Einer der angenehmesten Aufenthalte in meinem Leben! Das Hotel ist sauber und gut gepflegt, das Personal ist freundlich und willkommen. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig, und die heißen Frühlinge sind einfach erstaunlich. Der Empfangsmann konnte Englisch nicht sehr gut sprechen, als wir angemeldet waren (was nicht zu viel von einem Problem war), aber als wir später wieder in unser Zimmer kamen, fanden wir einige Snacks und eine absolut wunderbare Note mit einigen hilfreichen Informationen von der Mitarbeiter. Danke für das große Wochenende! Wird sicher wiederkommen.

I enjoyed the staying.
Pros: in the heart of Hanling old street, lots of things to do just at a walking distance. Nice rooms. I stayed in the multi-level room, with beds upstairs and bathroom and a lovely tea room with sofa, chair (other rooms may have wooden table and chairs) overlooking the internal court. There is a little balcony with two chairs and table. They provided a big 5 liter bottle of water which is great.
Cons: rooms not sound proof... it was difficult to reach staff when needed (still do not know the wifi password!). TV could not play an mp4 from my memory stick (an HDMI cable would have been nice).

到了年前年後民宿十咖啡店的結合而且在韓嶺
老街上的正好也很方便去周邊景點都很方便一
到那裡被設計吸引很簡約但是很有格調裏面每一
件裝飾擺件都凸顯老闆娘的眼光房間很新很乾凈東西都是很貴的或者是有品牌的都能寵物友好真的太棒了而且前廳的咖啡店王鶴棣還來打過卡後面的滑梯他也拍過照可真是無心插柳了 環境鬧中取靜三天兩夜我們住的很開心全家都很滿意院子裏喝喝下午茶曬曬太陽門口老街直接吃飯小吃一應俱全店員小哥哥也很nice長的有點像王鶴棣的哈哈哈來來往往很多人都來咖啡店打卡我洗面奶忘記帶了老闆娘還把她的給我用還拿了小點心給我女兒給我們用了她新買的悶茶壺超熱情周到的她也有衹邊牧叫奶粉養在店裡超級乖雖然衹有三間房的民宿但是真的超美隨便哪裡都很出片而且老闆娘説還可以包棟私密性就更好了朋友看我發的朋友圈都説很贊要來下次來寧波還要住這裏

Ich bin am East-Chan-See gekommen, um den Tempel zu finden, sehr gut. Das Hof hat ein sehr Designgefühl und überall zeigt das Herz des Chefs. Das Tempel hat auch den Kaffee mit sich. Heute habe ich Zeit, zu trinken, sehr gut, sitzen und Kaffee trinken, und das Buch ist sehr angenehm. Der kleine Volksbroder ist super schön, sehr geduldig und jeder Forderung wird gelöst.

在構想幾何——白日夢想家度過了愉快的幾天假期，最初預訂的房間是“乘風破浪”，來到後發現小了一點，改成“白日夢想家”，房間大，有陽光，還有小陽台。關於選民宿，安全、乾淨一直是我的第一標準，構想幾何做得很好，這裏要給打掃客房的阿姨點贊，在我們入住的幾天每天都能保持客房的整潔。
客房的佈置總體來説還是不錯的，洗漱台夠大，客人可以放置自己的物品，尤其是女生。1.8米的大床很舒服，床品也沒有異味。靠窗的單人沙發適合看書，床頭的沙發則太軟。如果淋浴間能有掛衣服的地方就好了。
民宿的早餐很豐富，份量足，但是對於連住五天的我們來説有點單調，管家妹妹很努力給我們換花樣，奈何選擇不多，感謝管家妹妹這幾天熱情周到的服務。

Wir entschieden uns spontan, eine Nacht in Ningbo zu bleiben und wählten dieses Hotel neben dem Dongqian-See. Das Äußere des Hotels wirkt sehr designorientiert und die Innenausstattung ist recht neu. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Gartenblick, das über eine Badewanne verfügt und den Kindern sehr gut gefiel.
Das Hotelfrühstück ist gut, mir schmecken die Reiskuchen und Klebreisbällchen sehr gut, sie haben lokale Besonderheiten. Im Paket sind zwei Eintrittskarten für den Kiddie Park enthalten. Der Kiddie Park ist zwar nicht besonders groß, aber relativ neu und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß.
Im Allgemeinen ist es kein normales Familienhotel, aber eine relativ kostengünstige Option in der Nähe des Dongqian-Sees.
Ein besonderes Kommentar zum kleinen Orangenkuchen in der Lobbybar, er sieht wirklich aus wie eine kleine Orange, supersüß und lecker!

GGastnutzerThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The view, stunning. The room had a lovely bath and very spacious. The breakfast was lovely too.

GGastnutzerBest Hotel we have visited in China within it’s cost to service ratio. You get real value for your money and this experience is therefore unmatched by any other hotel we have stayed at.
From arrival, you are welcomed at your car with a friendly portar that accompanies you to the reception desk with your luggage and after check-in to your room. Check-in was quick and easy with the friendly and efficient staff.
We had only told the hotel it is an anniversary stay. Our room was made-up with folded swan-towels on the bed and scattered balloons with rose petals.
You can go for a walk throughout the area all the way to the nearest swimming beach built on the lagoon (Ningbo Binhai Thousands of People Sand Beach) entry fee of 30RMB per adult on weekdays and 60RMB on weekends. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel has a bar where you can have cocktails and food professionally made with some of the best ingredients. Don’t get dissuaded by the price tag. (I would however say the service is extremely good but slow during the week at the bar. ) Be patient, relaxed and enjoy the bar. It is worthwhile and great value. Would highly recommend the Burger and Mojito.
The staff left us a complementary fruit and cake basket with a bottle of wine and some soup for a night snack.
You can visit the Chinese Fishing Village in Xiangshan. It cost about 646RMB to go there and back and the ride takes between 90 and 120 minutes. Entrance is 60RMB per adult. You can rent a tent and chairs at the beach for 100rmb for the first hour and 50rmb for each additional hour. I would highly recommend taking your own towels with some water bottles to wash your feet when leaving the beach. You can pay 25rmb per person at the facilities next to the beach to wash your feet or take a shower(the facilities are not good). There are slow Quad Bikes to ride on the beach and Jet Ski’s on the water. The quad bikes are about 100RMB for 15 minutes.
Room service can be sent to your room with the food kept warm in a small oven under the kart for your convenience.
When requesting some water or small items at night, the staff can sometimes send the items with a robot to your room.
The hotel has a swimming pool that you can use anytime within the schedule. We could use the swimming pool any time between 08:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening. You can request a towel at the pool reception desk on the swimming pool floor.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a break away from busy life. You can come here to relax with world class service at a valued price.

Nachdem sie erfahren hatten, dass ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Park Hyatt nicht zufrieden war, baten sie um eine Nachbesprechung und ein Shampoo-Geschenk. Das hat mich emotional sehr entlastet Es war offensichtlich, dass sie den Service verbessern wollten, aber das Einchecken war wirklich durchschnittlich und ich würde nicht noch einmal dorthin gehen. Die folgende Bewertung wurde geschrieben, als ich sehr verärgert war und als Referenz dient.
Das Park Hyatt ist das schlechteste Hotel in der gleichen Preisklasse, in dem ich dieses Jahr übernachtet habe (einige der anderen Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse sind sogar keine Luxushotels). Ich habe dieses Jahr in mehr als zehn Resorthotels übernachtet, und das auch ist nicht einmal so gut wie das Changshu Kuncheng Lake Hyatt. Auch wenn das Hyatt nicht so gut ist wie ... Ich weiß, wie man Bewertungen abgibt), ich werde es nie ein zweites Mal machen. Der Zustand der Ausstattung ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, auch das Waschbecken ist rissig, die Badewanne lässt sich nicht entleeren und die Technikabteilung wurde um 23:00 Uhr zur Wartung gerufen. Die Toilette weist gelbe Flecken auf Der Fernseher ist aufgrund von Schneeflocken nicht klar zu sehen. Oh, es gibt keine Tür zum Duschraum, was bedeutet, dass der Wasserdampf direkt in Ihr Schlafzimmer strömt und Sie in einem feuchten Schlafzimmer schlafen?
Auch der Service ist sehr unbefriedigend. Ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ohne Butler-Service ist kaum vorstellbar. Im gesamten Hotel wird nicht die Initiative ergriffen, ein Batterieauto anzufordern Sie können den Weg nicht finden: „Oh, der Ort, zu dem Sie wollen, ist offen.“ Kann ich nur mit dem Elektroauto dorthin fahren? Ich ging zum Tea Garden und bestellte frische Fleisch-Mondkuchen (3 Yuan, 65 Yuan), weil sie es für mühsam hielten. Der Kellner sagte mir, dass sie 30 Yuan kosten würden Minuten. Können Sie noch warten? Ich sagte, ich könnte warten, Bruder, zurückgehen und eine Nachricht senden? (Selbst wenn Ihre Service-Einstellung nicht willig ist, sollten Sie sich nicht so laut verschwören, dass ich es hören kann, oder? Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Ihren Mondkuchen und denen, die auf der Straße für 5 Yuan verkauft werden? Ist das nicht nur der emotionale Wert? ...)
Wenn Sie ein Hotel, das seit mehr als zehn Jahren geöffnet ist, zu einem so hohen Preis verkaufen, wissen Sie dann nicht, was Sie verkaufen? Es gibt keinen Service oder keine Ausstattung, die auf Kategorie 3 herabgestuft werden sollte. Ich rate jedem, kein Geld auszugeben.

PPeggy PegSince last visit in Ningbo we used that hotel to stay overnight for our business trips. Our old hotel „Golden Port“ is now already closed for renovations maybe. We will see. The location is near barstreet where a Irish ☘️ Pub is located. A little bit hidden in the background. There we always have nice breakfasts and some dinner.

AAugust MIch habe vor kurzem in einem Hotel in Ningbo, China geblieben, das eine super Lage in der Nähe der Ningbo-Bahnstation hatte. Die Nähe des Hotels zum Bahnhof machte es für den Transport günstig. Es gab jedoch einige Aspekte meines Aufenthalts, die besser gewesen wären.
Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich ausgezeichnet, mit einfachem Zugang zum Bahnhof. Dies machte es bequem, die Stadt zu erkunden und Verkehrsoptionen zu erreichen . Die Nähe des Hotels zu Einkaufsstraßen und Attraktionen hinzugefügt zu seinem Anreiz.
Was das Essen betrifft, so würde ich es als ”OK” bezeichnen. Es scheint, dass es verschiedene Mahlzeiten gibt, aber die Erfahrungen können je nach den konkreten Entscheidungen variieren.
Ein Aspekt, der verbessert werden könnte, ist die englische Kompetenz des Empfangspersonals. Dies könnte eine Herausforderung für Nicht-Chinesische Gäste darstellen, die Hilfe benötigen oder spezifische Ermittlungen durchführen.

AAnonymer Benutzer我定的49平的露天房間，為什麼要給我換成四角星35平的～而且也不事先告知我們，我提前一週預訂房間，結果是這樣的，電視機還看不了，我調整電視機搞了半個小時，晚上想放鬆看個電影都看不了的，我不知道這1000多塊，我預訂這個房間幹嘛呢？我們花錢找罪受呢？？我同意換房間了嗎？就擅自做主…給我換的房間又小，景觀有沒有我定的360一圈露天景觀的好看，我真的很無語…我們翻山越嶺跋山涉水的一個半小時過來，真的很失望，我男朋友還一個勁問我們定的房間怎麼不一樣，圖片上明明很不錯的，總之，睡一覺是可以，完全沒問題！整個這個操作我實在不能理解…為什麼要把我定的49平換成35平，還説是升級，我真的不知道怎麼升級縮小房間了還！！！真的很生氣這個事情，本來預訂好，安排很浪漫的一個夜晚，搞成這個樣子！！！我男朋友195的身高，床都不夠睡，兩衹腳還露在外面！！！！真的是很生氣，房間晚上又很冷的！！！廁所裝修的也很差！l！真的是太不好的體驗了！！！
