Stayed here for a city break as a family in a sea view suite. The hotel is new and modern but lacks basic 5 star standards. There was no one at the front door to greet us and help us with our luggage which we had to manage inside the front door ourselves and then we were met at reception with a disagreement with the receptionist and another guest over their stay and had to wait uncomfortably, standing there until this was sorted. The suite was very small and was grossly overpriced for what it was. Having stayed in many 5 star suites in various locations, this was an entry level room and not a suite in my opinion. Also the sea view was almost completely obscured with trees but this wasn’t an issue. The rooftop restaurant for dinner was excellent, with a great welcome and excellent service and food. It was almost like this was not related to the hotel itself as it was such a different experience and breakfast was good there too, albeit a little busy buy that is understandable. Concierge is so bad, they never answered the phone once, and every time I went there they seemed in a flop and under staffed and took an age to sort anything. Overall a nice hotel in a good location, very clean and fresh but seemed understaffed (except the rooftop bar/restaurant which was excellent).

Die Lage ist sehr gut im Kernbereich, die Zimmer sind klein, aber voll ausgestattet, um selbst zu kochen, und es gibt die Internet Red Food Street in der Nähe. Nachteile: 1. Mit Gepäck nach oben zu gehen ist sehr, sehr müde. 2. Es wird kein Mineralwasser bereitgestellt. Sie müssen es selbst kaufen. Bitte ignorieren Sie es, wenn Sie nichts gegen Leitungswasser haben. 3. Bezahlen Sie im Geschäft, überprüfen Sie Ihre Kreditkarte und dann Ctrip sagte, dass mein Nichterscheinen meine Kaution abgezogen habe, und nachdem ich mich bei Ctrip erkundigt hatte, gab ich es zurück und sagte, es sei falsch. In der unteren Etage derselben Adresse befindet sich ein von lp empfohlenes BNB. Es sieht sicherer aus als dieses an der Fassade. An der Tür befindet sich eine Kamera. Bedürftige Freunde können selbst danach suchen.

Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Strandpromenade ist man in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Nizza (Lage 5 Sterne). Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt! Nach einem freundlichen und persönlichen Check-in, gleich nachdem wir das Auto stressfrei in der Tiefgarage abgestellt hatten, sind wir in unser richtig schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Promenade und das Meer gegangen. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Balkon von dem man dem Treiben zugucken konnte. Alles war sauber und wir fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl. Auf dem Dach des Hotels ist ein Pool (den wir nicht benutzt haben) und eine tolle Bar, von der aus man einen Blick auf das Meer und den Nachthimmel hat (die haben wir benutzt ;) Das Personal sowohl in der Bar als auch an der Rezeption war wirklich freundlich und man hat uns toll beraten (Restaurants und Strand). Der Service war professionell, wie man ihn erwartet. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett hat uns der Roomservice innerhalb weniger Minuten ins Zimmer gebracht. Ach ja, das Frühstück war toll und die Auswahl riesig. Beim nächsten mal probieren wir das Frühstück im Zimmer aus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Die Aussicht ist wirklich gut. Achten Sie darauf, Geld hinzuzufügen, um ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu bekommen. Es ist bedeutungslos, die Zimmer sind modern Es war schön, eine separate Dusche und Toilette zu haben. Die Dusche war sehr unbequem, es lief Wasser aus dem Zimmer. Hotel Le Meurice has a great location on a quiet road, just a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and an easy walk to the historical centre of the city. The hotel is small and features Art Deco styling. The staff are very friendly, and there is an elevator up to the rooms. We arrived during a heatwave and were thankful for the in-room air conditioner. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel and at nighttime it was really quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. The bathroom was surprisingly large and included a shower. Breakfast is served in the tiny lobby but there is no need to pay for breakfast at the hotel because there are numerous excellent options nearby. For example, the Bio-coop Nice Grimaldi offers fantastic organic breads, fruit, yoghurts, et cetera, and the cafe called Maison Celine Patisserie serves delicious pastries and coffee. Both are within a one-minute walk from the hotel. For dinner, there is an overwhelming range of restaurants close by. The problem with the hotel is that there is a major construction site in the rear. The noise of cranes and jackhammers and the deep vibrations that shake the room continue on and off throughout the day. If you intend to spend most of the daytime out sightseeing this should not be a problem. At some point the construction will end. Overall, we had a great experience at Hotel Le Meurice and would happily stay here again.

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación que nos tocó era espaciosa y cómoda, pero sumamente ruidosa: estaba en el primer piso y no tenía cortinas: sólo tenía black-out, es decir, que teníamos dos opciones: o estar sin luz natural o exponernos a la mirada de vecinos y transeúntes. El baño, si bien era antiguo, estaba limpio, pero no tiene enchufes y no ponen amenities. La puerta de la habitación no tiene traba y el wifi no es bueno y es incompatible con los Iphone, inconcebible hoy en día, en que una gran parte de los pasajeros tienen Iphone. Y lo peor al respecto fue la pésima atención de la recepcionista que estaba cuando llegamos al hotel el sábado 8 de abril por la mañana, quien cuando le pedimos ayuda para conectarnos nos respondió a la defensiva y de modo grosero y mostró muy poca predisposición para ayudarnos, pero terminó reconociendo que la red que ofrece el hotel no es segura y, por lo tanto, no es compatible con los Iphone. Así que si tienes un Iphone, este hotel es la peor elección. Y un último detalle, no menor: el hotel no respetó las normas de la plataforma Booking, a través de la cual hice la reserva (cancelable y sin pago anticipado), según la cual tenía tiempo hasta el 5 de abril a las 23:59 hs. para cancelar la reserva. Sin embargo, dos días antes, el hotel hizo efectivo el pago. En conclusión, mi experiencia con este hotel no fue buena. Por el mismo precio, hay muchos otros hoteles bien ubicados y que ofrecen mejor servicio.

Don’t like the feeling of being charged for cleaning… I thought is all included in the room. If I knew there is a charge, couldn’t have book, also need to give a deposit of $500 Euro, refundable but take 2 to 6weeks(what is this). Can’t cancel the booking as it says non refundable if cancel the booking. Call them up for checking in in the airport but still have to call them again once I arrived. Lesson learn, don’t book any hotel apar**ent. It’s not hotel but basically apar**ent with little services. PS, have to throw your own rubbish. Lol! Area wise, good!

Das Hotel ist an perfekter Lage für einen Städtetrip. Rund um das Hotel hat es Restaurant, Bars und Cafes und die Promenade, Einkaufsstrasse sowie Marktplatz ist alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Durch Booking.com haben wir ein Club Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Bett ist wirklich sehr gross und sehr bequem. Die Mottozimmer on Deck in schönem Blau sind sehr fröhlich und einladend. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Der Minikühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher geben einen grossen Pluspunkt. Wir haben das Frühstück im Hotel nicht genutzt. Wir haben uns in einem Cafe jeweils ein Croissant und Kaffee geholt. Es wurde auch Kaffee to go im Hotel gratis angeboten. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns nicht nur bei der Begrüssen sondern jeden Tag sehr willkommen. Unser Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter… kennen Nizza seit über 40 Jahren, also auch noch die Zeit als hier nur die Fassade lange Jahre stand und es noch kein Hotel gab… Für uns ist es das beste Hotel am Platz. Die Lage, Mitarbeiter, Grösse der Zimmer usw. Alles top. Für uns spielt ein guter bewachter Parkplatz (aufgrund unseres Fahrzeuges) eine große Rolle. Auch wenn es mittlerweile arg aufgeschlagen ( innerhalb weniger Monate um 10€ gesteigert) ist es das Parken wert. Wir bekamen diesmal sogar ein größeres Zimmer als gebucht und genossen es sehr. Viel Platz, grosse Terasse mit Sonnenliege, sehr schön. Wir nehmen mittlerweile lieber das Zimmer mit Bergblick, sie sind zum schlafen einfach ruhiger. Tee und Café wurden leider nicht immer aufgefüllt, dagegen aber 2x am Tag die Handtücher gewechsel,t falls nötig und der Müll geleert. Gefrühstückt haben wir immer außerhalb, daher können wir hierzu nichts sagen. Pool ist angenehm, so lange man allein ist. Fitnesscenter könnte größer sein, ost auch überwiegend auf Cardio angelegt. Bei dieser Hotellage koggt man allerdings besser direkt auf der tollen Promenade! Preis/Leistung stimmt hier unserer Meinung nach. Wir waren wieder begeistert von diesem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne bald wieder!
