Great property, clean and staff was friendly. Parking was a few blocks away. Cafe on site and dining options all around. I would definitely recommend.

This is my second biz stay at this fantastic hotel. I love that it's tucked away in the West Village - away from the hustle and bustle. Service is great. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Views to river are lovely. Looking forward to another visit here in the Spring

The front desk man named Michael was very rude and had an attitude unfortunately. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or just didn’t feel like treating others nicely. Other than that everything was lovely and all the other workers were very kind and welcoming. Had a lovely time spending my 1 year anniversary with my GF.

The worst stay ever! Property should be only 2 stars.. absolutely a big disappointment, the property doesn’t match the pictures, don’t be fooled!!!!

Very walkable! Front desk was not the most welcoming / wouldn’t give us an extra mini water bottle for our room which felt petty and not the best service. The room was nice ! Mattress was uncomfortable but I saw mattresses being delivered during our stay so maybe that will be better soon!

The hotel is centrally located and is beautiful in the lobby. The rooms are fine - it is New York so you don’t expect huge. There’s no closet space and no drawers at all. The security lock on our door didn’t work and was replaced the second day of our stay. The second day we came back around 4 in the afternoon and the room had not been cleaned so we had to call. There was no water in the room and the front desk advised they they had none left! The plugs are awkward as well. The staff were lovely - check in was simple - not sure if I would stay again but the location is excellent so that wo I’ll be a deciding factor.

The hotel and staff were average, not great. My heat stopped working and I had to call maintenance. When they open the heating unit, the filter and inside was caked with dust and the filter had 2 inches deep of dirt. Once the replaced the filter, the heat started working again. No apologies from the manager, no follow up, no nothing.

Our showerhead was not working, there was a hole in the wall where the fire extinguisher should be. We put in a maintenance request and the showerhead still was not fixed afterward. Elevators barely functioned. Couldn't have been more disappointed.
