Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel Bewertungen

I love this city so much so I booked this hotel. But i did't know why the housekeeping just used the key and opened the door directly after knocking twice. I haven't walked to the door yet and he just opened the door and came in. I was pissed. Can you please just call first or maybe wait for a second till i open the door for you?!

I had to stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Just a series of bad things... Internet was down for half of my stay. I would often come back to my room and find that room service didn't come, even though I was leaving pretty early every day to go to work. There is no water to drink in the rooms. They wouldn't let the delivery guy bring me food to my room. Someone left a glass on the floor in the corridor next to my room and it stayed there for a week. The sync was clogged when I arrived and the shower drain always takes ages to suck away all the water. I always had to open the toilet bowl tank to manually make the water reload. As I write this, I can see a massive mold spot on one of the pillows I never used. I wish I noticed that earlier 🤮

Warm pool was great! To reserve the tennis court, ResortPass didn't ask the booking number, so the worker helped me.

由於我們是萬豪白金會員，入住時通常可以享受免費早餐以及早入住晚退房的政策預訂了該酒店。但是辦理入住時前台告知沒有免費早餐提供，衹能給一張10美金的代金券或者一些額外積分，我們選擇了積分。之後便拖着4個行李箱上了6樓，但是當我們打開房門時驚訝地發現房間內居然有客人。於是又拖着4個行李箱回到大堂，前台人員輕描淡寫地説了句不好意思，説系統上顯示那間房是已經退房了，然後重新給我們換了間房，我們又重新拖着4個行李箱上樓。兩天後，我們再次返回該地，考慮到這個酒店地理位置比較符合我們要求，整體設施比較新，再次預訂了該酒店，入住3晚。這次登記入住時，前台又説會員可以享受兩份免費早餐。短短几天，酒店政策就變了。入住後發現清潔人員每天衹是把床單整理了一下，洗手池裡的污漬，浴池裡的頭髮完全不做處理，甚至浴巾的數量都給不夠。退房後發現墨鏡遺失，打電話回酒店想看下是否留在房間，一句hold on就讓我們在線等個5分鐘，然後説讓我們留下電話，有消息回覆。等了一天也沒等到電話，打過去又是按一堆數字鍵選擇後接通前台，前台又是一問三不知，又讓我們在線等，最後回覆一個沒找到。 這家酒店雖然整體設施不錯，但服務是一等一的差，前台工作人員口徑不一樣，給錯房間，對客户反饋完全沒有迴應，客房清潔更是一團糟。

離Newport Beach挺近的，不管房間衞生還是服務都是非常好的，早餐還行，種類不算很多。自助停車43美金，代客停車48美金，代客停車的小哥哥們都挺有禮貌。
