I had a reservation booked 3 days prior to my stay. When i got there by 11:30 PM, there was no record to concierge/security. He called management over 5 times and no one picked up. So, Front desk literally said i don't have room for you because there is no key here under your name and you need to talk to *******. It was around 1 AM without knowing what to do. After contacting ******* and recollection confirmed, he came back and he said we have a key for you. It was too late as i had my rebooking with *******. This is the most awful experience i have ever had. Yesterday, they emailed me stating that they had key for me and why I misinformed *******. Instead of apologizing, they wrote me that note was above disrespectfulness. Please use your own judgements before booking.
