Bisher war ich in mehreren Premier Inn Hotels und eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aber nicht hier: Die Zimmer sind total überteuert - statt den üblichen 70 £ pro Nacht wurden weit über 100 £ verlangt. Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick sauber, nur fanden sich deutliche Schimmelflecken an mehreren Stellen im Bad, weshalb das Zimmer auch insgesamt einen modrigen Geruch verströmte. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden (!) und die Belüftung erfolgt nur über die Klimaanlage. Diese ist aber leider nicht sehr leise und gab obendrein ständig gluckernde Laute von sich. Eine Zimmerreinigung erfolgte ebenfalls nicht. Lediglich das Bett war gewohnt bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, nur Konfitüre als Belag, keine Wurst und kein Käse… Aber vielleicht ist das in GB so üblich (?)

I was attending a wedding nearby. The hotel location was perfect for me, the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would now always try and find a Premier Inn when looking for a good hotel to stay in. I had a premier plus room which was definitely worth the extra.

Great location to my event. Comfy room . Wi fi not so hood but then you are in newton mesrns. Staff lovely and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area Here fir a family event. Managed to get lifts as taxis were a bit if a issue. But probably time if year

A clean, standard issue Premier Inn. The staff were polite and the room just ok. Only one chair, where usually two would be provided. The shelf below the TV had been removed with plugs and switches marooned halfway up the wall. The free wifi is close to unusable, and paying for the “super fast” internet is a waste of money. It is equally dreadful. Not good enough for 2024.

Best Premier Inn I have stayed in. Room is very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Had a fridge in my room - Premier Plus. Staff are all very friendly. Only 3 floors but has elevator. Breakfast is good. Will use again. Would highly recommend.

We were disappointed at the cost this time, this is our 3rd time here also there were no dinning facilities, only breakfast and unfortunately the coffee machine was broken. The room and bed were sparse but comfortable. The bar had only Guinness or 1 lager and closed at 10.00pm. That aside, the staff were extremely nice and helpful as always.

Great location to which was very close to the M77 which was very good and easy for travelling further north,very comfortable stay but pillows weren't the softest! Good value for money, big Rooms done out to a high standard and immaculate, would recommend

This was the best premier inn I’ve stayed in for a while and it was one of the cheapest! The hotel and room were very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate! Plus free parking right outside the entrance. I chose the hotel for the price as I was driving to see different historical places and visit Edinburgh and the hotel sat in the right location for me. There was no noise from the road or any other area and I had an excellent sleep without any disturbances. The breakfast was amazing and it was all you can eat and free for my daughter, the food was freshly cooked and delicious,,, This hotel is definitely worth staying out and I’d rate it 10/10! Well done 👍🏻

Very convenient stopover for a visit to the Burrell. Very clean, comfortable and quiet, which meant we had a good night's sleep. Facilities in the room were excellent, with two comfortable chairs (a rarity in our experience), large shower, plenty of sockets for devices, coffee machine, etc. Would definitely use this hotel again. Didn't eat here, but dinner, bed and breakfast deal looked good value.
