Отдыхали в гостинице Cordoba с 1 по 6 апреля этого года. Так как в регион КМВ ехали в первый раз, то при выборе отеля ориентировались на фото и отзывы, и они не обманули: все интерьеры соответствуют действительности, а оказанный прием -лучшим традициям гостеприимства. Весь персонал гостиницы не просто формально присутствует на работе, а реально создает все условия для комфортного отдыха, откликается на все просьбы и пожелания. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить за торт и теплое поздравление в честь Дня рождения мамы - такое внимание дорого и незабываемо! На первый взгляд кажется, что отель невыгодно расположен- в пригородной зоне. Однако, масштабы Кисловодска таковы, что отдаленность не чувствуется. На такси с Курортного бульвара до отеля ехать меньше 10 минут. При этом, один раз в день такси до желаемой точки в городе и обратно оплачивается отелем. Кроме того, недалеко от отеля расположена остановка маршрутки, на которой мы успешно съездили на рынок (3 остановки, цена проезда 20 руб). Мы ни разу не пожалели о своем выборе, ибо жили в тишине, уюте, невероятной красоте, ощущая постоянную заботу. Проживали в номере джуниор-сьют - номер просторный, чистый, теплый, с удобной кроватью. Вся сантехника в номере рабочая, горячая вода подается исправно, полотенцесушитель горячий, душевая кабина не подтекает. Никакой плесени и неприятных запахов. Сытные, вкусно и качественно приготовленные завтраки подаются к удобному лично для вас времени, меню завтрака вы также предварительно выбираете. Трапеза проходит в красивом, со вкусом оформленном помещении, с использованием оригинальной посуды. Там же мы ужинали по прибытии. Очень понравился садж, фирменный соус, травяной чай. Интерьер гостиницы эксклюзивен. Это не просто традиционное для региона "дорого -богато", а продуманный дизайн, стиль, все на своем месте. В отель вложены не только немалые средства, но и много души и любви к своему детищу. То же самое касается ландшафтного дизайна на прилегающей территории -узорные панно, фонтан с рыбками, романтические качели, кованая мебель, зона барбекю - в хорошую погоду здесь можно прекрасно отдохнуть не выходя за ворота. Выражаем искреннюю благодарность за состоявшийся отдых владельцу отеля господину Сайдашу Бачаеву, директору отеля (постоянно держит руку на пульсе, все вопросы под контролем), администраторам Лейле, Исламу, Елене и всем сотрудникам "невидимого фронта".
