We have recently returned from a week long stay here and were very impressed overall. We had a large well equipped bedroom with a sea view, which was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water and THE best smelling toiletries! House keeping came every day to clean and refresh the tea/coffee etc. The inclusive breakfast was excellent and cooked to order each day. The bar /restaurant is open to the general public and is often busy. This can lead to long wait times for food in the evening. The lunch/main menu is a little limited in scope but everything we tried was well cooked and presented. We found the staff to all be friendly and helpful. If you are staying for even just a few days then booking parking is advisable (as parking in Newquay is generally not easy) but do so at the time you book because spaces are limited. Overall we had a wonderful time at The Great Western and look forward to visiting again next summer.

Really close to fistral beach which we loved, really short walk to fistral beach. Comfortable room, helpful staff when we checked in and a lovely bar to relax in. Allowed us to order quick food when serving time was almost finished. Will be returning

First time staying at this Travelodge and will definitely stay here again. Room was spacious and very clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, I can't name anyone as I couldn't see any name badges. Even though our room faced onto the road the traffic noise was minimal during the night so didn't bother us even with the window open. Excellent base for exploring Cornwall as it is 2 minute walk to the railway station and nearest bus stop.

Das Hotel ist ok, alt, aber versucht zu halten, es ist in einer sehr guten Lage, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants um. Alles ist nur Spazierweiterung sowohl Towan Beach als auch Great Western Beach. Wenn Sie eine öffentliche Waschmaschine brauchen, ist auch eine sehr nahe ca. 4 Minuten. Ich denke, die Verwaltung sollte wirklich versuchen, ihre Einrichtungen zu verbessern, weil es wirklich alt ist, dennoch war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

So ein guter Preis für die Lage und das Zimmer, wir hatten einen Blick auf das Meer und das Zimmer war so sauber und sehr modern dachte ich! Badezimmer sehr klein aber war nicht wirklich stören wir Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen, wir hatten Flaschen Wasser und kleine Schampo und Klimaanlagen und sogar ein Haartrockner und Fan! Ideal! Perfekte Lage in der Mitte der Stadt! Das Bett war das gemütlichste Bett, das ich jemals geschlafen habe, sogar besser als mein eigenes Haha! Personal sehr nett vor allem die männliche Bar-Angebote, super freundlich und willkommen!

Enttäuschend 1 Nacht für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder reserviert. Fotos im Internet sah erstaunlich aus. Wir sind lokal und haben nur kurze Aufenthalte hier und dort, aber es war nicht wie erwartet. Zimmer sicherlich nicht wie in Bildern , Peel-Gemälde , billige Ausstattung und Möbel, verfärbte Handtücher, die geändert wurden. Schreckliche Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Ich bestellte eine Schokoladebox für meine Kinder als Überraschung , das Bild auf der Website sah wie wirklich düstere Schokolade, bei der Ankunft war eine Schokoladebox aus Milchbeutel ! Wir waren sehr unzufrieden! Das Essen in Bistro war gut, aber die Gegend zu essen In nicht sehr willkommen . Personalfreundlich . Das gesamte Gebäude braucht Aufmerksamkeit in und aus ! Fühlen Sie sich wirklich los und für den Preis würde lieber eine Karawane buchen !
