Meine Frau und ich reservierten das Nikko Station Hotel II für April 13 - 15 als nicht rückzahlbare Buchung. In dieser Woche gab der US-Staatsanwalt eine Warnung von Niveau 4 für alle US-Bürger aus, um internationalen Reisen aufgrund der Pandemie COVID-19 zu vermeiden. Trotz ihrer normalen Politik machte das Nikko Station Hotel II aufgrund der Pandemie COVID-19 eine Ausnahme und stellte eine vollständige Erstattung aus. Wir werden unsere Reise nach Japan nach den Pandemien umplanen und WIR SCHEINLICH im Nikko Station Hotel II neu buchen, da sie in einer schwierigen Zeit hervorragende Kundenservice gezeigt haben!

The hotel is very beautiful - ambiance was great, room was great, staff were excellent. The very clean common kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and miso soup was awesome and a boon to the travel weary. We could warm our food in the microwave and conventional ovens. The hotel also offered artisanal bread, pizza etc. for purchase, which could be reheated or baked in the ovens. Altogether a great hotel but it was far from the main area near the train station where most of the restaurants and convenience stores were.

The hotel is more like a museum :). You can admire every room and every thing :) You will see a table lamp at the reception, which has been standing there since 1907, in the lobby you will see photographs of people who stayed at this hotel - Indira Gandhi, Eleanor Roosevelt, Robert Koch, Edward Prince of Wales and many other. The restaurant has very beautiful dishes. And the table for dinner was set using 11 cutlery :) The staff is very attentive and polite. I would especially like to thank Sabita for her help. The room itself is fairly basic (but not modern) the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need for a short stay. Rooms are not cleaned daily and towels are not changed unless specifically requested. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a three-minute walk from Nikko Park - UNESCO heritage. Currently, one wing of the hotel is being renovated.

Ich habe zwei Primärsuiten benutzt, mit Verbindung. Von schlechten Orten geschrieben, vielleicht weil die Betriebsrate dieses Zimmers schlecht ist und die Luft sehr scharf ist. Es ist nicht klar genug, es gibt viele Schalennetze auf der Tür, die vom Balkon aussteht, und es ist schlecht. Die Außenwand des Gebäudes ist verdorben, Möbel usw. gibt es keinen Ort, wo die Hände verletzt wurden, und es fühlt sich an, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht genug Reinigung und Baumbau haben. Die gesamte Raumfahrt des Sees, aber die Bäume sind reichlich, und es ist sehr schade, von jedem Zimmer nicht zu sehen, wie der See ist. Die warme Tee ist zwar weit vom Zimmer entfernt, aber die Kleidung ist immer noch sehr gut. Das Essen ist nahe dem klassischen Französisch und ist im Vergleich zu dem jüngsten Französisch sehr saftig, aber das Essen und der Geschmack sind sehr gut und die Menge an einem Gericht ist auch sehr zufrieden. Obwohl es ein Schluckpunkt ist, aber weil es den vollen Raum nutzt, glaube ich nicht. Dieses Mal fühlen Sie sich sehr kostenintensiv und weniger cospa, aber wenn Sie Ihren besten Service schwer atmen, werden Sie sich sehr sicher sein, wenn Sie sich so gut wie möglich bewegen. Fast alle Gäste sind ältere Menschen, und die ganze Anlage ist gut, ruhig zu bleiben.

Booked this hotel for a stay in Mid November and after getting off of train we caught the bus here a little after sundown. The autumn leaves are really outstanding-almost every picture is a gorgeous post card. Bus driver asked where we are headed to and told him ”Kinugawa Onsen Hotel” . Took around 10 min to arrive and we were dropped off in front of hotel parking lot. Waited in a short line to check in and front desk service referred us to ”HITOMI” her name on tag in hiragana characters. She whipped up 2 page map with room information, pertaining elevator diagram and hotel keys. Make sure to pay careful instructions about onsen and buffet times- free soft serve ice cream and snacks until 6pm in lobby/ free drinks, coffee, tea until 10pm. FYI- best soft serve in Japan Hokkaido milk...yummy!!! 5 golden stars to HITOMI- top notch and friendly service. She urged us to be aware of emergency exits on our floor. While you are dining they will bring out futons so when you return- soft futons are waiting for you! The room is a traditional tatami mat with table and cushions. It is welcoming with snacks, complementary bottled water and a hot tea station. Room safe in closet also included were yukata robes for him and her. Ugh, wonderful amenities, tooth brush, a few toiletries -worry free stay. After visiting the onsen - kind of stressful for a foreigner like me. Not used to being naked with other ladies but in reality I was invisible- no shame at all. We headed down to the all you can eat dinner. We had 90 min-more than enough time to eat from 7:30 to 9pm. The spread was adequate with dishes from Japan and a few we recognized. Tempura made to order, musubi bar, gelato station, bakery section, fruit bar, local dishes and drink machine both hot or cold more-more- more- too much to mention. Looked at all the diners like ravenous sharks. Lots of help staff taking away empty plates, chefs assistants re-filling the empty vessels with more foods. Orderly chaos in front of me and loving every succulent moment. I felt like Templeton in the Charlot's Web movie. Burp* UGH, rubbing my full belly and going for seconds and thirds. Repeating ” ah, ill have a year to diet” until we come back again. Super glad we upgraded to the all you can at buffet. Coming again in the morning-they open at 7am for breakfast. It ended up being a repeat but with Japanese breakfast foods too. We did an early checkout at 8am and paid our $2 onsen tax. They were nice enough to let us stay in the room until 10am if we promised to bring back both keys at that time- no issues there. First bus back to the train station arrives a little after 10 am and Hitomi came out to ask us to wait in lobby. Lobby had comfy seats and was warmer than outside. Dieses Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Nikko Kinugawa Onsen. Die Hotelumgebung, der Service, das Essen sind sehr gut und die hoteleigene Therme ist auch sehr gut! Hauptsächlich sehr ruhig, alle einheimischen Japaner kommen zum Spielen! Vor allem das chinesische Servicepersonal des Hotels, Miss Yang, ist sehr aufmerksam und erinnert uns oft daran, ob wir ein Abendessen bestellen sollen. Denken Sie daran, dass Sie bei der Buchung eines Hotels wie Kinugawa das Abendessen bestellen müssen. Die Restaurants rund um das Hotel sind früh geschlossen! Oder kehren Sie nach dem Essen in der Nikko Station einfach zum Hotel zurück. Das muss vor 17:00 fertig sein! Außerdem war das Frühstück reichhaltig! Ein wenig unzufrieden ist, dass die Lage des Bahnhofs von Ctrip am Bahnhof 600 Meter direkt vom Hotel entfernt ist, aber egal, ob es mehr ist als zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto! Obwohl dies eine gerade Strecke ist, denke ich, dass zumindest die tatsächliche Entfernung markiert werden muss und die tatsächliche Entfernung, die Menschen reiten oder gehen können. Weil der Luftlinienabstand der Marke nicht direkt erreicht werden kann!

10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Der berühmte Cambridge ist in der Nähe, sehr schön, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu, ich denke, der Halb-Ober-Pool ist sehr gut! Es gibt noch eine Waschmaschine, also bin ich froh, dass ich es getan habe! Ich habe einen elektrischen Reisschrank und einen Grill, so dass ich denke, die Party ist einfach ．

Arrived at Hotel and parked the rental car in the car park for free. Staff were very efficient and check in was very quick. Japan is still very Covid conscious and masks are worn everywhere. We were advised that there were were facilities for making Tea/ coffee in the room and that we should take any provisions required (for free) from the table arranged in the lobby i.e. tea / coffee / toothbrushes..etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite- lovely deep bath (shower fixings would be low for taller individuals). They had an evening bar and Onsen (natural hot water spring separate for males and females). They had a restaurant that provided an extensive buffet menu for breakfast - very tasty, and they had a select menu for the evenings and what we tried was very tasty also. The staff in the Hotel and restaurant were most friendly and encouraged me when I attempted some Japanese words. A very lovely start to our holiday in Japan - Thank you for your hospitality, we would happily stay here again

Das Abendessen ist wirklich wert. Sehr lecker. Die Qualität des Abendessens, das draußen essen, wird geschätzt, dass eine Person mindestens 60 Messer nehmen muss. Also fühle ich mich, dass die Hälfte der Gebühr für das Essen sehr vernünftig ist. Die warme Tee ist etwas klein, es gibt wahrscheinlich bis zu drei Leute draußen. Das Zimmer ist normalerweise komfortabel, weil die Wand des Zimmers sehr scharf ist, die meisten Gäste sind bereits sehr eingeschränkt und es gibt immer noch Stimmen. Diejenigen, die sich aufhalten wollen, können ein wenig mehr Gedanken haben. Dieses Hotel ist nicht für Kinder geeignet. Es gibt keine Worte, es ist sehr gut.

Insgesamt ist der Verkehr bequem und kann überall zu Fuß gehen. Die neueste Station ist in der Stadt, aber ich durfte in der Stadt abfahren. Im Zweiten Palast Düsenmuseum, dem Eisspin Moon, dem Ninico-Band und dem Zweiten Palast Düsen-Gemeinschaft werden die Verfahren eingehalten. Von dem Zimmer können Sie die Sonnenstraßen und die Routine sehen, die die Straßen verfolgen, und ich ging in die Versteckungshalle des Kreuzungspunktes. Die Wurzel ist zu großartig, so dass es eine Schlange auf der Wurzelstraße geklaut hat. Das Hotel ist auf dem Kreuzweg und auf der anderen Seite ist ein Familienmart. Das Frühstück ist sehr gesund, es gibt viele kleine Gerichte, die nicht essen können. Vieles Wasser, andere Gäste sind auch überrascht.
