Hotel -Layout was not welcoming/ inviting as the front doors leads to a hallway & the reception desk is up 3steps before you are greeted by someone. This makes carrying luggage difficult. - Storing luggage until the room was ready was fine. - Lift was small and can fit max 3people without luggage and was sometimes slow to come. - Would not rate as a 4 star hotel. Location - Approx. 15min walk from the promenade, which meant we were away from the noise. - 2mins away from the train station, which is ideal is travelling by train. - Area was OK, but not the best. Drinks - The complimentary drinks were tap water, lemonade (made from tap water), tea and coffee. If you dont drink tap water, there is no free alternative provided, with the reason given they are reducing use of plastic (bottled, glass water is avaiable to purchase). Room -We stayed in a classic room (208) which was compact. -They are definitely not soundproof & is dependent on the guests, as we could hear their conversations and when they were using the shower. -All the hotel doors make a loud bang when closed. -The room layout and space could have been utilised more effectively. E.g. 1/3 of the wardrobes were dumpy drawers. We had a chair but it was placed infront of the only long mirror in the room. -The charging ports were only accessible from one side of the bed, which can be challenging & annoying at times. - The room view was of the street and of the opposite building, which was not the nicest. Breakfast -We would advise you to think twice before booking breakfast. -Breakfast selection is very small - neatly presented in the corner of the room. -Minimal vegetarian and vegan optipns - which is not worth the money they ask - with the reason given France is not accomodating to vegetarian food. One gluten free option. -Fresh orange juice and breads were delicious. -There were 2 choices of fresh fruit (apple & kiwi) neither of which looked appealing. -No salad options. -Staff did not clear the tables as you were eating. -If all the guests were to be in the room at the same time, it would be very cramped, noisy and cause queuing. Staff -Half were friendly, polite and welcoming. The other half were not and would not acknowledge you upon entering or leaving the hotel. -When we were checking out, we were not offered support with our luggage down the steps, instead a hotel guest offered to help us! Also, the staff member did not finish with out checking out and had already started serving the guest behind us. -When making enqueries, staff were helpful and tried their best, with clear instructions. -An item was requested, which was not available. We were reassured this item would be sent to our room the next morning, but alas this did not happen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit allem was dazu gehört. Für Reisende ohne Auto nur zu empfehlen. Kurze Wege zur Altstadt, Strand zum Provencebahnhof. Zimmer voll okay. So kann Nice sehr gut zu Fuß erkundet werden. Für einen Trip nach Monaco oder Italien - Ventimiglia - direkte Bahnverbindung. Ebenso nach Cannes und Grasse.

Ich nahm eine Chance auf dieses Hostel, als ich im letzten Moment umschaltet, dachte ich, es könnte ein Party Hostel sein, aber sie versichert mir, dass die Zimmer ruhig sind, die sie sind wie in Ihnen nicht zu laut hören, die Musik, Aber da alle da sind, um zu feiern es schlägt es ein bisschen ins Zimmer. Nicht beschweren, nur beachten. Die Lage ist großartig, es ist ziemlich sauber, wie die Hostels gehen, Das Personal scheint nett esp die Chap auf dem Vordertisch, Ich weiß nicht, wie er heißt, aber er ist aus Manchester und ging oben und darüber. Die wirkliche Enttäuschung für mich war die Dinge, die als angeboten werden, die nicht. Ich reise solo, so dass ich wirklich gerne die Möglichkeit zu essen im Hostel, Sie sagen, sie haben ein Restaurant, Ich fand es nicht, Sie bieten offensichtlich Nahrung, aber nur nach 7:00 Uhr, obwohl andere Gäste sagten, dass nicht. . Auch erklärten sie bieten Tee, Kaffee und warme Schokolade, aber sie nicht. Andernfalls war das Zimmer gut, Bett komfortable, Bar-Bereich schön. Ich würde nicht persönlich zurückgehen, nicht weil es schlecht ist, nur weil es nicht meine Szene ist. Wenn Sie nach einer Party suchen, obwohl dann ist es eine gute Wahl prob.

Dies ist das erste Hotel, das ich dieses Mal in Nizza gebucht habe. Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, es gibt auch den Bus 23 vom Flughafen in die Nähe des Bahnhofs (es ist 23, anstatt die zuvor von den Internetnutzern erwähnte Linie 99 zu sehen. Die Linie 99 ist jetzt weg). Aber der Raum hatte nur ein Tigerfenster, das Licht war schwach und die Tagesdecken hatten eine hässliche Farbe, was dazu führte, dass es sich sehr schlecht anfühlte.

Sehr schöner Ort und Top-Services. Professionelle Mitarbeiter und Bar-Aktivitäten sehr Fun. Der Ort liegt sehr nahe der Bahnhof und 5 Gehminuten vom Massena-Bereich entfernt. Ruhezimmer und Bettzimmer sind immer sauber. Service für alle Arten von Service. Sehr empfohlen!

Das Hotel hat den riesigen Vorteil, unweit vom Flughafen zu sein. Direkt in der Stadt zu liegen. In der Nähe das Meer zu haben und darüberhinaus in paar Minuten schon zum Bahnhof gelangen zu können. Die Lage ist einfach top! Daran gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Geht man auf das Dach des Hotels, wo sich die Bar befindet, bekommt man einen Ausblick über ganz Nizza. Das Personal ist freundlich und versucht zu helfen. Sie können in vielen Sprachen kommunizieren, was es einem unglaublich erleichtert, seine Wünsche auszudrücken. Besonders hervorheben würde ich hier auch die russische Mitarbeiterin Daria und den türkischen Mitarbeiter. Diese sind Menschen mit Herz und wünschen einem wortwörtlich einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag halfen sie uns bei allen Angelegenheiten, ganz egal wie viel Zeit dies in Anspruch nahm. Sogar beim Koffer schließen! -Vielen Dank! An Sauberkeit hat es hier im Hotel nicht gemangelt. Es wurde immer geputzt und gereinigt. Logischerweise ist im Bereich des Pools auf dem Dach eine Ansammlung an Blättern zur Herbstzeit, die da ständig hinwehen, aber lösen kann man dies lediglich damit, indem eine Reinigungskraft dort Tag und Nacht sitzt und jedes Blatt aufhebt. Das einzige Manko dieses Hotels war das Frühstück. Dies ist keinesfalls schlecht! Es schmeckt alles sehr gut. Doch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, ist das Angebot doch wohl klein. Gerade in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartete ich ein großen Angebot mit tollen Leckereien. Leider war dem nicht ganz so. Dennoch alles in einem war es dieser Besuch wert und wir würden wiederkommen! Auch allen anderen empfehlen wir das Hotel. Die Lage und Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal überzeugen einen.

Our family stayed in the executive room (with loft) and my daughter love it so much. The bed is very big and comfortable. The heater worked very well. We also love the location of the hotel. Very close to train station, supermarket and restaurants.

Nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer sowie Bad, könnte nicht mehr verlangen. Direkter Zugang vom Flughafen zum Hotel mit der Straßenbahn, einige zu Fuß erreichbar. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Nizza sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar (z. B. Strand, Einkaufsstraßen, Hauptbahnhof für einen Tagesausflug von Nizza aus). Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

The hotel looks good enough from first instance as you enter. The lift was terrible. Very small and scarey to use. I had to opt to use the stairs instead. We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was ok nothing special. It was very small not much space to move around. The bathroom toilet seat was not stable and slanted to one side. The bed sheets has a hole in it. The floors very dusty but the room itself was clean enough. The pillows were tiny but comfortable enough. The room was too hot eventhough I turned off the heatings. The wall separating the rooms are very thin so you can hear otjer guests making noises as they go into the rooms or noises from there rooms. The guests were very noisey at night and so I did not sleep much whilst there. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to everything. We realised that the staff were mostly very young teenage looking students. I guess the hotel was trying to keep the costs low by doing this but it made the place look unprofessional. My partner paid 40 Euros for the breakfast which turned out to be an absolute joke. Very limited selection of pastry. Nothing was made freshly. Eggs were from an odd looking machine if you wanted them which I didnt. The jams were served in a very disgusting way. Basically every one could just stick there knives into the open jam and use it. Revolting. There was goats cheese and a few salami slices in a dirty looking container. There was 3 very small selection of cornflakes in containers on a stand. The hot drinks machine was standard. We later found out that breakfast is free for most guests bit we didnt get that as I guess we got a good deal on the room. So, to sum it up we would not be visiting this hotel again. We strongly suggest that anyone coming here would not pay for the breakfast if it is not included in your price. There are great cafes to eat closeby and also there is a Lidle 5 mins away where you will get good pastry for far less money. Just to add the staff were friendly and kind but as I mentioned lacked professtionalism which is not their fault but the fault of management.

Tolle Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der eine praktische Unterkunft sucht, die alle Grundbedürfnisse abdeckt. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem erholsamen und etwas luxuriöseren Urlaub sind, sollten Sie sich woanders umsehen. Die meisten Angestellten waren freundlich und das Zimmer, das wir bekamen, war recht geräumig. Die Dusche war sehr klein, so dass einige Leute hier etwas Schwierigkeiten haben könnten. Die Zimmertür schützt nicht vor Lärm von der Treppe und im Flur. Seien Sie also darauf vorbereitet, früh aufzustehen.
