TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

WWilfriedDie Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Ich reise inzwischen viel mit dem Zug in China herum. Dieses Hotel liegt 200m von Hauptbahnhof Ningbo entfernt. Selbst bei Regen ist der Bahnhof durch einen Tunnel komfortabel erreichbar. Das Zimmer war Top. Der Service beim Einchecken nach Mitternacht etwas holprig, aber absolut o.k..

AArthurI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

Rrbhmm18Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr gut. Obwohl es Winter ist, ist es von Bergen und Wasser umgeben und die warme Wintersonne macht die Menschen immer noch glücklich.
Die Eltern-Kind-Zimmer des Hotels sind groß, liegen aber alle im Erdgeschoss. Am Tag unseres Eincheckens war es extrem kalt. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, war das Fenster geöffnet, aber die Klimaanlage war nicht eingeschaltet. Außerdem war es Abend, sodass es im Zimmer nicht warm genug war. Die oberen und unteren Kojen waren nah am Fenster und die Kinderdecke war relativ dünn, sodass es etwas kalt war. Allerdings war die Haushälterin Xinxin trotzdem sehr hilfsbereit und machte sich die Mühe, die Heizung zu bringen. Obwohl die Temperatur im Zimmer langsam anstieg, war mir immer noch warm ums Herz. Obwohl es im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist die Aussicht versperrt und es ist etwas kalt. Aber an sonnigen Tagen macht es Spaß, im Garten vor dem Haus die Sonne zu genießen.
Die Badewanne am Fenster in diesem Zimmer ist ein etwas „nutzloser“ Zusatz, aber sie war wahrscheinlich ein beliebtes Merkmal zur Zeit, als das Hotel gebaut wurde.
Fantasy Island dürfte in Ordnung sein, die Kinder hatten dort so viel Spaß beim Spielen, dass sie gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Doch die Sojamilchproduktion sei eingefroren und könne nicht durchgeführt werden. Den Kindern gefiel es, den Bauernhof zu besichtigen und die Tiere zu füttern.
Das Lagerfeuer- und Feuerwerksfest am Wochenende sowie einige Aktivitäten zum Laternenfest sind farbenfroh.
Erwähnenswert ist hier der Service. Ob an der Rezeption, der Haushälterin Xinxin, dem Zimmerservice oder dem Restaurantpersonal, alle haben ein ausgeprägtes Servicebewusstsein und hoffen, dass die Gäste ihren Aufenthalt im Hotel genießen können. Während Ihres Aufenthaltes erhalten Sie Überraschungen wie kleine Geschenke zu den Mahlzeiten, Obst für Ihren Aufenthalt, Souvenirs usw. Die Freude, umsorgt zu werden! Danke hier!

MMarinaThe nature around the hotel is amazing, but the facilities are quite old. It’s good place to have rest from the city noise. Very comfortable house, with nice balcony and huge bathtub. Breakfast was also tasty. There is nothing around the hotel within a walking distance, so we felt bored as we like active leisure. Also there is no lighting so you cannot really walk around in the evening. it is better to stay in the room after 7pm as the pathway to the house has no lights as well. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families with kids below 4 years old because of steep stairs and lack of baby equipment like cribs. GGastnutzerDas Hotel in der Nähe des Ningboo Oyu Center ist nur eine Station entfernt. Es ist sehr bequem. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß. Der Service ist noch relativ neu. Aber es gibt einen super großen Fehler, der ist scheiße! Neben einer Fabrik arbeitet eine 24-Stunden-Fabrik. Die Maschine läuft immer und ich schlafe fast nicht so gut wie so gut wie geräuschsensible. Das Zimmer ist bereit für Ohrringe. Ich kann es auch für alte Gespräche empfinden. Der Laden kann das Problem nicht lösen, aber!! Nachdem das Hotel eröffnet wurde, sollte der Geschäft mit den zuständigen Dienststellen in Verbindung treten und mit der Fabrik eine gute Betriebszeit kommunizieren. Wie kann die Mehrheit der Nacht noch arbeiten? Das ist zu düster.

Nachdem sie erfahren hatten, dass ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Park Hyatt nicht zufrieden war, baten sie um eine Nachbesprechung und ein Shampoo-Geschenk. Das hat mich emotional sehr entlastet Es war offensichtlich, dass sie den Service verbessern wollten, aber das Einchecken war wirklich durchschnittlich und ich würde nicht noch einmal dorthin gehen. Die folgende Bewertung wurde geschrieben, als ich sehr verärgert war und als Referenz dient.
Das Park Hyatt ist das schlechteste Hotel in der gleichen Preisklasse, in dem ich dieses Jahr übernachtet habe (einige der anderen Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse sind sogar keine Luxushotels). Ich habe dieses Jahr in mehr als zehn Resorthotels übernachtet, und das auch ist nicht einmal so gut wie das Changshu Kuncheng Lake Hyatt. Auch wenn das Hyatt nicht so gut ist wie ... Ich weiß, wie man Bewertungen abgibt), ich werde es nie ein zweites Mal machen. Der Zustand der Ausstattung ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, auch das Waschbecken ist rissig, die Badewanne lässt sich nicht entleeren und die Technikabteilung wurde um 23:00 Uhr zur Wartung gerufen. Die Toilette weist gelbe Flecken auf Der Fernseher ist aufgrund von Schneeflocken nicht klar zu sehen. Oh, es gibt keine Tür zum Duschraum, was bedeutet, dass der Wasserdampf direkt in Ihr Schlafzimmer strömt und Sie in einem feuchten Schlafzimmer schlafen?
Auch der Service ist sehr unbefriedigend. Ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ohne Butler-Service ist kaum vorstellbar. Im gesamten Hotel wird nicht die Initiative ergriffen, ein Batterieauto anzufordern Sie können den Weg nicht finden: „Oh, der Ort, zu dem Sie wollen, ist offen.“ Kann ich nur mit dem Elektroauto dorthin fahren? Ich ging zum Tea Garden und bestellte frische Fleisch-Mondkuchen (3 Yuan, 65 Yuan), weil sie es für mühsam hielten. Der Kellner sagte mir, dass sie 30 Yuan kosten würden Minuten. Können Sie noch warten? Ich sagte, ich könnte warten, Bruder, zurückgehen und eine Nachricht senden? (Selbst wenn Ihre Service-Einstellung nicht willig ist, sollten Sie sich nicht so laut verschwören, dass ich es hören kann, oder? Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Ihren Mondkuchen und denen, die auf der Straße für 5 Yuan verkauft werden? Ist das nicht nur der emotionale Wert? ...)

Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.
