The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 24+ months, well trained, and housebroken.- There is a ring camera on the exterior facing the driveway.- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance- Guests are required to sign a property rental agreement with the house rules- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked- No Parties- No Smoking- No illegal activity- Only registered guests allowed- Maximum 2 dogs and must have approval first (there restricted breeds - please inquire)- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
