I travel with my family, so i pref-fer a place with privacy and enjoyments. This is the second time that i booked bella vista, and both times they satisfied us with great hospitality. The breakfast is homely and hygiene. If i travel again to coonoor i would pref-fer bella vista.

Hotellage ist good......Common Bereiche sind gut gepflegt, aber die Zimmer sind nicht so wie in der Fotografie auf der Website ....Restaurant ist nicht gut ***alter, obwohl das Personal gut ist, aber ich finde, es gibt viel Spielraum für Verbesserungen. ...Buffet Frühstück ist gut ....Biryani Geschmack war gut .... Lebensmittel war im Allgemeinen gut ... Ich musste mehr als 30 Minuten warten, damit das Hotelpersonal meine Gepäck beim Abreisen von Zimmern überträgt ..... Es gab eine Menge Unterschiede zwischen dem Preis, wie auf der Check-out erwähnt wurde. trip.com und direkt mit hotel.....Trip.com war weniger für die gleiche Privilege Suite ....

Ausgezeichnetes Resort, entfernt von der Stadt rush. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sauber, Jaya ji am Rezeption war immer hilfreich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen 3-Nacht-Angenehmen Aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht.

Staying here was like stepping back in time. We stayed for 2 nights on our trip to Ooty. The hotel is from a bygone era , you really get an insight of this with all the photographs of the Royal Family when they stayed here back in the day. The property has got all its original features but is desperately in need of some love and attention to preserve it. We had no complaints about our room - large and airy , with a little sitting area and big bathroom. All the furniture was in keeping with period of the property. We found it to be very clean but because there is some dampness in the bathroom there are some marks on the ceiling. The food was very good , we had dinner one night and just a simple breakfast is as our choice, but there seemed to be a good choice for others. The few staff were very friendly and helpful. They were trying so hard to give good service but we could tell they were under a little pressure from other not so satisfied and demanding guests. I actually felt quite sorry for them. If you decide to stay here do not expect modern luxury of chain hotels and try to keep an open mind. We think you will probably forget some of the modern hotels you will stay in , but like us you will never forget your stay here ! I would say to the owners of this hotel you have great staff but you need to make some investment in your property before it’s too late. It could be an absolute gem and the star of Ooty.

Die Lage ist völlig überwunden. Die 360°-Ansicht um das Resort ist grün, kalt und wow. Wenn Sie ein Naturliebhaber sind und Sie inmitten der Grünheit, Berge und von der heftigen Büste der Stadt bleiben wollen. Dies kann eine perfekte Gepäcke sein. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr hilfreich. Ich und mein Mann haben am Aufenthalt recht spät am Abend angemeldet, so dass wir nicht die Aussicht an diesem Tag genießen konnten, er erlaubte uns, den nächsten Tag ein paar Stunden spät zu prüfen, so dass wir die Aussicht genießen konnten.
