Um diesen besonderen Tag zu gedenken, habe ich das Hotel gewählt, um zu bleiben und nachdem ich mit der Rezeption in Verbindung gekommen war, hat der Kellner sehr intim geholfen, mich auf die Suite zu upgraden. Das Zimmer hat auch Früchte und Getränke geliefert. Die Lichtwirkung der Fenster im Lande ist sehr gut. Die Sonne ist warm und fühlt sich sehr komfortabel an. Der Kellner hat mir auch ein Geschenk von Guten Nacht geschickt, und mir einen schönen Tag zugefügt, warme Erinnerungen, der Service ist sehr konsequent 👍

GGastnutzerThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

SShamilGroßes Hotel. Ich besuche Ningbo sehr oft. Ich habe in diesem Hotel mehrere Male geblieben. Ich versuche ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen. Reinigen jeden Tag, sehr freundliches Personal, es gibt Frühstück, es gibt Wäscherei und ein kleines Fitnesscenter. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, sehr nahe dem Bahnhof. Nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt ist ein zentraler Platz, wo verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen. Sehr nahe dem historischen Viertel im kolonialen Stil. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an alle.

GGastnutzerBest Hotel we have visited in China within it’s cost to service ratio. You get real value for your money and this experience is therefore unmatched by any other hotel we have stayed at.
From arrival, you are welcomed at your car with a friendly portar that accompanies you to the reception desk with your luggage and after check-in to your room. Check-in was quick and easy with the friendly and efficient staff.
We had only told the hotel it is an anniversary stay. Our room was made-up with folded swan-towels on the bed and scattered balloons with rose petals.
You can go for a walk throughout the area all the way to the nearest swimming beach built on the lagoon (Ningbo Binhai Thousands of People Sand Beach) entry fee of 30RMB per adult on weekdays and 60RMB on weekends. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel has a bar where you can have cocktails and food professionally made with some of the best ingredients. Don’t get dissuaded by the price tag. (I would however say the service is extremely good but slow during the week at the bar. ) Be patient, relaxed and enjoy the bar. It is worthwhile and great value. Would highly recommend the Burger and Mojito.
The staff left us a complementary fruit and cake basket with a bottle of wine and some soup for a night snack.
You can visit the Chinese Fishing Village in Xiangshan. It cost about 646RMB to go there and back and the ride takes between 90 and 120 minutes. Entrance is 60RMB per adult. You can rent a tent and chairs at the beach for 100rmb for the first hour and 50rmb for each additional hour. I would highly recommend taking your own towels with some water bottles to wash your feet when leaving the beach. You can pay 25rmb per person at the facilities next to the beach to wash your feet or take a shower(the facilities are not good). There are slow Quad Bikes to ride on the beach and Jet Ski’s on the water. The quad bikes are about 100RMB for 15 minutes.
Room service can be sent to your room with the food kept warm in a small oven under the kart for your convenience.
When requesting some water or small items at night, the staff can sometimes send the items with a robot to your room.
The hotel has a swimming pool that you can use anytime within the schedule. We could use the swimming pool any time between 08:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening. You can request a towel at the pool reception desk on the swimming pool floor.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a break away from busy life. You can come here to relax with world class service at a valued price.

Nachdem sie erfahren hatten, dass ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Park Hyatt nicht zufrieden war, baten sie um eine Nachbesprechung und ein Shampoo-Geschenk. Das hat mich emotional sehr entlastet Es war offensichtlich, dass sie den Service verbessern wollten, aber das Einchecken war wirklich durchschnittlich und ich würde nicht noch einmal dorthin gehen. Die folgende Bewertung wurde geschrieben, als ich sehr verärgert war und als Referenz dient.
Das Park Hyatt ist das schlechteste Hotel in der gleichen Preisklasse, in dem ich dieses Jahr übernachtet habe (einige der anderen Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse sind sogar keine Luxushotels). Ich habe dieses Jahr in mehr als zehn Resorthotels übernachtet, und das auch ist nicht einmal so gut wie das Changshu Kuncheng Lake Hyatt. Auch wenn das Hyatt nicht so gut ist wie ... Ich weiß, wie man Bewertungen abgibt), ich werde es nie ein zweites Mal machen. Der Zustand der Ausstattung ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, auch das Waschbecken ist rissig, die Badewanne lässt sich nicht entleeren und die Technikabteilung wurde um 23:00 Uhr zur Wartung gerufen. Die Toilette weist gelbe Flecken auf Der Fernseher ist aufgrund von Schneeflocken nicht klar zu sehen. Oh, es gibt keine Tür zum Duschraum, was bedeutet, dass der Wasserdampf direkt in Ihr Schlafzimmer strömt und Sie in einem feuchten Schlafzimmer schlafen?
Auch der Service ist sehr unbefriedigend. Ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ohne Butler-Service ist kaum vorstellbar. Im gesamten Hotel wird nicht die Initiative ergriffen, ein Batterieauto anzufordern Sie können den Weg nicht finden: „Oh, der Ort, zu dem Sie wollen, ist offen.“ Kann ich nur mit dem Elektroauto dorthin fahren? Ich ging zum Tea Garden und bestellte frische Fleisch-Mondkuchen (3 Yuan, 65 Yuan), weil sie es für mühsam hielten. Der Kellner sagte mir, dass sie 30 Yuan kosten würden Minuten. Können Sie noch warten? Ich sagte, ich könnte warten, Bruder, zurückgehen und eine Nachricht senden? (Selbst wenn Ihre Service-Einstellung nicht willig ist, sollten Sie sich nicht so laut verschwören, dass ich es hören kann, oder? Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Ihren Mondkuchen und denen, die auf der Straße für 5 Yuan verkauft werden? Ist das nicht nur der emotionale Wert? ...)
Wenn Sie ein Hotel, das seit mehr als zehn Jahren geöffnet ist, zu einem so hohen Preis verkaufen, wissen Sie dann nicht, was Sie verkaufen? Es gibt keinen Service oder keine Ausstattung, die auf Kategorie 3 herabgestuft werden sollte. Ich rate jedem, kein Geld auszugeben.

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
