The food and there staffs were very excellent and there behavior were very sweet . I would like to visit again with my family and friends . The facilities were very nice and they come very quickly when we call for help . They are very polite and we'll behave

It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and cohesive team that genuinely cares about the guest experience. The hospitality we received made our stay comfortable and enjoyable in every way. Very well mannered staff. Temple pick and drop service was good. Food was excellent. I recommend anyone whether solo or with families or friends this hotel is best in shirdi. The rooms are also very clean and smell fresh. Overall best hotel in shirdi.

The overall experience of my stay was good although it was only for a day. The hotel has shuttle service to/fro Sai Mandir and it's just over 2 kms from the hotel. The breakfast buffet spread was very good and the food tasted excellent. Dinner is also complimentary and must be opted at the time of reservation. The host Ms. Aditee at the restaurant was very courteous and helpful.

My overall hotel experience was good. Kudos to Aditi from the restaurant who was a very pleasant girl and very polite and helpful.. she was very forthcoming and helped us with our requests. More of such natured staff should be employed.. Good job Aditi, keep up the smile and your excellent work 😀

The staff is very Friendly and Cooperative. Had a very nice time . Staff Aditi was especially very good & attentive . Food was decent & guest were attended even after the schduled closure time. …… Staff was having smile all the way through , it was a memorable experience.
