Premier Inn Newark

スタッフさんはどなたも親切でフレンドリー。とても感謝しています。残念な点は冷蔵庫がない事、そして、部屋はとても綺麗に保たれてましたが、２日目の夜中に痒くて目が覚め、確認しましたら虫に刺されていました。2ヶ所くらいだったので、そこまでに気にしませんでしたが、3日目の夜はあちこちにブツブツができて今も痒いです… バスルームも綺麗だったので、なぜなのか… 一度部屋をチェックして頂きたいです。

Woken up at 12.45am by workmen moving barrels next door for about 30 minutes. Unable to get back to sleep. Cancelled 2nd night.

Our regular week's stay in Premier Inn Newark-on-Trent whilst working at the Stonedead Festival at the nearby Newark Showground. As always, reception staff were friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable, as always the blackout curtains & super-comfy bed were much appreciated. The adjacent Beefeater was excellent too, great staff and food, although they were so busy - I realise it was a Bank Holiday weekend but there needed to be more staff, the hard-working staff there struggled to cope, although they did a great job trying. My only (minor) criticism is of the juices served with breakfast, which are horrible, but that really is the only ****** I can think of!

Nice hotel stay blighted by hidden £8 per night parking charge announced on arrival. Not on booking page, or confirmation email nor “Information for your stay tomorrow” email.

Bathroom panel damaged. Noisy hotel, doors being slammed most of night, Cleaner walked straight in at approximately 10am even though room booked till 12

Premier Inn always provides good comfortable stay, good value food on site, free WiFi, friendly welcome. Newark was no different and well located to break up journey from south coast to Northumberland

Been using this branch of Premier in for about 8 years once a month and have NEVER had any issues with any of the staff this visit was JULIA/STEVE/LUDO AND VICKI all excellent the only down side is you now have to pay parking which is not good considering the room prices can change from £40to£180 overnight for the same room depending on the showground what would be good is some sort of loyalty scheme for regulars but all that aside the staff are brilliant and I would be proud to have them working for me

We had the best welcome to Newark premier inn from Julia. She made us all feel very welcome after a long journey with two small kids. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Room is comfortable and prefect for an overnight stop on our way up to North Yorkshire
