Tam Ha (einem der Mitarbeiter) hatte uns während unseres Aufenthalts geholfen. Leicht zu kommunizieren. Wir erreichten das Hotel um 7 Uhr und sie laßen uns im Massageraum auf die Eincheckzeit (2pm) ausruhen. Um 10 Uhr - Zimmer war für uns bereit, eincheckung zu machen. Sie hat sogar unser Zimmer aktualisiert und so hatten wir einen Badewanne 🥰. Sie haben uns einen Dampfer für uns geliehen, um unsere Kleidung zu zerstören. Fahrräder zur Verfügung, um die Stadt zu fahren (frei) und Motorräder zur Vermietung bei 60k Dong für einen halben Tag. Sie hatten sogar so viele Dienstleistungen, die wir leider nicht erleben konnten. Wir haben die komplimentäre Teezeit getestet und es war schön, hv eine Chat auf dem Dach mit so perfekter Aussicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen. Service 5 Stern ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha kam sogar persönlich in unserem Zimmer, um uns zu überprüfen, so dass wir am Abreisetag nicht unseren Flug verpasst haben. Die anderen Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich und freundlich. Sie halfen uns sofort. Der Techniker half, unser Zimmertelefon zu reparieren und unser Gepäck zu tragen. Alles ging perfekt gut und das hatte zu unserer großen Zeit in Ninh Binh beigetragen.

Simple, rustic hotel in Ninh Binh. We stayed here for two nights to explore Ninh Binh. From the start, D, the hotel staff was very prompt in answering our inquiries which was very assuring for a pleasant stay. Our private airport transfer to the hotel went without a hitch. Arriving at the hotel in the morning, we were offered breakfast which was well appreciated. The room was spacious and clean but needs refurbishment. The place is peaceful and quiet. Overall a very good stay.

Was mich am meisten beeindruckt hat, war das Essen im Restaurant und der zuvorkommende Service des Restaurantpersonals. Egal zu welcher Zeit wir das Restaurant besuchten, wir konnten eine zufriedenstellende Mahlzeit genießen.

Wow! This place is truly amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, each one of them was so friendly and always put a smile on our faces. Rooms are very well kept, comfortable and cosy. The hotel grounds are truly stunning and directly within the nature. The atmosphere was tranquil and peaceful and was a brilliant escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Food was great and fresh too! We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh who may be looking for a relaxing time with the most beautiful views to wake up to.

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

Schöne Lage, wirklich ruhig, mit einem schönen Pool. Auf dem Restaurant mit einem guten Menü, einschließlich vegetarischer Nahrung. Ein guter Ort, um sich von der besetzten Hanoi zu verstecken. Grüne Landschaft, ruhige Umgebung, mit einem alten nordvietnamesischen Dorf-Stil. Einige Zimmerausstattung benötigen bessere Wartung. Das Restaurant im Resort ist gut. Aber für mehr authentische Mahlzeiten (und auch billiger) gibt es lokale Restaurants 100m vom Eingang des Resorts, wo sowohl Resort Gäste als auch örtliche Bewohner gehen. Es wird auch empfohlen, während Ihrer Aufenthalt kurze Besuche zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen (Neben dem bekannten Trang An oder Tam Coc): Van Long wetland Naturreservat (Wanderabstand), und Chau Son heilige Mutter Kloster (18 km).
