Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfohlen, auch für die schätzungsweise internationale Gäste. Wir waren überall sehr komfortabel und hätten gerne länger geblieben. Sehr freundlich und gut ausgebildetes Personal, außergewöhnlich gute Küche und ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gepflegtes Gebiet. Die Meerblickvillan sind von erstklassiger Qualität und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Problem, das unsere Buchung erweiterte, und der sehr freundliche Generalmanager kümmerte sich persönlich um das und löste das Problem schnell, einfach und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Vielen Dank dafür! Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beschweren hier im Hotel Amiana, weshalb wir es 5 Sterne geben, die wir selten anders zu vergeben! Ein großer Fokus auf unsere Vietnam-Reise! Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Nha Trang. Hier haben wir wunderschöne 3 Wochen verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter, ob an der Rezeption, Im Restaurant oder Reinigung waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war in der 37. Etage und hat einen tollen Ausblick zum Meer und über die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es gibt im Hotel viele Russen und Chinesen, die sich nicht benehmen können. Die Teller werden am Buffet überfüllt und dann nicht aufgegessen. Das ist sehr schade, weil viel weggeworfen wird. Überhaupt haben die Chinesen keinen Anstand. Sie führen sich auf, als ob es ihr Hotel ist und haben kein Respekt vor Vietnam. Uns taten die Mitarbeiter sehr leid. Trotz das sie schlecht behandelt wurden von den chinesischen Gästen, waren sie immer sehr freundlich. Sehr schön auch der Pool und die Bar auf dem Dach. Auch hier waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen und empfehlen es gern weiter.

Dies ist ein sehr preiswertes Hotel. Ausstattung, Service und Lage sind alle großartig. Der Pool ist teilweise schattig und teilweise sonnig, so dass er sich auch mitten am Tag hervorragend zum Schwimmen eignet. Auch das Fitnesscenter verfügt über gute Einrichtungen. Und da Sie vom Hotel aus über eine Unterführung zum Strand gelangen, können Sie den Strand sehr bequem und sicher nutzen. Außerdem gibt es viele Nach**ärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass es ein tolles Hotel ist, um nach einer erholsamen Nacht hierher zu kommen.

Die Lage ist ziemlich atemberaubend. Schließen Sie den Strand ( nur 30-sec Fuß ), nahe dem Geschäftsbereich. Und es gibt einen bequemen Geschäft unten, das für uns perfekt ist. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und nett. Die Aussicht ist mein Lieblingspunkt. Wir können das Meer beobachten, wenn wir jeden Tag aufsteigen. Das Bad kann jedoch der Hauptdefekt sein. Das Wasser aus der Dusche ist leicht auf den Boden zu verbreiten, so dass es so weich und schleifend. Und die Wasserkraft ist nicht stark genug.

Das ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel. Die Dienstleistungen, auch in den Restaurants, sind oberste Ebene, während die Zimmer schön sind. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, nur über die Straße vom Strand. Große Aussichten von unserem Zimmer Balkon. Es gibt nur wenige Glitchs. Das Frühstück ist überbelastet; einfach zu viele Leute zum Frühstück auf einmal. Eine Idee für die Geschäftsführung wäre, eine kleine Gebühr für das Frühstück einzuführen, die die Zahl der Gäste, die das Frühstück im Hotel nehmen, schnell reduzieren würde. Aufgrund von Frühstücksangriffen und Abfahrten kann der Aufzug am Morgen recht lang warten.

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

I have great memories at Ariyana SmartCondotel with my group of friends. We spent all our time getting around the city on the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We were able to go around the city on our own to enjoy the local food. Moreover, the staffs were very nice to us, they helped us take pictures and directed us to some special cafes in Nha Trang.

We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Service perfekt. Frau Ngoc Tien war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Das Morgenessen ist absoluter Luxus. In Europa gibt es keine solche 5 Sterne Hotels mit dieser Dienstleistung. Zimmer wurde immer wieder geputzt. Es sind alle sehr hilfsbereit.
