Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Vanderbilt. Ich bedaure nur, dass wir nicht länger bleiben. Wir liebten, wie das Hotel und unser Zimmer dekoriert wurden. Das Personal war alles wunderbar, vor allem Elizabeth. Gehen Sie oben und weiter, um meine Familie zu beherbergen und uns zu tun, fühlen sich besonders und sorgen. Wenn wir zurück nach Newport kommen, würden wir definitiv zurück zum Vanderbilt. Danke für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Booked a last-minute beach cottage getaway and couldn’t have had a more relaxing or better escape. Beautiful waterfront cottage, breathtaking views and treated like royalty by everyone we encountered. No lunch reservations on arrival when they’re fully booked? No problem if you’re an overnight guest, as they’ll escort you to a premium table in the patio section reserved for hotel guests. Want breakfast on the deck of your cottage? It’s delivered piping hot precisely when you requested. Want to relax on their private beach? A friendly attendant sets up your covered lounge chairs, side table, umbrella and towels exactly where you want them, and brings you water and frozen grapes. Want to slip into town for a bite or shopping? Hop on the launch at their marina, and the captain will point out key sites along the way. Lunch and breakfast offerings were interesting and well-presented. If you can, make time for the included afternoon tea with freshly baked treats and tea sandwiches served in a cozy wood-panelled room off the lobby. Thoughtful amenities in the cottage included a dimmable light, umbrellas, heated bathroom floor, a deep soaking tub, a charging station, a small refrigerator stocked with free water (plus a split of champagne, wine, etc. for purchase), etc., and there’s turndown service with chocolates. Storage for clothing was rather limited if you’re planning an extended stay, but no problem for us. We come to Newport often so spent virtually all our time at Castle Hill. Loved every minute and will return.

Perfekte Lage zwischen Block Island und Newport Mansions! Wir blieben zwei Nächte. Wir gingen einen Tag nach Block Island (Fähre war 10 Minuten entfernt) und die Newport Mansions am nächsten Tag (20-30 Minuten entfernt) und gingen danach nach Boston. Es ist auch weniger als 10 Minuten von Wakefield Historic District, die eine schöne Main Street mit Geschäften und Restaurants hat. Wir sind bei The Mews - ein riesiges Restaurant mit einem großen Menü inkl Kindermenü Optionen, 3 Bars und über 60 Bier auf Tape. Die Betten waren komfortable, das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, und das Personal war hilfreich. Das Frühstück war wunderschön! Es war das beste Fairfield Frühstück, das wir je hatten.... Waffeln, Muffins, Bagels, frisches Obst, Eier und Frühstückssandwiche eines Tages, Quiche und croissant Sandwiches das nächste, Frühstücksfleisch, Yoghurt, Saft, Oatmehl und Topfs, Getreide. Es gibt einen schönen Innenpool und ein Fitnessraum mit Gewicht und Cardio-Ausrüstung enthalten ng Peleton Fahrräder. Außerdem war der Preis wirklich vernünftig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung!
