strongly recommend to everyone. They also have recreational activities for everyone. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent hospitality by all the team. Specially the Riyaz bhai the restaurant incharge. Excellent food taste by chief darshan lal. And not neglecting the other staff, but surely every staff member is very good, professional and best at their job. Loved the experience, would visit again.

Fantastic place and ambience and great service . Shahufta and Riyaz were amazing and so pleasant. The food is incredible, the best Rogan Josh I've ever had. The staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Kashmir. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was warm, professional, and extremely helpful, making check-in and all our queries a breeze. A special mention to Mr. Riyaz and Shagufta for making our breakfast experience absolutely delightful every morning. Their attentive service and cheerful demeanor truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself is very well-located, right next to a hospital and with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Dinner at the hotel was equally impressive. The food was delicious, and the chef deserves all the praise for the variety and quality of dishes served. Overall, a fantastic stay marked by great hospitality, excellent food, and a comfortable environment. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashmir!
