We had an amazing stay at the Condor. The staff (René, Chrissy, & Samantha) were incredibly kind, hospitable, & helpful. We literally saved money because of the information they shared, especially about how to navigate the burrough from the hotel (its located in an orthodox Jewish neighborhood). They also directly assisted us with transportation to the airport. (They treated us more like close friends than guests.) The King room was very nice. The bathroom was very clean, as was the kitchenette area & the refrigerator (which we used heavily). I loved the quaint balcony attached to the room and the garden-like courtyard in the rear of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel. I do caution that it is not necessarily within walking distance of the subway unless-- like me--you like a good walk/run. The surrounding neighborhood leaves much to be desired in appearance, but our stay was so pleasant that we easily tolerated that. In fact, we have already booked a room for when we return in January.

We had a wonderful stay last year at this time. However, this time around we had toilet troubles unresolved as well as water pressure issues. Reported issues 3x to Front desk and manager. Nothing resolved during our 5 day stay. Upon checkout, we were told that they would not put us in that room during our next stay 😤

Hotel lists room accommodates 3 adults, no way! Only 2 twin beds and no rollout available. Front desk didn’t help and could not get response from property manager. Nothing to do or available around hotel. This is not a “luxury” hotel. Very poor experience

Ariana and Lena were fantastic, great location and clean. Very accommodating. Will definitely visit again. Rooms were spacious, a lot of good amenities. One of the best in area, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Brooklyn area

My husband and I stayed for three nights in May. It’s a great value in an area that’s otherwise ridiculously expensive. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and quiet. It even had a little balcony. The fridge and microwave were very helpful and we saved money by reheating leftovers. There’s also a HUGE grocery store literally a half block away with absolutely everything you could want and very high quality. We picked up several meals there. The lobby has a small lounge area with complimentary coffee, couches, and a tv. There’s a little patio outside too. Yes, the parking lot is “unrefined” but it’s secure and convenient. It’s rented not only by the hotel but by others, including police cars, so I felt confident that we wouldn’t be robbed. You have to call reception to open the gate but it’s a minor inconvenience and a small price to pay for the peace of mind. It’s a small hotel so you feel like you get to know the staff pretty quickly and all of them were friendly and helpful. The twin beds are true twins and I’m only 5’4” and my toes went off the end a little bit. Otherwise very comfortable, with nice pillows. I really only had one complaint. The water pressure in the sink was very low and only came out in a trickle. We brought it up to staff, but really there wasn’t anything that they could do. It was annoying but not a big deal. The shower was fine. The people who are posting veiled xenophobic and antisemitic reviews should really be ashamed of themselves. If you are bothered by the existence of people whose religion is unfamiliar or different than yours, then just stay home. Williamsburg is a lovely residential neighborhood. So many moms with babies in strollers! I would stay here again.

We never stayed at the hotel because a large group of Jewish congregation blocked the one way street leading to the hotel. We tried contacting the hotel several times with no response. We tried to get a refund because we had to book another hotel but they refuse to give us a refund. HORRIBLE PLACE TO TRY TO STAY.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund. I booked this hotel In February and had to cancel within the cancellation policy. I am still waiting and no one will answer my emails! I tried calling the hotel and they gave me the email to the refunds department so I can't even get in touch that way.

This is a horrible hotel. Upon arrival I noticed that the safety latch is broken in half. in addition, the curtains were dirty and torn, the blow dryer didn't work and some of the lightbulbs need changing. I have notified the front desk expecting it fixed by the time I returned at night. it was not. the next morning, when talking to the (different) front dest person, they were not even aware of the situation which I had to explain again. I asked for it to be fixed that day as I would be gone until evening, only to find a third front person who was not aware of the situation and informed me that it is not possible to fix b/c maintenance person is not available. I requested another room and to talk to manager. the new room was functional except the drippy tub faucet... and the manager didn't call back. ever. the lobby is run down and the price is too high for such hotel. the photos are deceiving.

Very easy check-in and we had a nice neat room with an excellent bed and facilities. The lift was big quick as well. Stayed a couple of nights while seeing family nearby. A few pastries in the morning would be nice as there is not a lot around locally.

Clean and spacious room with small kitchenette including microwave and fridge, friendly staff especially Chrissy and a young man (maybe Andrii but sorry we didn’t catch the name!) at the front desk who were helpful with our enquiries. Lots of buses close by which come frequently, but subway is a bit of a walk and not much food in the area. But overall a great place to stay to be able to explore Brooklyn and Williamsburg during the day, would recommend a stay here!

The minor problems were they tried to overcharge me on checkin, they charge $20 if you want to leave a bag, and the coffee maker outlet didnt work. The main problem is that the sound proofing is not existent so you will get a lot of noise. Especially bad as Some of the rooms are ground floor next to reception and the 24 hr lounge. Expect to hear the conversation of everyone returning to their room or hanging out in the lounge. Also everyone 5 ft 11 or taller will have their feet hanging off the end of the small beds.
